本发明公开了一种双壁波纹管柔性套筒,涉及管道配件领域,该双壁波纹管柔性套筒中间设有多个V型槽,两侧分别有承插口及导入口。筒身采用低密度聚乙稀材料制成,有良好的轴向伸缩与弯曲性能,本发明配合橡胶密封圈使用,有良好的密封性能,可用于聚乙稀双壁波纹管的连接,是一种多功能的连接件,具有可适应聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管因冷缩热胀导致管段的轴向伸张与收缩,避免了管段的损坏,也可克服因地基局部下陷造成管道不规则倾斜以至使管与管之间连接处脱离或开裂,杜绝泄漏。

  本发明涉及管道配件领域,是聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管的连接装置。 
背景技术
  聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管目前作为城市雨水、污水收集与排放的主要用管之一而埋于地下,由于该类管材目前的主要连接方式是采用扩口承插,直通承插与及卡箍连接,此三种连接方式均不能适应因承托管道的地基由于土质疏松或地下水溢出而下陷,造成管道下沉使连接部位或连接件受损变形,松动或脱离,造成泄漏以致污染环境。 
发明内容
 本发明的目的在于解决聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管现有连接方法的决陷所造成的泄漏导致环境污染问题,为此提供了一种双壁波纹管柔性套筒作为聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管更为可靠的连接方法,彻底解决上述难题。 
   为了实现以上目的,本发明解决其技术难题是通过以下技术方案实现的。 
   一种双壁波纹管柔性套筒,其特征在于:套筒中间由多个V型槽3、两侧分别设有承插口1与及导入口2。 
 所述的双壁波纹管柔性套筒为低密度聚乙稀材料制成,具有可适应聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管因冷缩热胀导致管段的轴向伸张与收缩,避免了管段的损坏。 
 所述的双壁波纹管柔性套筒,其特征在于V型槽3设计为60°,导入口2设计为8~15°。 
 相对现有技术,本发明的优点及有益效果是:解决了聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管的不合理连接,杜绝泄漏。

具体实施方式
 下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。 
 由图1所示,本发明包括:中间多个V型槽3、两侧分别设有承插口1、与及导入口2。 
   由图2所示,两端的聚乙稀双壁波纹排水管5套上橡胶密封圈4插入本发明的两侧承插口1内,管与管之间在套筒内形成闭水区域,阻止水往外泄漏,当管体一端下沉时,本发明中间的多个V型槽3可弯曲变形以适应管体倾斜0~30°,克服因地基局部下陷造成管道不规则倾斜以至使管与管之间连接处脱离或开裂,杜绝泄漏,确保在恶劣的地质条件下闭水效果良好。

1. 一种双壁波纹管柔性套筒,其特征在于:套筒中间由多个V型槽3、两侧分别设有承插口1与及导入口2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双壁波纹管柔性套筒,其特征在于套筒材质为低密度聚乙稀材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双壁波纹管柔性套筒,其特征在于多个V型槽3为60°,导入口2为8~15°。
