本发明公开了一种摩托车二次进气阀。摩托车二次进气阀,所述摩托车二次进气阀包括进气端盖、与进气端盖固定的壳体、位于所述壳体内并与所述进气端盖的进气通道相抵触的阀芯、位于所述壳体内并与所述阀芯相抵触的复位弹簧以及固定在所述壳体内与所述复位弹簧相抵触的电磁铁,所述进气端盖上设有进气通道和出气通道,所述进气通道和所述出气通道连通,所述进气端盖与所述壳体连接的一端设有内螺纹,所述壳体与所述进气端盖连接的一端设有外螺纹。本发明摩托车二次进气阀使用方便,可靠性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及摩托车技术领域,特别是涉及一种摩托车二次进气阀。
背景技术
二次进气阀是摩托车上用于降低尾气排放的重要部件,安装于摩托车的发动机上。目前的二次进气阀因其结构导致使用寿命较短,表现为阀门打开后不能自动复位,或关闭后无法打开,即可靠性低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便且可靠性高的摩托车二次进气阀。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种摩托车二次进气阀,所述摩托车二次进气阀包括进气端盖、与进气端盖固定的壳体、位于所述壳体内并与所述进气端盖的进气通道相抵触的阀芯、位于所述壳体内并与所述阀芯相抵触的复位弹簧以及固定在所述壳体内与所述复位弹簧相抵触的电磁铁,所述进气端盖上设有进气通道和出气通道,所述进气通道和所述出气通道连通,所述进气端盖与所述壳体连接的一端设有内螺纹,所述壳体与所述进气端盖连接的一端设有外螺纹。
进一步的,所述进气端盖垂直方向上延伸安装块,所述安装块上设有安装孔。
进一步的,所述阀芯包括金属杆和橡胶塞,所述橡胶塞固定在金属杆上,所述金属杆与所述复位弹簧相抵触。
进一步的,所述摩托车二次进气阀还包括连接插头,所述连接插头固定在壳体上与所述进气端盖相对的一端,所述连接插头与所述电磁铁电连接。
本发明摩托车二次进气阀通过电磁铁来移动阀芯,电磁铁通电时即可将二次进气阀打开,断电时在复位弹簧的作用下将二次进气阀关闭,开关、闭可靠,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明摩托车二次进气阀的较佳实施方式包括进气端盖1、壳体2、阀芯3、复位弹簧4、电磁铁5以及连接插头6,所述进气端盖1的一端与所述壳体2的一端固定,所述电磁铁5固定在所述壳体2内,且位于所述壳体2的另一端,所述复位弹簧4和阀芯3设于所述壳体2内,所述阀芯3的一端与所述进气端盖1相抵触,所述阀芯3的另一端与所述复位弹簧4的一端相抵触,所述复位弹簧4的一端与所述电磁铁5相抵触。所述连接插头6固定在壳体2上与所述进气端盖1相对的一端,所述连接插头6与所述电磁铁电5连接,便于摩托车二次进气阀的安装。
所述进气端盖1上设有进气通道11和出气通道12,所述进气通道11和所述出气通道12连通,所述进气端盖1与所述壳体2连接的一端设有内螺纹,所述进气端盖1垂直方向上延伸安装块13,所述安装块13上设有安装孔,便于将摩托车二次进气阀固定。所述壳体2与所述进气端盖1连接的一端设有外螺纹。
所述阀芯3包括金属杆和橡胶塞,所述橡胶塞固定在金属杆上,所述金属杆与所述复位弹簧4相抵触,所述橡胶塞与所述进气管道11相抵触,即所述金属杆位于所述壳体2内,所述橡胶塞位于所述进气端盖1内。
当电磁铁5通电时,电磁铁5具有磁性吸引阀芯3的金属杆向电磁铁5方向移动,金属杆带动橡胶塞向电磁铁5方向移动,如此打开了阀门,同时复位弹簧4处于压缩状态。当电磁铁5断电时,电磁铁5失去磁性,因复位弹簧4在电磁铁5通电时处于压缩状态,因此复位弹簧4会推动阀芯3向电磁铁5的反方向移动,使其阀芯3的橡胶塞堵住进气通道,如此关闭阀门。使用时,只需控制电磁铁5的通电,即可打开或关闭阀门,操作简单、使用方便,且可靠性高。

1.一种摩托车二次进气阀,其特征在于:所述摩托车二次进气阀包括进气端盖、与进气端盖固定的壳体、位于所述壳体内并与所述进气端盖的进气通道相抵触的阀芯、位于所述壳体内并与所述阀芯相抵触的复位弹簧以及固定在所述壳体内与所述复位弹簧相抵触的电磁铁,所述进气端盖上设有进气通道和出气通道,所述进气通道和所述出气通道连通,所述进气端盖与所述壳体连接的一端设有内螺纹,所述壳体与所述进气端盖连接的一端设有外螺纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的摩托车二次进气阀,其特征在于:所述进气端盖垂直方向上延伸安装块,所述安装块上设有安装孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的摩托车二次进气阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯包括金属杆和橡胶塞,所述橡胶塞固定在金属杆上,所述金属杆与所述复位弹簧相抵触。
4.如权利要求1所述的摩托车二次进气阀,其特征在于:所述摩托车二次进气阀还包括连接插头,所述连接插头固定在壳体与所述进气端盖相对的一端,所述连接插头与所述电磁铁电连接。
