Description
本发明涉及具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃,它的制造方法,和具有发光材料的热塑性膜在这样的玻璃中的用途。
具有可电切换的功能元件的玻璃,特别是复合玻璃是已知的。该功能元件的光学性能可以通过施加电压来改变。对此的一个实例是电致变色的功能元件,其例如由US20120026573A1和WO2012007334A1已知。另一例子是SPD-功能元件(悬浮颗粒装置),其是例如从EP0876608B1和WO2011033313A1已知。可见光通过电致变色或者SPD-功能元件的透射率可以通过施加电压来控制。具有这样的功能元件的玻璃因此可以方便地电致变暗。
许多可切换功能元件具有有限的长期稳定性。对于室外区域中的玻璃中的功能元件尤其如此,例如在建筑物立面或者在机动车辆领域中,在这里该功能元件曝露于日光辐射下。日光辐射光谱的紫外光谱成分以及可见光的短波长成分,特别是波长小于大约410nm的辐射,导致该功能元件的老化。该老化例如可以表现为该功能元件的无美感的变色或者颜色变化,其可以是均匀的或者也可以是不均匀的。但是,该老化也会导致可切换功能元件的功能劣化,特别是导致切换状态之间对比度降低。

根据本发明的具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃至少包含下面的特征:
-外部玻璃和
-可切换功能元件,其经由至少一种热塑性膜与该外部玻璃平面相连,

根据本发明的玻璃(或玻璃组件)优选拟用于例如机动车辆或者建筑物的开口中,将室内空间与外部环境分隔开。在本发明范围内,外部玻璃在安装位置中面向外部环境。该可切换功能元件布置在外部玻璃的室内空间侧。这意味着该外部玻璃布置在外部环境和可切换功能元件之间。原则上,本发明的玻璃当然也可以用于建筑物的内部,特别是当那里需要保护防止UV辐射时。因此,该外部玻璃是布置在UV辐射源和功能元件之间的。

本发明的热塑性膜包含至少一种热塑性聚合物,优选乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)和/或者聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB),特别优选聚乙烯缩丁醛。这样的热塑性膜在UV范围内具有低的透明度,并且特别适用于混入发光材料。但是,该热塑性膜也可以包含例如至少聚氨酯,聚乙烯,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,聚丙烯,聚碳酸酯,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚丙烯酸酯,聚氯乙烯,聚醋酸酯树脂,浇注树脂,丙烯酸酯类,氟化的乙烯-丙烯,聚氟乙烯和/或乙烯-四氟乙烯。
该热塑性膜的厚度优选是0.2mm-2mm,特别优选0.3mm-1mm,例如0.38mm或者0.76mm。这对低厚度的玻璃、外部玻璃和功能元件之间稳定的连接和UV辐射和短波长可见光的防护是特别有利的。
在本发明范围内,术语“发光材料”具体包括发光颜料和发光染料。该发光材料可以例如作为有机和/或无机发光化合物、离子、聚集体和/或分子构成。
该发光材料优选在350nm-450nm,特别优选380nm-420nm的范围具有局部最大激发。由此特别有利地吸收了UV范围和短波长可见光范围中的辐射。
该发光材料优选在410nm-600nm,特别优选430nm-500nm的范围具有局部最大发射。这对通过玻璃的光的小的变色是特别有利的。
该发光材料优选包含下式的对苯二甲酸羟基烷基酯:R1-COO-Ph(OH)x-COO-R2,其中R1、R2是具有1-10个C原子的烷基或者烯丙基,Ph是苯环,OH是键合到苯环上的羟基,和x是整数1-4。该结构通式是:
这样的发光材料具有特别有利的吸收-和发射性能,是长期稳定的,并且能够容易地混入热塑性膜中。
该发光材料优选包含2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸二乙酯。结构式是:
用其获得了特别良好的结果。
但是,该发光颜料也可以包含苯并吡喃类、萘并吡喃类、2H-萘并吡喃类、3H-萘并吡喃类、2H-菲并吡喃类、3H-菲并吡喃类、光致变色树脂、香豆素类、黄嘌呤类、萘甲酸衍生物、噁唑类、芪类、苯乙烯基类、苝类、萘二甲酰亚胺类、萘亚甲基类/萘醛缩类(Naphthale)、苯基类、氧杂蒽类、镧系元素,优选 Y2O3:Eu、YVO4:Tm、Y2O2S:Pr、Gd2O2S:Tb和/或其混合物。
