一种108V自发电型电动车,在108V电瓶输出电路中,增加了正向二极管(3),电瓶的电量通过正向二极管向电动车负载电路输出正电,当电瓶的电量(电压)低于设定值时,发电机自动起动发电,发出的电由二极管(4)向电瓶输出10A左右的电流,二极管(5)向电动车负载电路输出100A左右的大电流电压108V负载电路所需要能量。

电路工作原理:
在108V电瓶输出电路中,增加了正向二极管,电瓶的电量通过正向二极管向电动车负载电路输出正电,当电瓶的电量(电压)低于设定值时,发电机自动启动发电,发出的电由二极管(4)向电瓶输出10A左右的电流,二极管(5)向电动车负载电路输出100A左右的大量电流,用以电压108V供电动车所需能量。
电路优点: 
当电动车的电瓶电压低于设定值时,发电机自动启动发电,供电瓶充电所需电能,同时又供电动车负载所需要的大电流。
所属技术领域:
本发明适用于电动轿车、电动大巴、无轨电动火车和电瓶供电设备。
技术背景:
目前由于电动车电瓶蓄电量少,续驶里程不足,难以实现电动车于汽车接轨。
发明内容:
为克服电动车续驶里程不足,当电动车电瓶电压低于设定值时,发电机自动启动发电,分别供给电瓶和电动车所需能量,确保电动车正常行驶。
在电瓶供电电路中,增加了正向二极管,当发电机发电时,二极管(5)输出电压高于二极管(4)的输出电压,由于二极管的正向导电性,在二极管(3)两端产生两个电压,用以给电瓶充电所需小电流和电动车所需的大电流。
自动启动电路设有开关电路(12),用以人为启动发电机发电。
下面结合附图和实施对实用发明进一步说明:
说明书附图1是一种108V自发电型电动车原理图;附图1中:1电瓶,2发电机,3正向二极管,4整流二极管,5整流二极管,6滤波电容,7稳压电解电容,8继电器,9自动启动电路的三极管,10是三极管的下偏流电阻,11是三极管的上偏流电阻,12启动开关。调整上下的偏流电阻、阻值的大小实现设定值为95V时自动起动发电。
技术特征:
当电瓶正常供电时三极管(9)进入饱和区该三极管不工作,当电瓶电压低于设定值时,该三极管退出饱和区,进入工作状态,此时由该三极管的集电为继电器提供吸合电流达到自动启动发电机发电。

1.在108V电瓶输出电路中,增加了正向二极管(3),电瓶的电量通过正向二极管向电动车负载电路输出正电,当电瓶的电量(电压)低于设定值95V时,发电机自动起动发电,发出的电由二极管(4)向电瓶输出10A左右的电流,二极管(5)向电动车负载电路输出100A左右的大电流,供电压108V负载电路所需要能量。
