本发明涉及一种纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,属于车灯技术领域,其包括安装板、灯杯、LED光源和散热板,安装板上安装有安装座,在安装座上铰接有摆杆,摆杆的摆动端固定在散热板上,在摆杆左侧的散热板上固定有套管,套管垂直于散热板,在套管内设置有调节杆,调节杆一端设置在套管内,另一端顶在安装板上,调节杆上套有与之螺纹配合连接的螺母,螺母固定在套管上,在摆杆右侧的散热板与安装板之间设置有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别通过弹簧座安装在散热板和安装板上。通过本发明,其结构简单,操作方便,方便了在夜间照明使用时的纵向调节,避免了需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西才能起到纵向调节的现象发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,属于车灯技术领域。
背景技术
目前随着LED技术的发展,其应用越来越广泛,在家用照明、厂房照明、汽车车灯、马路路灯以及摩托车车灯等都有所应用。而在摩托车车灯中应用最多的是车前的大灯,大灯在摩托车行驶时有照明前方道路的作用,同时当外出游玩时,还可以用来夜间照明使用,在进行夜间照明使用时,需要人为去上下调节摩托车车的停放位置,调节时如果是需要横向进行调节时很方便,只需摆动下摩托车的方位即可,但如果是需要纵向调节时就很不方便(有时候人们呆的位子需要将光线调高或者调低时才能进行完全照射),需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西,才能起到纵向调节的效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,其结构简单,操作方便,方便了在夜间照明使用时的纵向调节,避免了需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西才能起到纵向调节的现象发生。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
所述的纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,包括安装板、灯杯、LED光源和散热板,LED光源设置在灯杯内,LED光源安装在散热板上,灯杯的杯底固定在散热板上,其特征在于:安装板上安装有安装座,在安装座上铰接有摆杆,摆杆的摆动端固定在散热板上,在摆杆左侧的散热板上固定有套管,套管垂直于散热板,在套管内设置有调节杆,调节杆一端设置在套管内,另一端顶在安装板上,调节杆上套有与之螺纹配合连接的螺母,螺母固定在套管上,在摆杆右侧的散热板与安装板之间设置有弹簧,弹簧的两端分别通过弹簧座安装在散热板和安装板上。
为了在确保本发明的使用寿命的同时合理控制成本,优选所述散热板厚度为30mm~50mm。
为了在确保本发明的使用寿命的同时合理控制成本,优选所述安装板厚度为20mm~40mm。
为了进一步方便人们在调节,优选所述摆杆的摆动端固定在散热板中部。
在确保本发明调节效果的同时提高使用寿命以及合理控制成本,优选所述摆杆直径为30mm~50mm,长度为80mm~100mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明所带来的有益效果主要为:
通过本发明,其结构简单,操作方便,方便了在夜间照明使用时的纵向调节,避免了需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西才能起到纵向调节的现象发生。使用时,当需要纵向调节时,只需旋转调节杆,在克服弹簧弹力或者恢复力的作用,即可实现照射光线的调节。在螺母的作用下,有效地延长了本发明的使用寿命,同时合理控制了生产制作成本(减少了在套管内进行内螺纹的制作)。

实施例一
如图1、图2所示,纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,包括安装板8、灯杯1、LED光源2和散热板11,LED光源2设置在灯杯1内,LED光源2安装在散热板11上,灯杯1的杯底固定在散热板11上,安装板8上安装有安装座7,在安装座7上铰接有摆杆6,摆杆6的摆动端固定在散热板11上,在摆杆6左侧的散热板11上固定有套管3,套管3垂直于散热板11,在套管3内设置有调节杆5,调节杆5一端设置在套管3内,另一端顶在安装板8上,调节杆5上套有与之螺纹配合连接的螺母4,螺母4固定在套管3上,在摆杆6右侧的散热板11与安装板8之间设置有弹簧10,弹簧10的两端分别通过弹簧座9安装在散热板11和安装板8上。
本实施例中,所述散热板11厚度为30mm;所述安装板8厚度为20mm;所述摆杆6的摆动端固定在散热板11中部;所述摆杆6直径为30mm,长度为80mm。
使用时,当需要纵向调节时,只需旋转调节杆5,在克服弹簧10弹力或者恢复力的作用,实现灯杯1的摆动,即可实现照射光线的调节。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上进行变化,将所述散热板11厚度变为40mm;所述安装板8厚度变为30mm;所述摆杆6直径变为40mm,长度变为90mm。其它同实施例一。
实施例三
本实施例在实施例一的基础上进行变化,将所述散热板11厚度变为50mm;所述安装板8厚度变为40mm;所述摆杆6直径变为50mm,长度变为100mm。其它同实施例一。

1.一种纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,包括安装板(8)、灯杯(1)、LED光源(2)和散热板(11),LED光源(2)设置在灯杯(1)内,LED光源(2)安装在散热板(11)上,灯杯(1)的杯底固定在散热板(11)上,其特征在于:安装板(8)上安装有安装座(7),在安装座(7)上铰接有摆杆(6),摆杆(6)的摆动端固定在散热板(11)上,在摆杆(6)左侧的散热板(11)上固定有套管(3),套管(3)垂直于散热板(11),在套管(3)内设置有调节杆(5),调节杆(5)一端设置在套管(3)内,另一端顶在安装板(8)上,调节杆(5)上套有与之螺纹配合连接的螺母(4),螺母(4)固定在套管(3)上,在摆杆(6)右侧的散热板(11)与安装板(8)之间设置有弹簧(10),弹簧(10)的两端分别通过弹簧座(9)安装在散热板(11)和安装板(8)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,其特征在于:所述散热板(11)厚度为30mm~50mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,其特征在于:所述安装板(8)厚度为20mm~40mm。
4.如权利要求2所述的纵向便捷可调照射角度的LED摩托车灯,其特征在于:所述摆杆(6)的摆动端固定在散热板(11)中部。
