本发明公开了一种自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头,包括金属连接管;所述金属连接管内壁表面上沿轴向均布开设有至少两条沟槽,所述每条沟槽内均嵌入有热熔性金属导体,所述至少两条沟槽内的热熔性金属导体的横截面积之和为被连接电缆导体横截面积的4-6%;所述金属连接管的管壁上沿轴向间隔开设有多个螺栓孔,所述每个螺栓孔内均有用于固定电缆导体的螺栓。本发明优点在于减少高压输电线路的故障率,提高供电可靠性。当温度降至热熔性金属导体熔点一下时,热熔性金属导体将金属连接管与连接电缆永久可靠焊接,形成永久的电气连接回路,实现了电缆中间接头的自愈功能。

自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头
技术领域
本发明涉及铜芯电缆中间接头,尤其是涉及自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头。
背景技术
目前用于10kV~35kV高压输电线路中的铜芯电缆(由多股铜丝制成的绞线电缆),由于受铜芯电缆制造、运输、安装等因素的限制,铜芯电缆的供货长度一般在1km左右,这就使得当输电距离超过1km时,往往要使用电缆中间接头将铜芯电缆进行电气连接,以满足更长距离的供电要求。目前市场上用于铜芯电缆的中间接头在使用过程中存在接触面氧化、接触电阻增大、温度变化导致电缆导体连接松动等不足,导致供电线路发生故障而停电,故障处理需要将已损坏的电缆中间接头截掉,重新制作新的电缆中间接头进行电缆连接,这不仅大大延长了停电时间,而且当中间接头两端电缆的长度没有足够的预留长度时还需要更换电缆。据统计,铜芯电缆供电回路发生的供电故障中,电缆中间接头出现的故障占70~80%,电缆自身出现的故障占20~30%。因此,安全可靠的电缆中间接头,对电缆输电线路供电可靠性起到至关重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头,包括金属连接管;所述金属连接管内壁表面上沿轴向均布开设有至少两条沟槽,所述每条沟槽内均嵌入有热熔性金属导体,所述至少两条沟槽内的热熔性金属导体的横截面积之和为被连接电缆导体横截面积的4-6%;所述金属连接管的管壁上沿轴向间隔开设有多个螺栓孔,所述每个螺栓孔内均有用于固定电缆导体的螺栓。
所述热熔性金属导体为熔点183℃的锡铅合金导体(Sn63Pb37),或为熔点227℃的锡铜合金导体(Sn99.3Cu0.7)。
所述每条沟槽的横截面形状为等腰梯形结构。
本发明优点在于减少高压输电线路的故障率,提高供电可靠性。所述热熔性金属导体熔点根据铜芯电缆的截面积以及输电线路的正常工作电流等综合因素选择确定。嵌入在金属连接管内壁表面沟槽内的热熔性金属导体,在电缆中间接头正常工作状态下处于固体状态,其温度随金属连接管的温度变化而变化。当电缆中间接头因铜芯电缆接触面氧化、接触电阻增大、温度变化导致电缆导体连接松动引起温度升高达到热熔性金属导体熔点时,热熔性金属导体即呈现液体状态流出沟槽浸入金属连接管内被连接的铜芯电缆的间隙中,成为铜芯电缆的一部分,达到减小被连接铜芯电缆接触电阻、降低金属连接管温度之目的,当温度降至热熔性金属导体熔点一下时,热熔性金属导体将金属连接管与连接电缆永久可靠焊接,形成永久的电气连接回路,实现了电缆中间接头的自愈功能。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本发明所述的自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头,包括金属连接管1;金属连接管1内壁表面上沿轴向均布开设有四条横截面为等腰梯形结构的沟槽2,每条沟槽2内均嵌入有热熔性金属导体3,四条沟槽2内的热熔性金属导体3的横截面积之和为被连接电缆导体横截面积的4-6%;金属连接管1的管壁上沿轴向间隔开设有十二个螺栓孔,每个螺栓孔内均有用于固定电缆导体的螺栓4。热熔性金属导体3的熔点,根据被连接铜芯电缆的截面积以及输电线路的正常工作电流等综合因素选择,可选择熔点为183℃的锡铅合金导体(Sn63Pb37),或选择熔点为227℃的锡铜合金导体(Sn99.3Cu0.7)。
本发明在投入使用前,首先按照目前市场上成熟的生产工艺,对金属连接管1进行外部绝缘处理和防水处理。

1.一种自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头,包括金属连接管;其特征在于:所述金属连接管内壁表面上沿轴向均布开设有至少两条沟槽,所述每条沟槽内均嵌入有热熔性金属导体,所述至少两条沟槽内的热熔性金属导体的横截面积之和为被连接电缆导体横截面积的4-6%;所述金属连接管的管壁上沿轴向间隔开设有多个螺栓孔,所述每个螺栓孔内均有用于固定电缆导体的螺栓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头,其特征在于:所述热熔性金属导体为熔点183℃的锡铅合金导体,或为熔点227℃的锡铜合金导体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自愈式铜芯电缆中间接头,其特征在于:所述每条沟槽的横截面形状为等腰梯形结构。
