为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出的一种易清洗水性阻燃涂料,包括以下组分:氨基树脂10%-15%、醋酸乙烯树脂10%-15%、水性环氧树脂10%-18%、氢氧化镁8%-12%、消泡剂3%-5%、增稠剂4%-6%,醋酸乙烯聚合脂13%-15%、纳米微珠5%-10%、聚氨脂丙烯酸脂5%-16%、聚四氟乙烯5%-10%、水合硼酸锌3%-16%,本涂料可用于家用装修,若有儿童等在墙体上乱画便于清洗,并且具有阻燃性能,若有火灾等安全性能好,并且防水性能好。

本发明涉及功能性涂料领域,尤其是涉及一种易清洗水性阻燃涂料。
背景技术
涂料应用于很多地方,涂料的功能也逐渐被扩大,人们对涂料的要求也越来越高,能够阻燃,能够耐刮,易于清洗等。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出的一种易清洗水性阻燃涂料,包括以下组分:氨基树脂10%-15%、醋酸乙烯树脂10%-15%、水性环氧树脂10%-18%、氢氧化镁8%-12%、消泡剂3%-5%、增稠剂4%-6%,醋酸乙烯聚合脂13%-15%、纳米微珠5%-10%、聚氨脂丙烯酸脂5%-16%、聚四氟乙烯5%-10%、水合硼酸锌3%-16%。
优选的,所述氨基树脂包括脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷或者聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚。
优选的,所述纳米微珠为空心纳米微珠。
优选的,包括以下组分:氨基树脂12%、醋酸乙烯树脂13%、水性环氧树脂16%、氢氧化镁10%、消泡剂4%、增稠剂5%,醋酸乙烯聚合脂14%、纳米微珠7%、聚氨脂丙烯酸脂13%、聚四氟乙烯6%,水合硼酸锌9%。
本发明提出的易清洗水性阻燃涂料具有以下有益效果:本涂料可用于家用装修,若有儿童等在墙体上乱画便于清洗,并且具有阻燃性能,若有火灾等安全性能好,并且防水性能好。

本发明提出的一种易清洗水性阻燃涂料,包括以下组分:氨基树脂10%、醋酸乙烯树脂10%、水性环氧树脂10%、氢氧化镁8%、消泡剂3%、增稠剂4%,醋酸乙烯聚合脂13%、纳米微珠5%、聚氨脂丙烯酸脂5%、聚四氟乙烯5%、水合硼酸锌3%。
优选的,所述氨基树脂包括脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷或者聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚。

本发明提出的一种易清洗水性阻燃涂料,包括以下组分:氨基树脂11%、醋酸乙烯树脂11%、水性环氧树脂10%-18%、氢氧化镁9%、消泡剂4%、增稠剂5%,醋酸乙烯聚合脂13%、纳米微珠6%、聚氨脂丙烯酸脂6%、聚四氟乙烯6%、水合硼酸锌4%。
优选的,所述氨基树脂包括脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷或者聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚。
加入的聚四氟乙烯能够使墙体表面光滑,涂上杂物或者油墨等易于清洗,同时,含有水合硼酸锌具有良好的阻燃功能,特别设有的纳米微珠能够使涂料增加隔热性能,并易于上料;聚氨脂丙烯酸脂使涂料的粘性增加,易于上料。
检测本涂料的可清洗性,在涂上本涂料的墙体上用铅笔以及水彩笔画上,使用水清擦拭;保温性能使用带盖玻璃杯外部涂油本油漆,倒入90摄氏度的水,1小时后的温度

1.一种易清洗水性阻燃涂料,其特征在于,包括以下组分:氨基树脂10%-15%、醋酸乙烯树脂10%-15%、水性环氧树脂10%-18%、氢氧化镁8%-12%、消泡剂3%-5%、增稠剂4%-6%,醋酸乙烯聚合脂13%-15%、纳米微珠5%-10%、聚氨脂丙烯酸脂5%-16%、聚四氟乙烯5%-10%、水合硼酸锌3%-16%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗水性阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述氨基树脂包括脲醛树脂或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗水性阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷或者聚氧丙烯氧化乙烯甘油醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗水性阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述纳米微珠为空心纳米微珠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易清洗水性阻燃涂料,其特征在于,包括以下组分:氨基树脂12%、醋酸乙烯树脂13%、水性环氧树脂16%、氢氧化镁10%、消泡剂4%、增稠剂5%,醋酸乙烯聚合脂14%、纳米微珠7%、聚氨脂丙烯酸脂13%、聚四氟乙烯6%,水合硼酸锌9%。
