Abstract

挤压性优良的耐蚀高强可焊铝合金。在含有 Zn、Mg、Cr、Mn、Sb的铝合金中加入0.05~0.6% (重量)的稀土元素,且控制杂质Fe、Si、Cu的含量。 各元素成份比(重量%)为:
Zn:2~6,Mg:0.8~2.5
Cr:0.1~0.3,Mn:0.05~0.8
Sb:0.05~0.3
其余为铝
本发明铝合金有优良的挤压、耐蚀及氧化着色性 能,适用于许多焊接件、高强度结构件、交通工具的受 力件等。

Description

本发明是一种铝合金。该铝合金含Zn、Mg、Cr、Mn、Sb添加稀土金属元素,适用于自行车、摩托车、建筑门窗、各种交通运输的结构受力件以及航空、宇航等重要构件、焊接件、代替不锈钢等。
过去使用的高强度铝合金,主要是Al-Cu系合金,Al-Mg系合金,Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金,Al-Mg-Si系合金。Al-Cu、Al-Mg系合金虽有较高的抗拉强度,Al-Mg系合金的耐蚀性、焊接性也很好,但其挤压性不好,难以大批量生产。LC4-LC6,Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系高强铝合金(美国的7075等合金),其强度虽很高,但挤压性也不好,挤压时温度控制严格,否则易出现热裂纹,或挤压力过大,挤压模具寿命短等弊病。Al-Mg-Si系合金,当Mg量和Si量调整到高值时,虽也能获得较高强度并有良好的挤压性能,但由于Mg2Si相的多量析出,引起晶粒间界裂纹,而使合金材料延展性大幅度下降,而难以实际应用。日本专利昭60-82643,昭56-2148提供的合金除合金元素成份,比例不尽相同外,其性能远不如本发明合金。
根据现有铝合金性能的不足,本发明提出一种新成份的铝合金,它具有优良的挤压性能及综合力学性能,同时焊接性能、耐蚀性能及表面处理性能也十分优越。
本发明所提供的铝合金,是一种含有Zn、Mg、Cr、Mn、Sb、的铝合金,其区别是在下列成份重量百分比的条件下,添加含量可为0.05~0.6%(重量)的稀土元素,同时控制杂质Fe、Si、Cu的含量在一定范围内:
Zn:2.0~6.0%  Mg:0.8~2.5%
Cr:0.1~0.3%  Mn:0.05~0.8%
Sb:0.05~0.3%
Re(稀土)0.05~0.6%
杂质含量:Fe≤0.4%  Si≤0.4%  Cu≤0.2%其余为铝。
本发明铝合金有优良的挤压、压延加工性能和优良的耐蚀性能。它能适应于对接焊,电弧焊,氩弧焊等焊接件,而广泛用作建筑用高强度结构件,汽车、摩托车、自行车等交通工具的受力件,结构件;轮船、飞机、宇航等重要结构件,代替不锈钢。同时还具有极好的氧化着色性能,获得非常美丽的外观,而可在轻工产品中得到广泛的应用。
本发明的实施方案可采用表中所列的实施例实现。采用本发明的铝合金与五种比较合金(见表一)作对比实验,其性能分别列出(见表二、表三)熔炼和铸造工艺均采用常规方法。

Claims (1)

1、含Zn、Mg、Cr、Mn、Sb的铝合金,其特征是在下列成份比的条件下,添加0.05~0.6%(重量)的稀土元素,且控制Fe,Si,Cu的含量:
Zn:2.0~6.0%,Mg:0.8~2.5%
Cr:0.1~0.3%,Mn:0.05~0.8%
Sb:0.05~0.3%
Re(稀土)0.05~0.6%
杂质含量:Fe≤0.4%Si≤0.4%Cu≤0.2%其余为铝。