该发光材料优选混入热塑性膜中。该发光材料在热塑性膜中的平均浓度是优选0.1 kg/m3-20kg/m3,特别优选1 kg/m3-7 kg/m3。在这个用于发光材料的浓度范围内,获得了特别有效的对功能元件的抗老化的保护。
该发光材料优选均匀分布在热塑性膜的整个面积上。
该热塑性膜优选不含UV阻隔剂。在本发明范围内,将UV阻隔剂理解为这样的材料,其吸收了UV范围和/或短波长可见光范围内的辐射,并且以非辐射方式,特别是通过热驰豫释放出所吸收的辐射能。不具有UV阻隔剂的热塑性膜具有特别的优点,即在可见光光谱范围内高的透射率和通过该玻璃的光小的变色。
当然,本发明的玻璃还可以包含多于一种的具有发光材料的热塑性膜。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,该可切换功能元件包含在具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜中。该多层膜包含平面布置在第一和第二载体膜之间的可切换功能元件。该多层膜以所给出的顺序包含至少一个载体膜,一个平面电极,一个活性层,另外一个平面电极和另外一个载体膜。载体膜至少经由热塑性膜与外部玻璃相连,其中该热塑性膜至少含有所述的发光材料。所述优点在于该玻璃的简单生产。该载体膜有利地保护功能元件免受损坏,特别是腐蚀。
该载体膜优选包含至少一种热塑性聚合物,特别优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。这对于该多层膜的稳定性是特别有利的。但是,该载体膜还可以包含例如乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)和/或者聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB),聚丙烯,聚碳酸酯,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚丙烯酸酯,聚氯乙烯,聚醋酸酯树脂,浇注树脂,丙烯酸酯,氟化的乙烯-丙烯类,聚氟乙烯和/或乙烯-四氟乙烯。每个载体膜的厚度优选是0.1mm-1mm,特别优选0.1mm-0.2mm。由于具有这样的小厚度的载体膜,该玻璃的总厚度仅仅不显著地增加。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,该玻璃是由外部玻璃和内部玻璃和平面布置在外部玻璃和内部玻璃之间具有可电切换的光学性能的功能元件构成的复合玻璃。内部玻璃指的是在安装位置处朝向内部的玻璃。
如果本发明的玻璃是复合玻璃,则在一个实施方案中,将该可切换的功能元件施加到内部玻璃的内侧表面上。将内侧表面理解为是指该内部玻璃朝向外部玻璃的表面。
如果本发明的玻璃是复合玻璃,则在一个实施方案中提供该可切换的功能元件作为具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜。该多层膜包含平面布置在第一和第二载体膜之间的可切换功能元件。一个载体膜至少经由一个第一热塑性膜与外部玻璃相连,和另一载体膜经由至少一个第二热塑性膜与内部玻璃相连。在此,至少该第一热塑性膜包含发光材料。该第二热塑性膜原则上同样可以包含发光材料。该第二热塑性膜优选不包含发光材料。这对于成本有利地生产该复合玻璃是有利的。该优点在于简单地生产该复合玻璃。该具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜在生产期间可以简单地插入到复合体中,然后使用常规方法层压成复合玻璃。该功能元件被载体膜有利地保护,防止了损坏,特别是腐蚀,并且可以在生产复合玻璃之前也以较大件数提供,这由于经济的和技术加工的原因会是令人期望的。
该具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜在一个有利的实施方案中具有边缘密封。该边缘密封防止了热塑性膜的化学组分例如增塑剂扩散到活性层中。由此,减少了该可切换功能元件的老化。该边缘密封例如作为含聚酰亚胺的膜或者箔构成,其围绕多层膜的侧边延伸。
该功能元件原则上可以是本身为本领域技术人员已知的任何可电切换的功能元件。本发明当然特别有利地与在UV辐射和/或短波长可见光范围内的辐射的照射下老化的功能元件相连,特别是包含有机材料的功能元件。
