本发明公开了一种新型环保防火涂料,所述新型环保防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:双氰胺15~25份、硅酸盐15~30份、季戊四醇10~18份、钛白粉8~15份、氯化石蜡7~10份、聚磷酸铵6~8份、丙烯酸乳液15~20份、阻燃剂8~10份,其余为助剂。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。本发明提供的新型环保防火涂料,涂料无毒、无刺激性,在钢材表面涂覆时,粘结性好,美观而且阻燃效果好;阻燃剂的配方合理、成本低廉,阻燃效果好。

一种新型环保防火涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及防火产品领域,具体是一种新型环保防火涂料。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的飞速发展,钢结构建筑大量出现在公共建筑、商业建筑等高层建筑及工业厂房中。钢材具有良好的抗拉强度,但是随着温度的升高,特别是在温度达到400-600℃时,其强度几乎成直线下降,当温度达到600℃以上时,钢材几乎失去了承载能力。所以,对钢结构采取有效的保护措施,使其能在意外发生时免受高温火焰的直接灼烧,延缓塌陷时间,为消防救援提供宝贵的时间就显得十分重要。目前,世界各国对钢结构采用了多种方法进行防火保护,主要有在钢结构表面粘贴无机防火板、喷涂无机纤维、粘贴纤维板、粘贴柔性板材及结构内部通水。但是往往施工比较复杂、成本较高,同时会影响美观。
防火涂料是用于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,用以提高被涂材料耐火极限的一种特种涂料。防火涂料涂覆在基材表面,除具有阻燃作用以外,还具有防锈、防水、防腐、耐磨、耐热以及涂层坚韧性、着色性、茹附性、易干性和一定的光泽等性能。
发明内容
一种新型环保防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:双氰胺15~25份、硅酸盐15~30份、季戊四醇10~18份、钛白粉8~15份、氯化石蜡7~10份、聚磷酸铵6~8份、丙烯酸乳液15~20份、阻燃剂8~10份,其余为助剂。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。
作为进一步的方案,所述聚磷酸铵的聚合度为1000-1200。
作为进一步的方案,所述钛白粉粒径为480目。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的新型环保防火涂料,无毒、无刺激性,采用如微胶囊的结构,实现了胶囊外壳起到火势较小时初步保护同时可以使芯材不受外界环境影响,提高了防火涂料的防火效果,在火势较大时芯材反应起到进一步的防火效果;阻燃剂的配方合理、成本低廉,阻燃效果好。

实施例一
一种新型环保防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:双氰胺15份、硅酸盐15份、季戊四醇10份、钛白粉8份、氯化石蜡7份、聚磷酸铵6份、丙烯酸乳液15份、阻燃剂8份,其余为助剂。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。
实施例二
一种新型环保防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:双氰胺20份、硅酸盐23份、季戊四醇14份、钛白粉12份、氯化石蜡8份、聚磷酸铵7份、丙烯酸乳液17份、阻燃剂9份,其余为助剂。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。
实施例三
一种新型环保防火涂料,由以下重量份的原料制成:双氰胺25份、硅酸盐30份、季戊四醇18份、钛白粉15份、氯化石蜡10份、聚磷酸铵8份、丙烯酸乳液20份、阻燃剂10份,其余为助剂。所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。

1.一种新型环保防火涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:双氰胺15~25份、硅酸盐15~30份、季戊四醇10~18份、钛白粉8~15份、氯化石蜡7~10份、聚磷酸铵6~8份、丙烯酸乳液15~20份、阻燃剂8~10份,其余为助剂;所述阻燃剂的组成为:二氧化锑13%~14%、硫酸胺0.2%~0.3%、氢氧化镁10%~20%、柠檬酸10%~20%,其余为硅藻土。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保防火涂料,其特征在于,所述聚磷酸铵的聚合度为1000-1200。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保防火涂料,其特征在于,所述钛白粉粒径为480目。
