本发明公开了一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法,将PET材料通过注塑成型得到,所述注塑成型的工序包括:合模、进胶、保压、冷却、开模、制品取出;具体为:在注塑成型前将PET材料除湿5.8~6.2h,除湿温度为155~165℃,注塑机的温控系统精度为±1℃,注塑成型的温度为255~275℃,注塑压力不超过90bar,注塑的车间湿度不超过15%RH,车间温度为16~18℃。本发明具有健康环保,加工方便,成本低廉,适用领域广泛的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及水处理技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法。
背景技术
净水行业水龙头目前市面上选用黄铜、不锈钢、锌合金、不锈铁等金属材质,材料成本高加工复杂成本高且不健康环保,很多商家为了节约成本用国家严禁锌合金材料替代铜材料生产水龙头。消费者很难区分好坏。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,英文名:Polyethylene terephthalate,简称PET,为高聚合物,由苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发生脱水缩合反应而来。PET无色无味,抗冲击强耐化学性抗老化,缺点是加工精度高成型工艺复杂技术要求高,从材料改性、模具设计、试验等过程对注塑机改良工艺优化生产车间恒温都有苛刻的技术要求。
因此如何提供一种健康环保、加工方便、成本低廉的快接水龙头是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种健康环保、加工方便、成本低廉的净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法,将PET材料通过注塑成型得到,所述注塑成型的工序包括:合模、进胶、保压、冷却、开模、制品取出;具体为:在注塑成型前将PET材料除湿5.8~6.2h,除湿温度为155~165℃,注塑机的温控系统精度为±1℃,注塑成型的温度为255~275℃,注塑压力不超过90bar,注塑的车间湿度不超过15%RH,车间温度为16~18℃。
优选的,在上述一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法中,所述注塑机的螺杆采用PET材料专用型螺杆,且长径比为20∶22。
优选的,在上述一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法中,在注塑成型前,对PET材料除湿时间最佳为6h,除湿温度为160℃。
优选的,在上述一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法中,所述进胶工序时模具温度优选恒温16℃。
本发明具有健康环保,加工方便,成本低廉,适用领域广泛的优点。

将PET材料通过注塑成型得到,所述注塑成型的工序包括:合模、进胶、保压、冷却、开模、制品取出;具体为:在注塑成型前将PET材料除湿5.8~6.2h,除湿温度为155~165℃,注塑机的温控系统精度为±1℃,注塑成型的温度为255~275℃,注塑压力不超过90bar,注塑的车间湿度不超过15%RH,车间温度为16~18℃。
本发明具有健康环保,加工方便,成本低廉,适用领域广泛的优点。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,注塑机的螺杆采用PET材料专用型螺杆,且长径比为20∶22。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在注塑成型前,对PET材料除湿时间最佳为6h,除湿温度为160℃。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,进胶工序时模具温度优选恒温16℃。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,具体生产过程实施例为:
a、预处理:在PET材料成型前先用结晶好乳白色颗粒充分除湿,时间为6h,温度为160℃。
b、模具设置:模具进胶位置根据不同形状的产品要按PET材料的流动性相关物性模流分析定义,并且是直接进胶。
c、模具制备:模具制造必要时零件需要金属粉末镭射加工成型。
d、注塑。
e、注塑后,模具进行冷却,冷却水要充分冷却到产品的每个熔体位置,开模后取出制品。

1.一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法,将PET材料通过注塑成型得到,所述注塑成型的工序包括:合模、进胶、保压、冷却、开模、制品取出;具体为:在注塑成型前将PET材料除湿5.8~6.2h,除湿温度为155~165℃,注塑机的温控系统精度为±1℃,注塑成型的温度为255~275℃,注塑压力不超过90bar,注塑的车间湿度不超过15%RH,车间温度为16~18℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法,其特征在于,所述注塑机的螺杆采用PET材料专用型螺杆,且长径比为20∶22。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法,其特征在于,在注塑成型前,对PET材料除湿时间最佳为6h,除湿温度为160℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种净水设备环保全塑快接水龙头的生产方法,其特征在于,所述进胶工序时模具温度优选恒温16℃。