在本发明的一个有利的实施方案中,该功能元件的活性层是电化学活性层。这样的功能元件已知为电致变色功能元件。可见光的透射率取决于离子混入活性层中的程度,其中该离子例如是通过活性层和平面电极之间的离子存储层来提供的。可以通过施加到平面电极上的电压来影响透射率,该电压0触发了离子的迁移。合适的功能层包含例如至少氧化钨或者氧化钒。电致变色功能元件例如是从WO2012007334A1,US20120026573A1,WO2010147494A1和EP1862849A1中已知的。
在本发明的另外一个有利的实施方案中,该功能元件的活性层包含液晶,其例如混入到聚合物基质中。这样的功能元件作为PDLC功能元件(分散液晶的聚合物)已知。如果没有电压施加在平面电极上,则该液晶是无序排列的,这导致通过该活性层的光强烈散射。如果在该平面电极上施加电压,则该液晶以同一方向排列,并且增加了通过活性层的光的透射率。这样的功能元件例如是从DE102008026339A1中已知的。
在本发明的另外一个有利的实施方案中,该功能元件是电致发光的功能元件。在此种情况中,活性层包含电致发光材料,其可以是无机或者有机的(OLED)。该活性层的发光通过向平面电极施加电压来激发。这样的功能元件例如是从US2004227462A1和WO2010112789A2中已知的。
在本发明的另外一个有利的实施方案中,该功能元件的活性层包含悬浮的颗粒,其中通过活性层的光吸收可通过向平面电极施加电压来改变。这样的功能元件是作为SPD功能元件(悬浮颗粒装置),例如从EP0876608B1和WO2011033313A1中已知的。
该功能元件当然可以具有除了活性层和平面电极之外的本身已知的其它层,例如阻隔层、阻隔剂层、抗反射层、保护层和/或光滑层。
该功能元件的面积可相应于玻璃的面积。由此,通过该可切换的功能元件实现玻璃有利的均匀变暗。该玻璃或者也可以具有宽度例如是2mm-20mm的环绕的边缘区域,其不具有功能元件,特别是当该边缘区域被紧固元件、框架或者印刷物遮挡时。具体地,当该玻璃形成为复合玻璃时,该可切换功能元件有利地被保护在中间层的内部,防止了腐蚀。
该内和/或外平面电极优选设计为透明的导电层。该平面电极优选包含至少一种金属、 金属合金或者透明的导电氧化物(TCO)。该平面电极可以包含例如银,金,铜,镍,铬,钨,氧化铟锡(ITO),镓掺杂的或者铝掺杂的氧化锌,和/或氟掺杂的或者锑掺杂的氧化锡。该平面电极优选的厚度是10nm-2 µm,特别优选20nm-1 µm,最特别优选30nm-500nm。
该外部玻璃和/或任选的内部玻璃优选包含非预应力、部分预应力或者预应力玻璃,特别优选平玻璃,浮法玻璃,石英玻璃,硼硅酸盐玻璃,钙-钠玻璃,或者透明塑料,特别优选刚性透明塑料,特别是聚乙烯,聚丙烯,聚碳酸酯,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,聚苯乙烯,聚酰胺,聚酯,聚氯乙烯和/或其混合物。该外部玻璃和/或内部玻璃可以是澄清透明的,并且例如在可见光光谱范围内具有至少70%,优选至少85%的透射率。但是,该外部玻璃和/或内部玻璃也可以是带色的或者着色的,并且例如在可见光光谱范围内的透射率是20%-70%。
该外部玻璃和任选的内部玻璃的厚度可以在宽范围变化,并因此适应于各个情况的需要。该外部玻璃和/或内部玻璃优选的厚度是0.5mm-15mm,特别优选1mm-5mm和最特别优选1.5mm-3mm,例如1.6mm,1.8mm或者2.1mm。
本发明的玻璃的面积可以在宽范围变化,例如100cm²-20m²。该玻璃优选具有400cm²-6m²的面积,如其通常用于机动车辆的玻璃和建筑玻璃。该玻璃可以具有任意的三维形状。该玻璃优选是平的或者在空间的一个或者多个方向上稍微或者明显弯曲。
在本发明的一个有利的实施方案中,阻隔膜布置在具有发光材料的热塑性膜的远离外部玻璃的表面上。该阻隔膜有利地防止了发光材料扩散到玻璃的其它膜中。该阻隔膜优选包含至少一种聚合物,其在生产和加工玻璃时所存在的温度下没有变得足以软到能够实现发光材料的扩散。该阻隔膜可以包含例如至少PET。
在一个有利的实施方案中,在可切换功能元件和外部玻璃之间布置红外保护层。由此保护功能元件防止日光的红外辐射成分(其会引起老化)。该红外保护层可以例如作为涂层施加到外部玻璃或聚合物膜上。
该外部玻璃、内部玻璃和/或中间层的膜可以具有本身已知的其它合适的涂层,例如抗反射涂层,抗粘附涂层,抗刮擦涂层,光催化涂层或者热辐射反射涂层(低E-涂层)。
本发明的具有发光材料的热塑性膜在380nm-410nm波长范围内的透射率优选小于或者等于10%。
本发明的玻璃优选具有根据ISO13837(AM1.5)的小于或者等于1%的TUV-值。
