Abstract

目前固定式内燃机被装在集装箱中运到远方。在目的地,发动机被从集装箱中移出并放置到建筑中,在该建筑中发动机可例如附接至发电机。这之后,集装箱从该处移走,并可以用与运输其他的发动机等。
已知在一集装箱中将一单元—该单元至少包括发动机和发电机—与例如冷却器等的辅助装置组装在一起,这样集装箱可用于输送该单元,并且在目的地点至少容置发动机和发电机。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面是提供一组件,其包括燃烧发动机和保护该燃烧发动机的外壳,其中所述外壳具有第一壁,所述第一壁由集装箱构成。
发动机可以为燃烧发动机,例如固定式燃烧发动机或涡轮机。
在使用中,发动机可能并未设置于集装箱中,但是可放在一壳体中,该壳体的一个壁可以由集装箱构成或包含集装箱。
本发明的另一个方面是构建带有燃烧发动机的组件的方法,包括如下步骤:
-安装发动机,
-在发动机周围放置两个或更多集装箱,
-在集装箱上方固定一顶板,以保护发动机。
从下面的描述和附图中本发明的其他特征和方面将会显而易见。

具体实施方式
图1示出了包含发动机2和壳体3的组件1,发动机2可以为固定式内燃机,具体地,为与产生电力的发电机相连的固定式燃气式发动机。发动机2和发电机都位于壳体3内部,壳体3具有第一壁4、第二壁5、第三壁6和第四壁7。第一壁4可以与第三壁6平行,并且与第二壁5和第四壁7垂直。壁4,5,6,7可以构成为其中放置发动机2的大致正方形或长方形结构。第一壁4、第二壁5和第四壁7各可以分别由一个在另一个上方的两个集装箱8,9、集装箱10,11、集装箱15,16构成。第三壁6可以由一个在另一个上方的三个集装箱12,13,14构成。集装箱8,9,10,11,12,13,14, 15,16可以通过螺栓、螺钉、锁具、转向锁、角板等或其组合相互可拆卸地连接。此外,下部集装箱8,10,12,15可以放置在基底如由混凝土构成的接地板17上。
下部集装箱8,10,12,15可以放置在水平底板上,水平底板位于基底上并位于集装箱的下部角部。对于每一个集装箱8,10,12,15可以用4个或更多的水平底板。
在上部集装箱与下部集装箱之间可以安装用于减少噪音和/或热量传递的防护板。防护板可以为泡沫材料。
在上部集装箱11、16的顶部可以放置一顶板18,顶板覆盖由集装箱 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16所构成的壳体3的内部。在壳体3上安装有烟囱19,烟囱19与发动机2的排气系统连接。烟囱19可以包括排气消音器 20来减少组件1的运行噪音。
烟囱和/或排气消音器20可以与一支架27相连接,支架27具有国际标准(ISO)集装箱的尺寸。国际标准集装箱可具有6.095m长、2.352m宽、2.393m高并被称为20英尺集装箱;或者国际标准集装箱可具有12.032m 长、2.352m宽、2.393m高并被称为40英尺集装箱。国际标准集装箱也可具有12.032m长、2.352m宽、2.698m高。
烟囱和/或排气消音器20可至少部分由支架27包围。
集装箱8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16可包括门21,使得能够进入到集装箱8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16中,和/或提供进入到组件1内部的通道。集装箱8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16也可以包括窗口22,以与集装箱内部电力照明相独立。
构成第一壁4和第三壁6的集装箱8,9,12,13和14可以为国际标准 20英尺集装箱。构成第二壁5和第四壁7的集装箱10,11,15,16可以为国际标准40英尺集装箱。
集装箱8可以包括气阀和/或中间冷却回路和其连接结构。
集装箱9可以包括多个装置例如风扇、过滤器和将来自组件内部的空气往外输送的开口。
集装箱10可以为一装有发动机冷却系统和/或润滑油冷却系统的辅助集装箱。发动机冷却系统和/或润滑油冷却系统可以包括一热交换器。此外,发动机控制系统和/或辅助控制系统可以安装在该集装箱10中。
集装箱11可以为一排气集装箱。在排气集装箱11内可以有一排气热交换器和催化器。
集装箱12,13,14可以容纳包括风扇和空气过滤器的进气系统,用以给组件的内部和/或发动机提供空气。
集装箱16可以装有用于组件和加压气体供应装置的控制单元。
集装箱15可以为一中压集装箱,其至少容纳一个变压器以向组件1 提供中压电力。进一步地,它还可以包括一中压控制单元以用来控制中压电力供应。中压可以用于驱动用于冷却或润滑油的泵。
图2示出了容纳发动机2和发电机25的组件1。发动机2放置于由集装箱8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16所限定的区域中。发动机2沿壳体的主轴取向。发电机25与发动机2功能性地连接,这样发动机2能驱动发电机25。
