Abstract

本发明涉及一种双螺纹连接结构,所述螺栓包括螺栓头部和螺杆，所述螺杆截面为环形柱状结构，所述螺母包括螺母头和具有环形孔的柱状结构，所述环形的柱状结构的内外侧均设有第一螺纹，所述环形孔的内壁上设有第二螺纹，所述第一螺纹与所述第二螺纹相互适配。由于将螺杆设计成环形结构，在环形结构的内外侧均设有螺纹，且螺母的环形孔内的螺纹与其适配，可以实现双向螺纹的连接结构，该连接结构不容易断裂且不会断丝，连接结构稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双螺纹连接结构，属于连接件领域。
背景技术
目前螺纹连接结构均采用的是单向螺纹连接，连接后由于横向剪切力容易导致连接结构松动，影响连接效果或产品质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种双螺纹连接结构，克服现有技术中的螺纹连接均是采用单向螺纹连接导致连接结构容易松动的缺陷。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种双螺纹连接结构,包括螺栓和螺母，所述螺栓包括螺栓头部和螺杆，所述螺杆为截面为环形柱状结构；所述螺母包括螺母头和具有环形孔的柱状结构，所述环形柱状结构的内外侧均设有第一螺纹，所述环形孔的内壁上设有第二螺纹，所述第一螺纹与所述第二螺纹相互适配。
本发明的有益效果是：由于将螺杆设计成环形结构，在环形结构的内外侧均设有螺纹，且螺母的环形孔内的螺纹与其适配，可以实现双向螺纹的连接结构，该连接结构不容易断裂且不会断丝，连接结构稳定。
在上述技术方案的基础上，本发明还可以做如下改进。
本发明一种双螺纹连接结构,进一步，所述第一螺纹与所述环形的柱状结构一起加工制成；所述第二螺纹与所述环形孔一起加工制成。
本发明一种双螺纹连接结构,进一步，所述螺栓和螺母为铁、不锈钢或塑料材质。
本发明一种双螺纹连接结构,进一步，所述螺栓头部和螺杆一体制成。
本发明一种双螺纹连接结构,进一步，所述螺母头部和具有环形孔的柱状结构一体制成。

如图1至4所示，本发明一种双螺纹连接结构,包括螺栓和螺母，所述螺栓包括螺栓头部6和螺杆1，所述螺杆1为截面为环形柱状结构，所述螺母包括螺母头7和具有环形孔的柱状结构2，所述环形柱状结构1的内外侧均设有第一螺纹3，所述环形孔4的内壁上设有第二螺纹5，所述第一螺纹3与所述第二螺纹5相互适配。
本发明一种双螺纹连接结构，在一种具体的实施方式中：所述螺栓和螺母为铁、不锈钢或塑料材质；所述螺栓头部和螺杆一体制成；所述螺母头部和具有环形孔的柱状结构一体制成。

所述环形的柱状结构的内外侧均设有第一螺纹，所述环形孔的内壁上设有第二螺纹，所述第一螺纹与所述第二螺纹相互适配。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种双螺纹连接结构,其特征在于，所述第一螺纹与所述环形的柱状结构一起加工制成；所述第二螺纹与所述环形孔一起加工制成。
