本发明公开了一种电动耐磨闸阀,属于阀门领域。一种电动耐磨闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、闸板、阀杆、电驱动装置、电动开关和止推轴承;所述的阀盖设于阀体的上面,所述的阀杆与闸板相连接设于阀体的内部,所述的止推轴承的一端与阀杆相连接,其另一端与电驱动装置相连接,所述的电动开关与电驱动装置相连接,所述的阀体内部的流体通道内壁上涂覆有一层无毒环氧树脂。本发明的耐磨闸阀结构简单、使用方便、耐磨耐腐蚀、使用寿命长,通过电驱动装置驱闸阀的开关,省时省力,提高了生产效率,适用范围广,值得推广。

一种电动耐磨闸阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体地说,涉及一种电动耐磨闸阀。
背景技术
闸阀以其结构长度短,重量轻,安装维修方便而著称,大多用于低压管道输送系统中使用。目前市场上出现的闸阀其阀体内侧面为凹球面状,密封圈与阀体内侧面的结合为凸球面状,密封圈置于阀体内侧,与球面活动衬合。但是这种闸阀在污水处理、食品饮料加工、化工企业的管道输送系统中,管道内需要输送不同性质的流体介质,其中含有各种易沉淀的物质和易对闸板磨损的颗粒物,因此在使用时,阀门在关闭时,闸板易被积存的颗粒物阻挡以及闸板始终处于磨损状态的缺陷。现有技术中的闸阀多为手动闸阀, 需要人工手动旋转手轮,费时费力,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种电动耐磨闸阀,该闸阀具有结构简单,使用方便,耐磨效果好等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电动耐磨闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、闸板、阀杆、电驱动装置、电动开关和止推轴承;所述的阀盖设于阀体的上面,所述的阀杆与闸板相连接设于阀体的内部,所述的止推轴承的一端与阀杆相连接,其另一端与电驱动装置相连接,所述的电动开关与电驱动装置相连接,所述的阀体内部的流体通道内壁上涂覆有一层无毒环氧树脂。
更进一步地,所述的阀体内部的流体通道无凹槽,其侧视图呈圆形。
更进一步地,所述的止推轴承设于阀盖内部的顶部。
更进一步地,所述的止推轴承与阀盖之间设有耐磨套。
更进一步地,所述的阀体与阀盖是通过螺栓连接。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著优点:
1、本发明的耐磨闸阀采用止推轴承与阀杆连接,代替了现有技术中阀杆直接与手轮连接造成的损耗,通过设置止推轴承可有效减少摩擦,降低阻力,在止推轴承与阀盖之间再设置一层耐磨套,更是有效增加了闸阀的使用寿命;
2、本发明的阀体内部的流体通道无凹槽,避免了阀门管道内部杂物的沉积,方便闸阀的使用,增加了闸阀的寿命;阀体内部的流体通道内壁上涂覆有一层无毒环氧树脂,增强了流体通道的耐腐蚀能力,增加了闸阀的使用寿命。
3、本发明的耐磨闸阀结构简单、使用方便、耐磨耐腐蚀、使用寿命长,通过电驱动装置驱闸阀的开关,省时省力,提高了生产效率,适用范围广,值得推广。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例
如图1所示,一种电动耐磨闸阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、闸板3、阀杆4、电驱动装置5、电动开关6和止推轴承7;所述的阀盖2设于阀体1的上面,所述的阀杆4与闸板3相连接设于阀体1的内部,所述的止推轴承7的一端与阀杆4相连接,其另一端与电驱动装置5相连接,所述的电动开关6与电驱动装置5相连接,所述的阀体1内部的流体通道内壁上涂覆有一层无毒环氧树脂8。
所述的阀体内部的流体通道无凹槽,其侧视图呈圆形。所述的止推轴承7设于阀盖2内部的顶部。所述的止推轴承7与阀盖2之间设有耐磨套。所述的阀体1与阀盖2是通过螺栓9连接。

1. 一种电动耐磨闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、闸板和阀杆,所述的阀盖设于阀体的上面,所述的阀杆与闸板相连接设于阀体的内部,其特征在于:还包括电驱动装置、电动开关和止推轴承;所述的止推轴承的一端与阀杆相连接,其另一端与电驱动装置相连接,所述的电动开关与电驱动装置相连接,所述的阀体内部的流体通道内壁上涂覆有一层无毒环氧树脂。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电动耐磨闸阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体内部的流体通道无凹槽,呈圆形。
3. 如权利要求1所述的一种电动耐磨闸阀,其特征在于:所述的止推轴承设于阀盖内部的顶部。
4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电动耐磨闸阀,其特征在于:所述的止推轴承与阀盖之间设有耐磨套。
5. 如权利要求1所述的一种电动耐磨闸阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体与阀盖是通过螺栓连接。
