Abstract

本发明公开了一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢,其包括胶衣层,所述胶衣层上设置有无碱短切毡层,所述无碱短切毡层上设置有若干层芳纶纤维混编布,若干层芳纶纤维混编布依次纵横交替设置;所述芳纶纤维混编布包括玻璃纤维层、芳纶纤维层和无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层;所述玻璃纤维层和所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层分别固定设置在所述芳纶纤维层的两侧;所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束和所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束均各自平行并列排布。本发明质量轻、强度高、使用寿命长;本发明的芳纶纤维混编布以不同数量纵横交错层积,使受力较大维度获得较大强度;一方面降低成本,取得较好经济效益;一方面减轻重量,降低能源消耗和浪费。

一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢。
背景技术
玻璃钢材料是由玻璃纤维增强材料嵌入热固性树脂中或被其包裹形成复合结构的材料。目前市场上生产使用的玻璃钢材料多采用树脂浸润玻璃布材料来成型。该方法浸润效果好,所制备的玻璃纤维含量高。但是,这种玻璃钢材料用量较多、质量较重、使用寿命较短,在强度上也有所欠缺。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢,其包括胶衣层,所述胶衣层上设置有无碱短切毡层,所述无碱短切毡层上设置有若干层芳纶纤维混编布,若干层芳纶纤维混编布依次纵横交替设置;所述芳纶纤维混编布包括玻璃纤维层、芳纶纤维层和无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层;所述玻璃纤维层和所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层分别固定设置在所述芳纶纤维层的两侧;所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束和所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束均各自平行并列排布。
进一步地,所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束和所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束垂直设置。
进一步地,所述玻璃纤维层为无碱无捻玻璃纤维。
进一步地,所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束用量为300~400g/m2,所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束的用量为200~300g/m2,所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层的用量为80~120g/m2
进一步地,所述玻璃纤维层为0.05~0.10mm厚,所述芳纶纤维层为0.05~0.10mm厚,所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层为0.2~0.3mm厚。
一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢的制造方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)依次铺设胶衣层、无碱短切毡层和若干层芳纶纤维混编布,其中若干层芳纶纤维混编布依次纵横交替布置;
(2)采用真空导入树脂浸润,待树脂固化后,形成玻璃钢材料。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:
本发明所使用的是芳纶纤维是分子链排列呈直线状的对位芳纶,高强度、高模量是普通玻璃纤维的2~3倍。本发明质量轻、强度高、使用寿命长;本发明的芳纶纤维混编布以不同数量纵横交错层积,使受力较大维度获得较大强度;一方面降低成本,取得较好经济效益;一方面减轻重量,降低能源消耗和浪费。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1~图4所示,本发明一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢,其包括胶衣层1,所述胶衣层1上设置有无碱短切毡层2,所述无碱短切毡层2上设置有若干层芳纶纤维混编布3,若干层芳纶纤维混编布3依次纵横交替设置;所述芳纶纤维混编布3包括玻璃纤维层301、芳纶纤维层302和无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层303;所述玻璃纤维层301和所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层303分别固定设置在所述芳纶纤维层302的两侧;所述芳纶纤维层302的纤维束和所述玻璃纤维层301的纤维束均各自平行并列排布。
所述芳纶纤维层302的纤维束和所述玻璃纤维层301的纤维束垂直设置。在本实施例中,所述玻璃纤维层301的纤维束与织物的宽度方向平行,所述芳纶纤维层302的纤维束与织物的长度方向平行。
在本实施例中,所述玻璃纤维层301为无碱无捻玻璃纤维。
在本实施例中,所述玻璃纤维层301的纤维束用量为300~400g/m2,所述芳纶纤维层302的纤维束的用量为200~300g/m2,所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层303的用量为80~120g/m2
在本实施例中,所述玻璃纤维层301为0.05~0.10mm厚,所述芳纶纤维层302为0.05~0.10mm厚,所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层303为0.2~0.3mm厚。
制造时,依次铺设胶衣层、无碱短切毡层和芳纶纤维混编布,其中若干层芳纶纤维混编布依次纵横交替设置,在本实施例中,芳纶纤维混编布设置有五层,最后,采用真空导入树脂浸润,待树脂固化后,形成玻璃钢材料。
其中,芳纶纤维混编布的制造方法为:依次铺设玻璃纤维层,芳纶纤维层和无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层,其中玻璃纤维层的纤维束和芳纶纤维层的纤维束垂直铺设,且所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束用量为300~400g/m2,所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束的用量为200~300g/m2,所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层的用量为80~120g/m2;最后进行双轴向缝边即得高性能芳纶纤维混编布。

由表1可以看出,本发明所使用的是芳纶纤维是分子链排列呈直线状的对位芳纶,高强度、高模量是普通玻璃纤维的2~3倍。本发明质量轻、强度高、树脂浸透效果好、使用寿命长;本发明的芳纶纤维混编布以不同数量纵横交错层积,使受力较大维度获得较大强度;一方面降低成本,取得较好经济效益;一方面减轻重量,降低能源消耗和浪费。

Claims (4)

1.一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢,其特征在于,包括胶衣层,所述胶衣层上设置有无碱短切毡层,所述无碱短切毡层上设置有若干层芳纶纤维混编布,若干层芳纶纤维混编布依次纵横交替设置;所述芳纶纤维混编布包括玻璃纤维层、芳纶纤维层和无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层;所述玻璃纤维层和所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层分别固定设置在所述芳纶纤维层的两侧;所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束和所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束均各自平行并列排布;
所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束和所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束垂直设置;
所述玻璃纤维层的纤维束用量为300~400g/m2,所述芳纶纤维层的纤维束的用量为200~300g/m2,所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层的用量为80~120g/m2
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层为无碱无捻玻璃纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维层为0.05~0.10mm厚,所述芳纶纤维层为0.05~0.10mm厚,所述无碱玻璃纤维短切毡层为0.2~0.3mm厚。
4.一种如权利要求1~3任一所述的含芳纶纤维的高性能玻璃钢的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)依次铺设胶衣层、无碱短切毡层和若干层芳纶纤维混编布,其中若干层芳纶纤维混编布依次纵横交替布置;
(2)采用真空导入树脂浸润,待树脂固化后,形成玻璃钢材料。
