一种用于自行车装配的传送机构,包括传送台、传送带;所述传送台的顶面中央设置传送带;所述传送带由多个传送片铰链连接组成;所述传送片的中心位置开有安插孔;所述安插孔内安插有可伸缩的车管支撑柱;所述传送台上位于传送带的两侧开有放置自行车装配件的置料槽;所述传送片的一侧焊接固定有翻板扣;所述传送片的另一侧与传送带为铰链连接。本发明提供的一种用于自行车装配的传送机构能够有效满足多种尺寸大小的自行车装配使用,且能够调节合适的生产高度,结构简单,且满足多种生产需求。

一种用于自行车装配的传送机构
技术领域
本发明涉及自行车装配领域,具体涉及一种用于自行车装配的传送机构。
背景技术
现有运用在生产上传送带机构多为单一的用电机驱动的传送带,适合流水线作业。在自行车装配领域内,由于自行车的组装部件或者半装配体的体积加大,难以放在单一的传送带上进行装配作业。且由于自行车部件特定的形状,需要在传送带上加装特定的工装夹具将装配组件固定在传送带上进行流水线装配作业。而且由于自行车装配零件较多,在装配时需要在传送带的一侧设置零件盒,又进一步加到了装配区域的机构设置。
发明内容
为克服上有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的旨在提出一种能够固定自行车装配件、且能加大传送带面积的用于自行车装配的传送机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种用于自行车装配的传送机构,其特征在于:包括传送台、传送带;所述传送台的顶面中央设置传送带;所述传送带由多个传送片铰链连接组成;所述传送片的中心位置开有安插孔;所述安插孔内安插有可伸缩的车管支撑柱;所述传送台上位于传送带的两侧开有放置自行车装配件的置料槽;所述传送片的一侧焊接固定有翻板扣;所述传送片的另一侧与传送带为铰链连接。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明提供的一种用于自行车装配的传送机构,通过传送片中央的安插孔内安插的车管支撑柱可以有效的固定自行车装配时用到的自行车车管,同时可伸缩的车管支撑柱可以根据装配工人的工作高度自行调节合适高度。当装配的自行车尺寸较大时,可将传送片翻转,可将传送带的有效传送面积扩大一倍。

一种用于自行车装配的传送机构,包括传送台1、传送带2;所述传送台1的顶面中央设置传送带2;所述传送带2由多个传送片3铰链连接组成;所述传送片3的中心位置开有安插孔4;所述安插孔4内安插有可伸缩的车管支撑柱5;所述传送台1上位于传送带2的两侧开有放置自行车装配件的置料槽6;所述传送片3的一侧焊接固定有翻板扣7;所述传送片3的另一侧与传送带2为铰链连接;所述翻板扣7的长度小于置料槽6的宽度。
将自行车的车管安插在车管支撑柱5上,同时根据合适的操作高度调节可伸缩的车管支撑柱5。根据每个工位上需用到的自行车装配件,将这些装配件放置在传送台1的置料槽6内。开启传送机构电源,传送机构开启,工作人员进行装配。当需要装配大尺寸的自行车时,传送带2的传送面积不能够满足生产要求时,工作人员可通过提起翻板扣7将传送片3翻转180°,即可将传送带2的有效传送面积扩大一倍以满足工作需求。
本发明提供的一种用于自行车装配的传送机构能够有效满足多种尺寸大小的自行车装配使用,且能够调节合适的生产高度,结构简单,且满足多种生产需求。

1.一种用于自行车装配的传送机构,其特征在于:包括传送台(1)、传送带(2);所述传送台(1)的顶面中央设置传送带(2);所述传送带(2)由多个传送片(3)铰链连接组成;所述传送片(3)的中心位置开有安插孔(4);所述安插孔(4)内安插有可伸缩的车管支撑柱(5);所述传送台(1)上位于传送带(2)的两侧开有放置自行车装配件的置料槽(6);所述传送片(3)的一侧焊接固定有翻板扣(7);所述传送片(3)的另一侧与传送带(2)为铰链连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于自行车装配的传送机构,其特征在于:所述翻板扣(7)的长度小于置料槽(6)的宽度。
