本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,公开了一种颅骨修复支撑架,本颅骨修复支撑架呈“工”字形,它包括底板、活动上板、固定上板,所述底板两侧边的中部与支撑杆的底端固定连接,所述活动上板与支撑杆的顶端活动连接,所述固定上板与支撑杆的顶端固定连接,活动上板与固定上板上分别设有至少1个连接孔。在使用时,将固定上板端卡装在骨窗周边的正常颅骨上,使得底板与颅骨的底面贴合,用螺丝将固定上板固定牢靠后,向上掀起活动上板,将修复好的游离骨瓣按照对应形状放置到底板上,再将活动上板复位,用螺丝固定牢靠。本发明结构简单,性能可靠,使用便捷,能够减少患者创伤,重复使用,降低患者的治疗费用。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体的说是一种能够减少患者创伤,重复使用的颅骨修复支撑架。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,人们对生活质量的要求逐步提升,神经外科手术后颅骨固定回纳已成为大家共识,大量的颅骨固定器材相应问世。现在常用的颅骨固定器材主要有:钛合金颅骨锁,可吸收颅骨锁,颅骨连接片,骨孔连接片等。
钛合金颅骨锁与可吸收颅骨锁可以将颅骨缝隙从颅骨内外板牢固固定,使取下的颅骨完美固定,操作起来比较简单方便,其显著的缺点为颅骨锁为一次性器械,其一旦固定后就无法完整取下,如遇颅内术后二次出血需要拆除时,只能将其破坏后从颅骨上取下,无法再次使用,给患者增加经济负担;颅骨锁边缘呈锯齿状,在固定颅骨骨片的过程中,一旦操作不当将损伤脑硬膜造成出血;朝头皮切断的轴柄处理不够圆润时,会戳破头皮造成感染。可吸收颅骨锁由于材料强度有限,有可能术后造成两叶片分离插入脑组织当中,出现二次伤害。在手术过程中,如果在开颅基础上扩大骨窗时,会使颅骨缝隙扩大,颅骨锁因其尺寸大小受影响而无法使用。
连接片和骨孔连接片操作便捷,可反复拆卸重复使用,骨孔连接片还可以封闭钻孔,减少颅骨的缺损,但是由于材料强度和连接方式的原因,回纳颅骨与原有颅骨之间存有断层,造成回纳的颅骨形成塌陷,影响美观,在头颅CT骨窗相上明显对位不良,并且,由于颅骨厚薄不一,容易产生螺钉穿透颅骨损伤硬脑膜,并可能出现二次出血等并发症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种颅骨修复支撑架,以解决现有颅骨固定器材在使用时不能重复使用或者对患者造成二次伤害,复位不够美观,容易产生并发症的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种颅骨修复支撑架,本颅骨修复支撑架呈“工”字形,它包括底板、活动上板、固定上板,所述底板两侧边的中部与支撑杆的底端固定连接,所述活动上板与支撑杆的顶端活动连接,所述固定上板与支撑杆的顶端固定连接,活动上板与固定上板上分别设有至少1个连接孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述活动上板的底边两端设有连接轴,与支撑杆顶部的孔相连接。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述固定上板与底板之间通过支撑板相连接。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述连接孔为沉头孔。
本发明由钛合金材料制成。
本发明在使用时,将固定上板端卡装在骨窗周边的正常颅骨上,使得底板与颅骨的底面贴合,用螺丝将固定上板固定牢靠后,向上掀起活动上板,将修复好的游离骨瓣按照对应形状放置到底板上,再将活动上板复位,用螺丝固定牢靠。当患者需要再次手术时,只需取下固定螺丝,即可方便的取出游离骨瓣和本发明,当再次固定时,本发明可重复使用。
本发明可根据游离骨瓣所在位置的颅骨厚度,制作成不同型号规格。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)由于正常颅骨与游离骨瓣放置在共同的底板上,因此骨板两侧完全对位,有效避免了错位现象;
(2)底板为钛合金材料的光滑平面,因此不会对硬脑膜造成二次损伤;
(3)本发明先固定在正常颅骨上后,活动上板可完全打开,使得修复好的游离骨瓣能够非常方便地放置于底板上,便于定位,操作简便,缩短了手术时间,减少了患者的创伤;
(4)支撑杆、支撑板均可增强本发明的强度,使得本发明在使用过程中不易产生变形,增强了产品的可靠性;
(5)活动上板和固定上板上设置的沉头孔,可使固定螺丝的顶端与上板的上表面平齐,不会损伤头皮;
(6)本发明能够反复拆卸,重复使用,降低了患者的医疗费用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1至图3所示的一种颅骨修复支撑架,本颅骨修复支撑架呈“工”字形,它包括底板1、活动上板2、固定上板3,底板1两侧边的中部与支撑杆5的底端固定连接,活动上板2的底边两端设有连接轴,与支撑杆5顶部的孔活动连接,固定上板3与支撑杆5的顶端固定连接,固定上板3与底板1之间通过支撑板6相连接,活动上板2与固定上板3上分别设有2个连接孔4,连接孔4为沉头孔。
本发明在使用时,将固定上板端卡装在骨窗周边的正常颅骨上,使得底板1与颅骨的底面贴合,用螺丝将固定上板1固定牢靠后,向上掀起活动上板2,将修复好的游离骨瓣按照对应形状放置到底板1上,再将活动上板2复位,用螺丝固定牢靠。当患者需要再次手术时,只需取下固定螺丝,即可方便的取出游离骨瓣和本发明,当再次固定时,本发明可重复使用。

1.一种颅骨修复支撑架,其特征在于:本颅骨修复支撑架呈“工”字形,它包括底板(1)、活动上板(2)、固定上板(3),所述底板(1)两侧边的中部与支撑杆(5)的底端固定连接,所述活动上板(2)与支撑杆(5)的顶端活动连接,所述固定上板(3)与支撑杆(5)的顶端固定连接,活动上板(2)与固定上板(3)上分别设有至少1个连接孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的颅骨修复支撑架,其特征在于:所述活动上板(2)的底边两端设有连接轴,与支撑杆(5)顶部的孔相连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的颅骨修复支撑架,其特征在于:所述固定上板(3)与底板(1)之间通过支撑板(6)相连接。
