背景技术
地漏是连接排水管道系统与室内地面的重要接口,作为住宅中排水系统的重要部件,它的性能好坏直接影响室内空气的质量,对卫浴间的异味控制非常重要。现有的地漏不方便导通,尤其是不方便对地漏进行水流导通,导流效果差。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种可以将伸缩管的端部插接在扣槽位置,通过扣片可以牢固地使连接架与伸缩管的端部对接,从而方便对该穿刺针机构的灵活控制,且通过针体方便插入地漏内,从而方便对地漏进行疏水导通的地漏水流导通用穿刺针机构。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种地漏水流导通用穿刺针机构,包括扣片,扣片设有弯曲部,扣片设有扣槽,扣槽为U型形状,扣片的两端设有安装孔,安装孔插接有连杆,连杆的端部设有扣柱,扣柱扣在扣片的上部外侧壁;扣槽设有连接架,连接架套装在连杆的外表面,连接架设有对接孔,对接孔与安装孔对接,连杆穿过对接孔,连接架设有导通针,导通针的端部设有针体,针体为尖角状结构。
进一步地,所述扣柱的外表面设有凹槽。
进一步地,所述扣柱与连杆为一体结构。
进一步地,所述连接架设有固定孔。

如图1与图2所示,一种地漏水流导通用穿刺针机构,包括扣片1,扣片1设有弯曲部2,扣片1设有扣槽3,扣槽3为U型形状,扣片1的两端设有安装孔4,安装孔4插接有连杆5,连杆5的端部设有扣柱6,扣柱6扣在扣片1的上部外侧壁;扣槽3设有连接架8,连接架8套装在连杆5的外表面,连接架8设有对接孔9,对接孔9与安装孔4对接,连杆5穿过对接孔9,连接架8设有导通针11,导通针11的端部设有针体12,针体12为尖角状结构;扣柱6的外表面设有凹槽7,扣柱6与连杆5为一体结构,连接架8设有固定孔10,导通针11与针体12为一体结构。
本发明地漏水流导通用穿刺针机构,可以将伸缩管的端部插接在扣槽3位置,通过扣片1可以牢固地使连接架8与伸缩管的端部对接,从而方便对该穿刺针机构的灵活控制,且通过针体12方便插入地漏内,从而方便对地漏进行疏水导通。
其中,扣柱6的外表面设有凹槽7,所以能节省扣柱6的材料。
其中,扣柱6与连杆5为一体结构,所以连接更加牢固。
其中,连接架8设有固定孔10,所以方便对连接架8的固定安装。
其中,导通针11与针体12为一体结构,所以连接更加牢固。
