图1示出一种车辆传动系1A,其具有由现有技术公知的传动设备1,该传动设备具有用于传动设备1的无级地变化传动比的电气变速箱2。传动设备1的行星传动装置3与传动器输入轴4、变速箱2的轴29以及换档变速器5联接,在其与变速箱2相结合的范围中分别示出了用于向前行驶和向后行驶的四个传动比范围。传动设备1的传动比在四个传动比范围内通过变速箱2可分别无级地改变,其中,变速箱2在第二轴21的范围内为此也与传动输入轴4连接。变速箱2包括第一电机7A和第二电机7B,它们分别能电动地和发电机式地运行。
换档变速器5除了行星传动装置3以外还包括另外三个行星传动装置8至10,它们的轴为了呈现四个传动比范围而通过五个摩擦配合的(reibschlüssig)切换元件11至15能以随后更详细说明的方式彼此联接,并且它们全部同轴地布置在传动输入轴4上。
在换档变速器5的传动输出侧设有另外两个摩擦配合的切换元件17和18,其中,在摩擦配合切换元件17接合的情况下可相应地呈现向前行驶运行,而在摩擦配合切换元件18接合的情况下,以车辆传动系1A和传动设备1来实施的车辆可沿向后行驶方向运行。
在另一个摩擦配合的切换元件19的范围中,与车辆传动系的驱动器20连接的传动输入轴4可与驱动轴22联接,通过该驱动轴,优选实施为牵引机或类似机器的车辆的动力输出装置可驱动。
第一行星传动装置3当前在太阳轮23的范围中与变速箱2的轴29作用连接,而第一行星传动装置3的行星架24与第二行星传动装置8的内齿圈25以及第三行星传动装置9的行星架26抗相对转动地连接。第一行星传动装置3的内齿圈27与第二行星传动装置8的行星架8联接。第二行星传动装置8的太阳轮30抗相对转动地与第三行星传动装置9的太阳轮31连接。第三行星传动装置9的内齿圈32通过第一摩擦配合的切换元件11能与第四行星传动装置10的太阳轮33联接,而行星传动装置8和9的太阳轮30和31能通过第二摩擦配合的切换元件12与第四行星传动装置10的太阳轮33作用连接。第一行星传动装置3的行星架24、第二行星传动装置8的内齿圈25以及第三行星传动装置9的行星架26能通过第三摩擦配合的切换元件13与第四行星传动装置10的行星架34作用连接,所述行星架34与摩擦配合的切换元件17和18的共同的外摩擦片支架35抗相对转动地连接。第四行星传动装置10的实施为内齿圈的轴16能通过构造为制动器的摩擦配合的切换元件15抗相对转动地呈现。
摩擦配合的切换元件17的内摩擦片支架36抗相对转动地与齿轮37连接,该齿轮37与圆柱齿轮38啮合,所述圆柱齿轮38与传动设备1的传动输出轴39抗相对转动地连接。此外,摩擦配合的切换元件18的内摩擦片支架40与圆柱齿轮41联接,所述圆柱齿轮41通过与其啮合的中间轮42与同样抗相对转动地与传动输出轴39连接的另一个圆柱齿轮43处于嵌接。
传动输出轴39以未更详细示出的方式通过伞齿轮传动与实施为车辆后轴的可驱动车轴44的轴差分传动装置作用连接,并通过圆柱齿轮传动经由另一个摩擦配合的切换元件与第二个可驱动的车轴联接。
为了呈现用于向前行驶或用于向后行驶的第一传动比范围,将摩擦配合的切换元件11和15转变到接合的运行状态,而将其它摩擦配合的切换元件12、13和14打开。如果存在从第一传动比范围出发地变换到第二传动比范围的相应要求,则将第一摩擦配合的切换元件11打开并将第二摩擦配合的切换元件12接合,而摩擦配合的切换元件15保持在接合状态并且切换元件13和14保持在打开状态。
如果应从第二传动比范围出发地变换到第三传动比范围,则将摩擦配合的切换元件15打开并将摩擦配合的切换元件13接合,而在从第三传动比范围到第四传动比范围的变换过程中,将摩擦配合的切换元件13打开,并将另一个摩擦配合的切换元件14在同时接合摩擦配合的切换元件12的情况下转变到其接合的运行状态。
在挂入第一传动比范围的情况下,利用根据图1的车辆传动系1A实施的车辆可在0km/h至约6km/h的速度范围内运行。而在挂入第二传动比范围的情况下,车辆可在约6km/h至约13.5km/h的速度范围内运行,并且在挂入第三传动比范围的情况下,车辆的运行可得到约13.5km/h至约27km/h的速度范围。如果在根据图1的传动设备1中挂入第四传动比范围,则车辆可在约27km/h至约58km/h的速度范围内运行。
然而,在这种情况下有如下问题:在电机7A和7B的范围中受设计条件所限的最大可传输功率将可驱动的车轴44的轮的范围中的牵引力或传动输出力矩限制在利用车辆传动系1实施的车辆的若干速度范围内或者车辆传动系1A的若干运行范围内。这具体发生在如下的运行范围内:在该范围内无功功率往复出现,这在电机7A和7B的范围中引起了高的负载。
