本发明公开了一种弹簧,包括由条状体(2)螺旋弯曲形成若干个圈(4)的弹簧本体(6),其特征在于,还包括至少设置在相邻的两个所述圈(4)上且能够相互卡合的卡扣装置(8),所述卡扣装置(8)上设置有能容纳所述条状体(2)穿过的通孔(14),所述条状体(2)与所述通孔(14)为间隙配合,且相互之间能够转动。本发明能够在不更换弹簧,不改变弹簧长度的情况下改变弹簧的弹力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹簧。
背景技术
弹簧是一种利用弹性来工作的机械零件。用弹性材料制成的零件在外力作用下发生形变,除去外力后又恢复原状。亦作“弹簧”。一般用弹簧钢制成。弹簧的种类复杂多样,按形状分,主要有螺旋弹簧、涡卷弹簧、板弹簧、异型弹簧等。
F=kx,F为弹力,k为劲度系数,x为弹簧拉长的长度,一般情况下,弹簧的长度如果是固定的,弹力就是固定的,当需要改变弹簧的弹性时,需要更换弹簧。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够调节弹力的弹簧
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种弹簧,包括由条状体螺旋弯曲形成若干个圈的弹簧本体,其特征在于,还包括至少设置在相邻的两个所述圈上且能够相互卡合的卡扣装置,所述卡扣装置上设置有能容纳所述条状体穿过的通孔,所述条状体与所述通孔为间隙配合,且相互之间能够转动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述卡扣装置包括分别设置在其两端的凸块和凹槽,所述凹槽内设有能够容纳所述凸块卡入的容纳空间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述条状体和所述通孔的截面均为圆形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸块为球形,所述凹槽内的容纳空间为直径与所述凸块相等的球形或者半球形空间,所述容纳空间的表面积大于所述凸块表面积的1/2。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述圈上均设有所述卡扣装置。
本发明的有益效果在于,本发明能够在不更换弹簧,不改变弹簧长度的情况下改变弹簧的弹力。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
如图1所示,本发明包括由条状体2螺旋弯曲形成若干个圈4的弹簧本体6,其特征在于,还包括至少设置在相邻的两个所述圈4上且能够相互卡合的卡扣装置8,所述卡扣装置8上设置有能容纳所述条状体2穿过的通孔14,所述条状体2与所述通孔14为间隙配合,且相互之间能够转动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述卡扣装置8包括分别设置在其两端的凸块10和凹槽12,所述凹槽12内设有能够容纳所述凸块10卡入的容纳空间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述条状体2和所述通孔14的截面均为圆形。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸块10为球形,所述凹槽12内的容纳空间为直径与所述凸块10相等的球形或者半球形空间,所述容纳空间的表面积大于所述凸块10表面积的1/2。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述圈4上均设有所述卡扣装置8。
本发明的具体原理如下:
(1)弹簧不调节直接使用时,绕着弹簧本体6旋转卡扣装置8,使得相邻的卡扣装置8间不相连,此时,弹簧的弹力为弹簧的初始弹力值。
(2)当需要调节弹簧的弹力时,绕着弹簧本体6旋转卡扣装置8,使得部分相邻的凸块10卡入到凹槽12中,此时相邻的两个弹簧圈4无法运动,因此该段的弹簧力被限制,当限制的弹簧圈4越多,弹簧力就越小,可以自行调节

1.一种弹簧,包括由条状体(2)螺旋弯曲形成若干个圈(4)的弹簧本体(6),其特征在于,还包括至少设置在相邻的两个所述圈(4)上且能够相互卡合的卡扣装置(8),所述卡扣装置(8)上设置有能容纳所述条状体(2)穿过的通孔(14),所述条状体(2)与所述通孔(14)为间隙配合,且相互之间能够转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹簧,其特征在于,所述卡扣装置(8)包括分别设置在其两端的凸块(10)和凹槽(12),所述凹槽(12)内设有能够容纳所述凸块(10)卡入的容纳空间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种弹簧,其特征在于,所述条状体(2)和所述通孔(14)的截面均为圆形。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种弹簧,其特征在于,所述凸块(10)为球形,所述凹槽(12)内的容纳空间为直径与所述凸块(10)相等的球形或者半球形空间,所述容纳空间的表面积大于所述凸块表面积的1/2。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种弹簧,其特征在于,所述圈(4)上均设有所述卡扣装置(8)。