本发明的目的进一步通过制备具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃的方法得以实现,其中至少
a) 将至少一种发光材料施加到热塑性膜上或者混入其中,
b) 将至少一种外部玻璃、热塑性膜和可切换功能元件以此顺序彼此平面叠置,和
c) 将功能元件经由热塑性膜与外部玻璃相连。
在方法步骤(a)中,该发光材料可以用溶剂施加到热塑性膜上,例如通过喷涂,丝网印刷,胶印,喷墨印刷和/或柔版印刷来施用。该溶剂优选包含醇类,酮类,酯类,胺类,酰胺类和/或它们的混合物。该溶剂特别优选包含乙醇,四氢呋喃和/或苄醇。大部分溶剂是在施加发光材料后通过蒸发失去的。发光材料的施加量是通过热塑性膜的厚度来确定的。当热塑性膜的厚度是0.76mm时,在热塑性膜上施加优选0.1g/m2-15g/m2的发光材料,特别优选1g/m2-5g/m2的发光材料。在将热塑性膜层压在外部玻璃和内部玻璃之间时,该发光材料优选均匀分布在该热塑性膜中。该层压优选在120℃-170℃的温度,10bar-15 bar的压力下进行30min-240min的时间。
但是,该发光材料可以在生产热塑性膜之前已经与热塑性起始材料混合。然后将该发光材料与热塑性起始材料一起挤出,形成本发明的热塑性膜,并且以此方式混入热塑性膜中。
在方法步骤(b)中,该功能元件可以例如施加到内部玻璃上。然后,至少将该内部玻璃、热塑性膜和外部玻璃以此顺序彼此平面叠置,其中具有功能元件的内部玻璃的表面朝向热塑性膜。
或者,可提供该功能元件例如作为具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜,其中真正的功能元件布置在第一和第二载体膜之间。该热塑性膜可以置于外部玻璃上;和该多层膜可以置于热塑性膜上。如果打算生产复合玻璃,则至少将外部玻璃、第一热塑性膜、具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜、第二热塑性膜和内部玻璃以所给出的次序彼此叠置。根据本发明,该第一热塑性膜包含发光材料。该第二热塑性膜可以包含发光材料或者不包含。
可切换功能元件的平面电极的电接触优选在将外部玻璃和功能元件连接成本发明的玻璃之前进行。
方法步骤(c)优选在加热、真空和/或压力作用下进行。可以使用本身已知的方法用于层压,例如高压釜方法,真空袋方法,真空环方法,压延方法,真空层压机或者其组合。
本发明的玻璃优选用于建筑物中,特别是用于入口区域或者窗户区域中或者用于陆上,空中或者水上交通的交通设施中,特别是火车,轮船和货车中,例如用作后窗玻璃,侧窗玻璃和/或顶玻璃。
本发明的玻璃可以与另外的玻璃连接成绝缘玻璃。
本发明还包括包含至少一种发光材料的热塑性膜在具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃中保护可切换功能元件以防止UV辐射和短波长可见光范围内的辐射,特别是380nm-410nm波长范围的辐射的用途。

图1具有可电切换的光学性能的本发明玻璃的一个实施方案的横截面图。该玻璃包括一个外部玻璃1,并且打算用作例如橱窗的窗玻璃。该外部玻璃是由钙-钠玻璃制成的。
该玻璃进一步包括可切换功能元件4。该功能元件4包含在外平面电极6和内平面电极7之间的活性层5。平面电极6,7经由母线(未示出)和接线电缆(未示出)连接到外部电源上。功能元件4在生产复合玻璃时作为具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜8来提供。多层膜8包括在第一载体膜9和第二载体膜10之间的功能元件4。载体膜9,10是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制成的,并且厚度是0.125mm。该功能元件例如是电致变色的功能元件或SPD功能元件。
第一载体膜9是经由聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)制成的热塑性膜12来与外部玻璃相连的。该功能元件4布置在外部玻璃1的内侧上。这意味着在安装位置中,外部玻璃1朝向外部环境,并且多层膜8朝向建筑物内部空间。在该热塑性膜12中混入浓度大约3.9kg/m3的发光材料3。该发光材料3是2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸二乙酯。
