一种环保合成纸喷墨打印涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量份计将硅藻泥10~20份、纳米二氧化硅5~10份、超细凹凸棒15~20份分散在40份的水中,同时加入0.4~1.0份聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30~60分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入10~15份羧基丁苯胶乳、10~20份丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.2~0.8份硅烷偶联剂、0.05~0.2份有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保合成纸喷墨打印涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保合成纸喷墨打印涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
环保合成纸是一种塑料材料新型产品,通过各种新技术的应用,使其同时具有塑料和纸的特性。作为新型的纸种,环保合成纸的优良性能越来越明显,用途也越来越广泛,已拓展到许多新领域,许多新产品不断地被开发出来。环保合成纸在国外已经有三十多年的发展史,随着全球环保意识的加强,因普通木纤维纸造成大量污染,加快了合成纸的发展,新的环保合成纸品种不断出现,扩大了环保合成纸的应用范围。目前,环保合成纸产品的世界销售额每年以10%的速度递增,环保合成纸部分取代纤维纸的步伐在加快。
环保合成纸强度高于普通植物纤维纸,在抗张强度、撕裂强度和拉伸强度方面非常优异;并有良好的耐候性、耐水性、耐化学品、耐油性能;环保合成纸可长期浸泡于水中性能不变,也不怕油浸渍,对酸、碱等溶液的抵抗力很强;环保合成纸表面涂布后印刷效果好,其表面洁白、不透明、厚薄均匀、印刷品色调柔和、效果鲜明;尺寸稳定,在潮湿条件下不变形、色泽不变、外观保持性好。
中国发明专利CN1931949公开了一种水性石油树脂胶粘剂及其制备方法。该胶粘剂的组份及其重量百分比为:石油树脂10~20%、乙酸乙烯酯5~10%、胶体保护剂2~5 %、乳化剂1.0~3%、阴离子表面活性剂A 0.25~1%、阴离子表面活性剂B 0.05~0.5%、引发剂0.25~0.5%、水65~75%。其制备方法以石油树脂为主要原料与乙酸乙烯酯经乳液共聚制备,所制备的胶粘剂在室温或70℃的低温下,短时间内可获得稳定的胶合强度,其对全木浆打印纸的胶合强度大于纸张本身的内结合强度。该发明的胶粘剂适用于纸和纸板粘合加工、纸管生产、纸质包装、涂覆用涂料中的粘合剂、合成纸及合成纤维薄膜的粘合等领域。
中国发明专利CN101457056公开了一种合成纸涂料及其制备方法和用途,该涂料包括10~20%废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、20~30%高岭土、50~60%甲苯、0.2~0.5%抗静电剂、0.1~0.3%滑爽剂、2~3%复合助剂,以上百分比为质量百分比。向聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料中加入甲苯后,在不超过150℃的温度下熔化聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,再加入复合助剂,制成AK改性树脂;将高岭土和制得的AK改性树脂充分分散均匀,然后研磨至细度≤15微米;最后将滑爽剂、抗静电剂和研磨好的物料一起分散均匀即制得合成纸涂料。将合成纸涂料在合成纸表层上形成可印刷层,提高合成纸的印刷适性,方便合成纸适用一般的印刷方式和普通油墨印刷,扩大合成纸的使用范围。
本发明采用硅藻泥、纳米二氧化硅、超细凹凸棒作为填料,既大大增强涂层的油墨吸收性又大大增强涂层的光泽度;用羧基丁苯胶乳、丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯为粘接剂既有利于提高涂层的粘接强度又提高了涂层的抗耐磨性能;硅烷偶联剂可以把硅藻泥、纳米二氧化硅、超细凹凸棒颗粒和羧基丁苯胶乳、丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯为粘接剂分子链之间连接起来,起到桥梁的作用。
发明内容
一种环保合成纸喷墨打印涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量份计将硅藻泥10~20份、纳米二氧化硅5~10份、超细凹凸棒15~20份分散在40份的水中,同时加入0.4~1.0份聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30~60分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入10~15份羧基丁苯胶乳、10~20份丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.2~0.8份硅烷偶联剂、0.05~0.2份有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保合成纸喷墨打印涂料;
所述的纳米二氧化硅的比表面积为150~200m2/g;
所述的超细凹凸棒的粒径为:长1微米、直径30~50纳米;
所述的硅烷偶联剂为氨基硅烷偶联剂、环氧基硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将12kg硅藻泥、9kg比表面积为150m2/g的纳米二氧化硅、15kg长1微米、直径30纳米的超细凹凸棒分散在40 kg的水中,同时加入0.4kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30分钟制成混合填料浆料;将混合填料浆料用体积为20升的卧式研磨机研磨两遍,然后将研磨后的浆料转移150升的搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入10kg羧基丁苯胶乳、20kg丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.2kg氨基硅烷偶联剂KH550、0.05kg有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到喷墨打印涂料106kg。