如果利用车辆传动系1A实施的车辆在精确地以某一速度为中心的运行范围内运行(为此通过电机7A或7B中的一个来调整行星传动装置3的与其连接的轴的静止装态),电机7A或7B以发电机的方式运行,其中,在电机7A或7B的范围中转速可能在较长的运行时间段内调整为零。特别是在电机7A或7B的无传感器驱控的情况下,从很低的转速到静止装态的调整是非常费事的。
发明内容
因此,本发明的基于如下任务:提供一种在结构空间方面有利的且成本低廉的传动设备,通过该传动设备可在车辆传动系的输出区域中呈现所期望的驱动功率。
根据本发明,该任务通过具有权利要求1的特征的传动设备解决。
在根据本发明的、具有用于无级变速的至少一个电气变速箱并具有功率分支的传动设备的情况下,行星传动装置与传动输入轴和电气变速箱的轴以及换档变速器联接,在其区域中与电气变速箱相结合地可呈现多个传动比范围。所述传动比在传动比范围内能通过电气变速箱各无级地变化。
根据本发明,在电气变速箱的与行星传动装置连接的轴和行星传动装置之间的功率路径中设置有装置,在该装置的范围中,在变速箱和行星传动装置之间的功率路径中引导的转动力矩的至少一部分是能支撑的。
通过根据本发明的传动设备的装置,在临界运行范围中以简单的方式存在如下可能性:通过对在变速箱和行星传动装置之间的功率路径中所引导的转动力矩的至少一部分的支撑来降低电气变速箱的负载。由此,可以在没有结构上的改变且没有电气变速箱的将使得成本和结构空间需求提高的较大尺寸的情况下提高利用根据本发明的传动设备来实施的车辆传动系的功率升高,并且可以在期望的范畴内在小的结构空间需求以及同时很低的制造成本的情况下在车辆传动系的输出运行中提供所期望的驱动功率。
与公知的电气功率分支的传动器相比,根据本发明的传动装置进行了如下改进:布置于功率分支中且由其能最大传输的功率所限制的电机以如下方式被支持,即,尽管在功率分支的路径中受限的功率的情况下也可在与其作用连接的行星传动装置的范围中支撑较高的力矩和较高的功率,并因此能通过该传动设备传输较高的转动力矩。
如果利用传动设备实施的车辆的电气辅助负载由电气变速箱的中间电路供应电功率,则在短时间内提高了对由中间电路向电气辅助负载提供的电功率需求的情况下存在如下的可能性:将向辅助负载供电的电机(其参与了行星传动装置的支撑)通过该附加的装置来卸载并因此弥补辅助负载的提高的电需求。
此外,通过在速度范围内的装置(为此通过电气变速箱的电机在行星传动装置的轴的范围中调整静止装态)存在如下可能性:通过该装置调节行星传动装置的轴的静止装态并因此将电机卸载。
在传动设备的运行状态期间(其中,在行星传动装置的范围中调节了小的转速),这也可通过该装置(例如通过摩擦配合制动器的小的滑差)以很少的耗费在电气变速箱的同时很低的负载的情况下实现。
在此,在行星传动装置或其轴的范围中待调节的小的转速的情况下可如此地预先给出该装置的工作方式,即,使得在电气变速箱的电机或者电气变速箱的范围中不支撑转动力矩,由此降低电气变速箱范围中的损耗功率并提高传动设备的效率。
在根据本发明的传动设备的结构简单的实施方式的情况中,该装置在电气变速箱的轴的范围中与电气变速箱和行星传动装置之间的功率路径耦合。
在根据本发明的传动设备的同样结构简单的并且成本低廉的实施方式的情况下,装置包括制动器,例如片式制动器,该片式制动器优选地支撑在传动设备的外壳上,并且通过该片式制动器可降低在电气变速箱范围中的转动力矩。
在利用根据本发明的传动设备来实施的车辆传动系的特定运行范围中,例如在起动过程中,在行星传动装置的范围中调节高的支撑力矩和功率,其可以在电气变速箱的电机的范围中引起高的电功率,所述高的电功率不出现在利用该传动设备实施的车辆传动系或车辆的其它运行和速度范围中。
行星传动装置在功率分支范围中或者优选在电气变速箱的电机的范围中的支撑通过制动器(该制动器附加于电机地还将行星传动装置所参与的轮相对于传动器壳体制动并优选滑差地运行)以结构简单的方式来支持。
在此,制动器可以实施为干式运行的或者湿式运行的片式制动器或者带式制动器。此外还存在如下的可能性:通过以铁磁方式工作的制动器或者借助通过水力、电或机械操纵或其组合进行的其它传输原理来提供制动力矩。
如果制动器可控地运行,则可与电气变速箱的电机协作实现支撑的良好分配性。
如果在摩擦配合的制动器范围中产生的损耗功率(其损害传动设备的效率)应当被避免或降低,则在根据本发明的传动设备的其它有利实施方式中该装置构造为泵装置和/或以能发电机式运行的电机,通过它们将为了电气变速箱的卸载而在装置的范围中相应地要施加的制动力矩应用于产生电功率或者用于供应水力系统或类似功能。
如果电气变速箱包括至少两个电机、两个用于驱控电机的逆变器以及一个电气的中间电路,则该传动设备可以成本低廉地用标准组件来制造。