图2示出具有可电切换的光学性能的本发明玻璃的一个实施方案的横截面图。该玻璃是复合玻璃。该复合玻璃包括外部玻璃1,其经由中间层11连接到内部玻璃2上。该复合玻璃是作为建筑物的窗玻璃的部件来提供的,并且在安装位置中如此布置,以使得外部玻璃1朝向外部环境,而内部玻璃2朝向建筑物内部空间。该外部玻璃1和内部玻璃2是由钙-钠玻璃制成的,并且厚度是例如1.6mm。

中间层11是由热塑性膜12形成的。热塑性膜12是由聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)构成的,在其中混入了发光材料3。热塑性膜12的厚度例如是0.76mm。发光材料3是2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸二乙酯。发光材料3在热塑性膜12中的浓度是大约3.9 kg/m3。
在不具有功能元件4的边缘区域中,内部玻璃2经由热塑性膜12直接连接到外部玻璃1上。由此在中间层11内部有利地保护了功能元件,防止腐蚀。
图3显示了具有可电切换的光学性能的根据本发明的玻璃的另一个实施方案的横截面图。该玻璃是复合玻璃。该复合玻璃包括外部玻璃1,其经由中间层11连接到内部玻璃2上。提供该复合玻璃作为机动车辆的顶玻璃,并且如此布置在安装位置处,以使得外部玻璃1朝向外部环境,和内部玻璃2朝向车辆内部空间。该外部玻璃1和内部玻璃2是由钙-钠玻璃构成的,并且厚度是2.1mm。
将可切换功能元件4引入中间层11中。功能元件4是SPD功能元件,其具有处于外平面电极6和内平面电极7之间的活性层5。平面电极6,7经由母线(未示出)和接线电缆(未示出)连接到外部电源上。平面电极6,7由氧化铟锡(ITO)构成,并且厚度是例如大约50nm。活性层5包含悬浮于树脂中的经极化的颗粒。取决于施加到平面电极6,7上的电压,该悬浮的颗粒沿同一空间方向取向。由于该颗粒的取向,降低了可见光的吸收。因此可以方便地电控制通过该复合玻璃的可见光的透射率。
在生产复合玻璃时,功能元件4作为具有可电切换的光学性能的多层膜8来提供。多层膜8包括处于第一载体膜9和第二载体膜10之间的功能元件4。载体膜9,10是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)构成的,并且厚度是0.125mm。
多层膜8经由第一热塑性膜12连接到外部玻璃1上和经由第二热塑性膜13连接到内部玻璃2上。第一热塑性膜12由聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)构成,并且厚度是0.76mm。第二热塑性膜13由乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)构成,并且厚度是0.38mm。中间层11因此包括第一热塑性膜12,多层膜8(具有第一载体膜9,外平面电极6,活性层5,内平面电极9和第二载体膜10),和第二热塑性膜13。
将发光材料3混入第一热塑性膜12中。热塑性膜12的厚度例如是0.76mm。发光材料3是2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸二乙酯。发光材料3在热塑性膜12中的浓度是大约3.9kg/m3。由于发光材料3,该热塑性膜12在380nm-410nm的波长范围内的透射率小于10%。
通过该复合玻璃的日光在UV范围和短波长可见光范围的辐射成分,特别是波长小于大约410nm的辐射成分被热塑性膜12吸收。因此,这些辐射成分不会导致功能元件4的老化,由此有利的提高了功能元件4的长期稳定性。被发光材料3吸收的辐射能又作为更长波长的荧光被发散。与使用传统的UV阻隔剂相比,由此降低了通过复合玻璃的光的变色和增加了复合玻璃的透射率。通过具有发光材料的热塑性膜12为功能元件4提供了改进的抗老化保护对于本领域技术人员来说是出人意料和令人惊讶的。
图4显示了具有可电切换的光学性能的根据本发明的玻璃的另一个实施方案的横截面图。该玻璃是复合玻璃。外部玻璃1、内部玻璃2、第一热塑性膜12、第二热塑性膜13和多层膜8如图3中构成。多层膜8具有小于外部玻璃1和内部玻璃2的面积,其中在透视时,该复合玻璃的环绕的边缘区域没具多层膜8。因此,多层膜8没有延伸到复合玻璃的侧边缘。因此,多层膜8不与环境气氛接触,并且为侧边缘区域中的中间层11的膜有利地保护,防止了腐蚀。多层膜8还具有环绕的边缘密封15。边缘密封15作为聚酰亚胺膜形成,其绕多层膜8的侧边缘环绕延伸,并且从侧边缘开始延伸超出远离活性层5的载体膜9,10的表面几毫米。该边缘密封防止了热塑性膜12,13的增塑剂和其它粘结剂成分扩散到活性层5中,由此减少了功能元件4的老化。