图3显示了包括两个组件1的电站26。组件1彼此相邻放置,并且可以通过缆线或螺栓等互相连接。电站26的主要控制单元可以设置在其中的一个组件中,并且与另一个组件1的发动机或设备控制装置相连。
工业实用性
接下来将对组件的构建进行描述。组件可以在装配地点预装配,以用于运输。在装配地点气态燃料控制路径和对气态燃料的冷却预装在集中箱 8中,泵、过滤器和/或用于将出口气体从组件的内部送出的控制装置预装在集中箱9中,在集中箱10中预装热交换器和/或辅助单元控制装置,在集装箱11中设置催化器和排气热交换器,在集装箱12,13和14中布置用于控制入口气体至组件内部的设备,集装箱15中布置用于加压空气的供应装置和控制单元,在集中箱16中布置用于将电力转换至中压的变压器和中压控制单元。
进一步地,发动机、发电机、控制台冷却器(desk-cooler)、管道、工作台和支撑结构等可以放置在一个或多个集装箱中用来运输。
在目的地,底板23可以放置在基底17上,基底17可由混凝土构成。底板23可以被平整。底板23可以支承集装箱使得集装箱为水平的。
下部集装箱8,10和15可以一个接一个的放置在底板23上。集装箱可以通过角板连接,角板通过螺钉固定至集装箱上。集装箱8,10和15 可以为U形布置,其中集装箱8和集装箱15可分别构成U形的腿部,而集装箱10可定位在集装箱8和集装箱15之间。集装箱8,10和15可限定出组件内部的三边。在下部集装箱8,10和15的顶部,可以放置泡沫材料作为噪音和热量绝缘装置。在集装箱8顶部可以放置集装箱9,在集装箱 10的顶部可以放置集装箱11,在集装箱15的顶部可以放置集装箱16。上部集装箱9,11,16可以通过使用扭锁与下部集装箱8,10,15连接。在集装箱11和16的顶部可以设置一覆盖组件内部的顶板。在组件的内部可以设置支撑结构、工作平台等。发动机和发电机可以被组装、连接并且放置到组件的内部。
冷却系统、燃料系统、排气系统和/或进气系统的位于不同集装箱中的不同部分可以通过柔性管连接。集装箱之间的电线可以与在不同的集装箱中的不同电子/电气元件相连。
入口空气集装箱12,13和14可以放置在U形集装箱建筑的敞口端来封闭该敞口端。在入口空气集装箱中可以放置消音器和排气管。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于运输燃烧发动机的组件,包括燃烧发动机和保护该燃烧发动机的壳体,所述壳体包括第一壁、第二壁、第三壁和第四壁,所述壳体包括由所述壁限定的内部空间,其中所述壁各由不同的国际标准集装箱形成,所述燃烧发动机容纳在所述国际标准集装箱的外壁之间限定的内部空间中,所述壳体包括覆盖在所述国际标准集装箱之间限定的内部空间的顶板,其中所述燃烧发动机没有被容纳在任何一个所述国际标准集装箱内,所述第一壁包括第一国际标准集装箱。
2.根据权利要求1的组件,其中,国际标准集装箱至少20英尺长。
3.根据权利要求1或2的组件,其中,国际标准集装箱大于或等于40英尺。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中,第二壁包括第二国际标准集装箱,第三壁包括第三国际标准集装箱,第四壁包括第四国际标准集装箱。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中,第一壁包括堆起来的两个国际标准集装箱。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组件,其中一个国际标准集装箱与另外一个国际标准集装箱长、宽和高基本相等。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中,所述顶板至少由第一壁支承。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中,一个所述国际标准集装箱至少装有与燃烧发动机排气管相连的热交换器。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中,至少一个所述国际标准集装箱装有控制单元,用于控制至少所述燃烧发动机。
10.根据权利要求9所述的组件,其中,国际标准集装箱装有至少一个变压器,用以转换电压。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中,该组件包括具有支架的烟囱,该支架具有国际标准集装箱的尺寸。
12.根据权利要求9所述的组件,其中,所述控制单元是中压控制单元。
13.构建根据权利要求1到12中任一项所述的组件的方法,包括步骤:
-放置两个或更多个国际标准集装箱,国际标准集装箱之间设有放置燃烧发动机的空间,
-在国际标准集装箱之间的所述空间中放置燃烧发动机,
-在国际标准集装箱顶部固定一顶板,用以保护燃烧发动机。
14.电站,包括至少两个根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的组件。