在初级功率分支的传动设备的情况下,行星传动装置充当总传动器(Sammelgetriebe),并且行星传动装置的轮支撑在电气变速箱的其中一个电机的范围中的功率分支中,以实现传动设备的限定的传动比。
如果传动设备实施为次级耦合的系统,则行星传动装置或者充当分配的传动器的行星传动装置的轮支撑在电气变速箱的其中一个电机的范围中的功率分支中,以实现限定的传动比。
无论在权利要求中给出的特征还是在根据本发明的传动设备的以下实施例中给出的特征都相应地适合于单独地或者以任意的彼此组合的方式来改进根据本发明的主题。各个特征组合就根据本发明的主题的改进而言不构成限制,而是揭示基本上仅示例性的特征。

图1示出车辆传动系的示意性视图,该车辆传动系利用由现有技术公知的传动设备来实施;并且

具体实施方式
根据图2的传动设备1的实施例基本上具有与根据图1的传动设备相同的组件,以便能够呈现用于向前行驶和用于向后行驶的四个传动比范围,其中关于根据图2的传动设备1的与其相关联的功能参见对图1的描述。
根据图2的传动设备1基本上通过在行星传动装置3和电气变速箱2的第二轴29之间的功率路径中设置的装置45区别于根据图1的传动装置,所述装置45利用摩擦配合的制动器来实施。
在电气变速箱2的范围中达到最大允许的功率极限(尤其是在传动设备1的第二和第四传动比范围开始时)抑制了车辆传动系1A中以及因此抑制了在传动设备1的范围中的功率的显著升高。通过装置45以如下方式又可避免在电气变速箱2的范围中出现的且抑制功率升高(尤其是在第二和第四传动比范围开始时)的功率峰值,即,将负载(也就是说在电气变速箱2的所考虑的实施例的情况下的电功率)在临界运行状态期间于装置45的相应运行的情况下以简单的方式降低。
电气变速箱2的负载的降低通过如下事实成为可能:电气变速箱2在临界运行范围期间或者在第二和第四传动比范围开始时于制动状态下工作,以便使得行星传动装置3的太阳轮23制动。在电气变速箱2的范围中所不允许的高的负载在利用摩擦配合的制动器来实施的装置45的滑差运行过程中被降低。
此外,还存在如下的可能性:用电机实施所述装置,这相对于用摩擦配合的制动器实施所述装置而言示出了在能量方面有利的实施方案,因为在电机的范围中产生的制动力矩又可用于产生电功率。电功率可以在车辆系统中用于为电池充电或者也可以用于驱动目的。
作为将该装置实施为电机的替代,还存在如下的可能性:提供其它的功率汲取装置,例如泵装置或类似装置,以便能够在期望的范畴内在临界运行状态期间在电气变速箱的范围中降低负载,并同时能够在传动输出轴的范围中呈现期望的驱动功率。
根据各自存在的应用情形,也存在如下的可能性:利用摩擦配合的制动器、泵和/或电机来实施所述装置,其中,制动器、泵和/或电机能各分别地或者同时地运行,以便能够至少部分地支撑在电气变速箱和行星传动装置之间的功率路径中待引导的转动力矩。

Claims (6)

1.传动设备(1),其具有至少一个用于无级地改变传动比的电气变速箱(2)并具有功率分支,其中,行星传动装置(3)与传动输入轴(4)和电气变速箱(2)的轴(29)以及换档变速器(5)联接,在其范围中与电气变速箱(2)相结合地能呈现多个传动比范围,并且传动比在传动比范围内通过电气变速箱(2)能分别无级地变化,其特征在于,在电气变速箱的与行星传动装置(3)连接的轴(29)和行星传动装置(3)之间的功率路径中设置有装置(45),在该装置的范围中,在电气变速箱(2)和行星传动装置(3)之间的功率路径中引导的转动力矩的至少一部分是能支撑的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动设备,其特征在于,所述装置(45)在电气变速箱(2)的轴(29)的范围中与电气变速箱(2)和行星传动装置(3)之间的功率路径耦合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的传动设备,其特征在于,所述装置(45)包括制动器,优选是片式制动器。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的传动设备,其特征在于,所述装置具有泵装置。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的传动设备,其特征在于,所述装置具有能以发电机方式运行的电机。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的传动设备,其特征在于,所述电气变速箱(2)包括至少两个电机(7A、7B)、两个用于驱控所述电机(7A、7B)的逆变器以及电气的中间电路。