阻隔膜14布置在具有发光材料3的第一热塑性膜12和多层膜8之间。阻隔膜14由PET构成,并且防止了发光材料3由第一热塑性膜12扩散入第二热塑性膜13中。阻隔膜14还具有红外保护涂层(未示出)。由此保护了功能元件4,以防由于日光的红外组分而老化。
图5显示了对具有可电切换的光学性能的复合玻璃进行老化测量的图表。该复合玻璃经受标准化老化测试仪(WOM)测试。将该复合玻璃用氙弧灯照射,其辐照模拟太阳光谱。在此,外部玻璃1朝向光源布置。在辐照后,测量值ΔE。值ΔE表示了复合玻璃,特别是功能元件4由于WOM测试而造成的亮度-和颜色变化。值ΔE因此是功能元件4的老化的度量。它是用下式来计算的:
L*在此是亮度值,a*和b*是L*a*b*颜色空间中的色坐标。Δ指的是各变量在WOM测试之前和之后的差异。
测定了本发明的实施例和两个对比例的值ΔE,并且在图5中,作为对照射时间的函数做图。本发明的实施例是依照图3的复合玻璃。将发光材料3混入第一热塑性膜12中。对比例1与实施例的区别在于第一热塑性膜12。对比例1中的热塑性膜12由乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)构成,厚度是0.38mm,并且不含发光材料3。对比例2中的复合玻璃严格地如对比例1那样形成。但是,在辐照期间,在对比例2中,在辐照源和复合玻璃之间布置有滤光器,其对于UV辐射以及波长小于500nm的可见光范围内的辐射是不透明的。
从图5可知,保护复合玻璃防止UV辐射和短波长可见光范围内的辐射导致了功能元件4明显更小的老化。在对比例2中,值ΔE在所有观察时间里明显小于对比例1中的值。本发明实施例中的值ΔE接近于与对比例2的值ΔE相同的拟合直线。因此,通过本发明的具有发光材料3的热塑性膜12,获得了与通过滤光器同样有效的防UV辐射和短波长范围辐射的保护。对本领域技术人员来说,这个结果是出人意料的和令人惊讶的。
图6示出了由EVA制成的热塑性膜,由PVB制成的热塑性膜和根据本发明的混入了发光材料3的热塑性膜12的透射率。本发明的热塑性膜12由PVB构成,并且包含2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸二乙酯作为发光材料3,其浓度是大约3.9kg/m3。每种热塑性膜对于最高至某一波长的UV辐射的透射率是大约0%。但是,随着波长的增加,该热塑性膜的透射率增加至大约90%的最大值。如果该热塑性膜布置在具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃的外部玻璃1和可切换功能元件4之间,则透射的UV辐射以及短波长可见光范围内的辐射导致了功能元件4的老化。从该图表中可看出,由PVB制成的膜透射比由EVA制成的膜更小的UV光谱范围。如果发光材料混入该膜中,则在UV范围和短波长可见光范围内透射的辐射成分进一步减少。表1汇总了所述膜在380nm,390nm,400nm和410nm下的透射率。通过使用具有发光材料的PVB膜作为具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃的热塑性膜12,能够有效减少可切换功能元件4的老化(参见图5)。对本领域技术人员来说,这个结果是出人意料的和令人惊讶的。

图7示出了根据本发明的生产具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃的方法的实施例。该实施例产生根据图3的本发明的复合玻璃。首先,将处于溶剂中的发光材料3施加到第一热塑性膜12的表面上。发光材料3在热塑性膜12上的浓度在此例如是3g/m2。将第二热塑性膜13置于内部玻璃2上。多层膜8与第二热塑性膜13电接触,并且置于其上。将第一热塑性膜12置于多层膜8上。将外部玻璃1置于第一热塑性膜12上。然后,将该堆叠体在温度、压力和/或真空的作用下层压成复合玻璃。

Claims (22)
1.具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃,其至少包含:
-外部玻璃(1)和
-可切换功能元件(4),其经由至少一个热塑性膜(12)与外部玻璃(1)平面相连,
其中热塑性膜(12)包含至少一种发光材料(3),
其中热塑性膜(12)包含0.1 kg/m3-20kg/m3的发光材料(3),其中发光材料(3)在350nm-450nm的范围具有最大激发,并且其中该发光材料(3)均匀分布在热塑性膜(12)的整个面积上。
