技术领域
 本发明专利涉及一种食品包装袋,特别是适合加热用的食品包装袋。
背景技术
普通的包装袋在微波加热时,需要预先开口,否则就会在微波加热时造成包装爆裂,不但声音巨大,而且使所加热的食品飞溅的到处都是,造成食品无法食用,也造成了微波炉的脏乱。
为了解决该问题,同时方便消费者的使用,许多企业对此进行了可微波加热自开口包装产品的开发,有的包装袋至少在一条封边上有两个或两个以上非封压区,并在靠近热封部位打激光撕裂线。打撕裂线造成局部部位包装破坏,影响了包装袋的阻隔性,同时增加了的包装产品的成本。该设计既设计了封口薄弱区域又设计了撕裂线,说明单纯通过热封区域的设计无法确保产品每次都能够在所设计的热封薄弱区域自动开口排气,需要通过撕裂线造成的薄弱区域来排气,这就容易造成包装袋在受热膨胀开口时,产生一定的爆裂声,在一定程度上引起消费者的惊恐和不安。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便的适合加热用的食品包装袋。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种适合加热用的食品包装袋,其特征在于包装袋的封边内至少设有一段受热易开裂的涂覆层,热封时涂覆层段的封边与其它封边共同形成密封。
本发明是在包装袋的封边上涂覆一段受热易开裂的涂覆层材料,该包装袋用于微波加热时,涂覆部分受热自开口,有利于袋内气体排除,且不会产生较大的爆裂声,达到定位自开口的目的。
本发明的特点是:在包装袋上设置定位开裂点,微波加热不会产生爆裂声,使用安全、操作方便、造价低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述:
如图所示,包装袋1有三面封边3,其中在两相对的封边上均设置一段在封边内涂覆有受热易开裂的涂覆材料层2,涂覆层段与其它段的封边经热封共同形成密封的包装袋。包装袋的封边受热时不易开裂,只有涂覆层段的封边会随温度及袋内气体压力的升高发生开裂,释放出袋内的气体,完成对食品的加热。本发明不限于本实施例。
