技术领域
本发明涉及电器配件技术领域,尤其是一种用于电器上的塑料开关按键。
背景技术
在电器设备或电器用品上,常用到开关键进行开启或关闭,一种开关键包括有一个塑料的开关健本体,在开关健本体与电控器的接触面电镀一层导电金属膜,这种塑料开关键存在着加工工艺复杂和金属膜容易脱落,其使用寿命短的问题,因此生产出一种生产工艺简单且耐磨、使用寿命长且价格便宜的塑料开关键是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑料开关按键,该开关按健可以解决现有的塑料开关键加工工艺复杂和金属膜容易脱落,使用寿命短的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种塑料开关键,包括有开关健本体,所述开关键本体具有一端开口的绝缘套和嵌接于所述绝缘套内的导电柱,所述导电柱的一端与所述绝缘套相抵接,所述导电柱的另一端伸至所述绝缘套的开口端。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述导电柱采用如下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯:59份至62份;密胺树脂:17份至19份;超导电炭黑:12份至14份;氧化锌粉:12份至13份; 金属粉:6份至7份;碳酸钙:6份至7份;铝酸脂偶联剂:6份至7份。
进一步的:所述导电柱采用如下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯:61份;密胺树脂:18份;超导电炭黑:13份;氧化锌粉:12; 金属粉:6份;碳酸钙:6份;铝酸脂偶联剂:6份。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、由于导电柱嵌接于绝缘套内,其结构简单、生产工艺简单,且导电柱不易脱落、使用寿命长;
2、由于导电柱是在聚氯乙烯的基础上添加密胺树脂、超导电炭黑、氧化锌粉、金属粉、碳酸钙、铝酸脂偶联剂而制得,因此导电柱具有制造成本低,并且耐磨、耐高温、导电率高的特性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一
图1所示的塑料开关键,包括有开关健本体,开关键本体具有一端开口的绝缘套1和嵌接于绝缘套1内的导电柱2,导电柱2的一端与绝缘套1相抵接,导电柱2的另一端伸至绝缘套1的开口端;
导电柱2采用如下重量的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯:59克;密胺树脂:17克;超导电炭黑:12克;氧化锌粉:12克; 金属粉:6克;碳酸钙:6克;铝酸脂偶联剂:6克;
其制备步骤如下:
A.将聚氯乙烯、密胺树脂、超导电炭黑、氧化锌粉、金属粉和碳酸钙放入塑化机筒内,先接通塑料挤出机加热单元的电源,将塑料挤出机升温至220℃,再开动螺杆旋转,时间30分钟,得熔料;
B. 将A步骤制得的熔料注入注塑成型模具内, 同时加入铝酸脂偶联剂;
C.B步骤制得的熔料降温硬化后,从注塑成型模具中取出,即得。
实施例二
导电柱2采用如下重量的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯: 62克;密胺树脂: 19克;超导电炭黑: 14克;氧化锌粉: 13克; 金属粉: 7克;碳酸钙: 7克;铝酸脂偶联剂: 7克;其余均与实施例一相同。
实施例三
导电柱2采用如下重量份的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯:61克;密胺树脂:18克;超导电炭黑:13克;氧化锌粉:12; 金属粉:6克;碳酸钙:6克;铝酸脂偶联剂:6克;其余均与实施例一相同。

1.一种塑料开关按键,包括有开关健本体,其特征在于:所述开关键本体具有一端开口的绝缘套(1)和嵌接于所述绝缘套(1)内的导电柱(2),所述导电柱(2)的一端与所述绝缘套(1)相抵接,所述导电柱(2)的另一端伸至所述绝缘套(1)的开口端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料开关按键,其特征在于:所述导电柱(2)采用如下重量份的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯:59份至62份;密胺树脂:17份至19份;超导电炭黑:12份至14份;氧化锌粉:12份至13份; 金属粉:6份至7份;碳酸钙:6份至7份;铝酸脂偶联剂:6份至7份。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料开关按键,其特征在于:所述导电柱(2)采用如下重量份的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯:61份;密胺树脂:18份;超导电炭黑:13份;氧化锌粉:12; 金属粉:6份;碳酸钙:6份;铝酸脂偶联剂:6份。