实施例2
将20kg硅藻泥、5kg比表面积为170m2/g的纳米二氧化硅、20kg长1微米、直径35纳米的超细凹凸棒分散在40 kg的水中,同时加入0.8kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散60分钟制成混合填料浆料;将混合填料浆料用体积为20升的卧式研磨机研磨两遍,然后将研磨后的浆料转移150升的搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入15kg羧基丁苯胶乳、15kg丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.8kg环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH560、0.2kg有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保纸涂布用涂料116kg。
实施例3
将15kg硅藻泥、10kg比表面积为190m2/g的纳米二氧化硅、19kg长1微米、直径40纳米的超细凹凸棒分散在40 kg的水中,同时加入1.0kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散50分钟制成混合填料浆料;将混合填料浆料用体积为20升的卧式研磨机研磨两遍,然后将研磨后的浆料转移150升的搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入12kg羧基丁苯胶乳、18kg丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.6kg环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH560、0.1kg有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保纸涂布用涂料115kg。
实施例4
将12kg硅藻泥、7kg比表面积为180m2/g的纳米二氧化硅、20kg长1微米、直径45纳米的超细凹凸棒分散在40 kg的水中,同时加入0.7kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散45分钟制成混合填料浆料;将混合填料浆料用体积为20升的卧式研磨机研磨两遍,然后将研磨后的浆料转移150升的搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入12kg羧基丁苯胶乳、17kg丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.5kg氨基硅烷偶联剂KH550、0.08kg有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保纸涂布用涂料109kg。
实施例5
将17kg硅藻泥、10kg比表面积为160m2/g的纳米二氧化硅、17kg长1微米、直径40纳米的超细凹凸棒分散在40 kg的水中,同时加入0.9kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散48分钟制成混合填料浆料;将混合填料浆料用体积为20升的卧式研磨机研磨两遍,然后将研磨后的浆料转移150升的搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入12kg羧基丁苯胶乳、13kg丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.3kg氨基硅烷偶联剂KH550、0.15kg有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保纸涂布用涂料110kg。
实施例6
将10kg硅藻泥、7kg比表面积为200m2/g的纳米二氧化硅、16kg长1微米、直径38纳米的超细凹凸棒分散在40 kg的水中,同时加入0.5kg聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散35分钟制成混合填料浆料;将混合填料浆料用体积为20升的卧式研磨机研磨两遍,然后将研磨后的浆料转移150升的搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入14kg羧基丁苯胶乳、12kg丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.5kg环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH560、0.08kg有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保纸涂布用涂料100kg。

1.一种环保合成纸喷墨打印涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:以重量份计将硅藻泥10~20份、纳米二氧化硅5~10份、超细凹凸棒15~20份分散在40份的水中,同时加入0.4~1.0份聚丙烯酸钠分散剂,用高速分散机分散30~60分钟制成浆料;将浆料用研磨机研磨两遍,然后将浆料转移到搅拌釜中,在不断搅拌下向浆料中加入10~15份羧基丁苯胶乳、10~20份丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯粘结剂、0.2~0.8份硅烷偶联剂、0.05~0.2份有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀,得到环保合成纸喷墨打印涂料;
所述的纳米二氧化硅的比表面积为150~200m2/g;
所述的超细凹凸棒的粒径为:长1微米、直径30~50纳米;
所述的硅烷偶联剂为氨基硅烷偶联剂、环氧基硅烷偶联剂中的一种。