2.根据权利要求1的玻璃,其中热塑性膜(12)不包含UV阻隔剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中功能元件(4)包含至少一种有机材料。
4.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中功能元件(4)平面布置在两个载体膜(9,10)之间,和其中载体膜(9,10)之一至少经由热塑性膜(12)与外部玻璃(1)相连。
5.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中阻隔膜(14)布置在热塑性膜(12)的远离外部玻璃(1)的表面上。
6.根据权利要求5的玻璃,其中阻隔膜(14)至少包含聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。
7.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中热塑性膜(12)至少包含乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)和/或聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)。
8.根据权利要求7的玻璃,其中热塑性膜(12)具有0.2mm-2mm的厚度。
9.根据权利要求7的玻璃,其中将发光材料(3)混入到热塑性膜(12)中。
10.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中发光材料(3)在380nm-420nm的范围具有最大激发。
11.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中发光材料(3)在410nm-600nm的范围具有最大发射。
12. 根据权利要求11的玻璃,其中发光材料(3)在430nm-500nm的范围具有最大发射。
13.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中发光材料(3)包含至少一种具有化学式
R1-COO-Ph(OH)x-COO-R2的羟基烷基对苯二甲酸酯,其中
R1,R2是具有1-10个C原子的烷基或烯丙基,
Ph是苯环,
OH是键合到苯环上的羟基,和
x是整数1-4。
14.根据权利要求13的玻璃,其中发光材料(3)至少包含2,5-二羟基对苯二甲酸二乙酯。
15.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中热塑性膜(12)包含1 kg/m3-7 kg/m3的发光材料(3)。
16.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中热塑性膜(12)在380nm-410nm的波长范围具有小于或者等于10%的透射率。
17.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中功能元件(4)是SPD-、PDLC-、电致变色或者电致发光功能元件。
18.根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其是外部玻璃(1)和内部玻璃(2)的复合玻璃,其中功能元件(4)平面布置在外部玻璃(1)和内部玻璃(2)之间。
19. 根据权利要求1或2的玻璃,其中边缘区域不具有功能元件(4),和内部玻璃(2)经由热塑性膜(12)直接连接到外部玻璃(1)上。
20.具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃的制造方法,其中至少
a) 将至少一种发光材料(3)施加到热塑性膜(12)上或者混入其中,其中热塑性膜(12)包含0.1 kg/m3-20kg/m3的发光材料(3),其中发光材料(3)在350nm-450nm的范围具有最大激发,并且其中该发光材料(3)均匀分布在热塑性膜(12)的整个面积上,
b) 将至少一个外部玻璃(1)、热塑性膜(12)和可切换的功能元件(4)以此顺序彼此平面叠置,和
c) 将功能元件(4)经由热塑性膜(12)与外部玻璃(1)相连。
21.包含至少一种发光材料的热塑性膜(12)在根据权利要求1-19之一的具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃中用于保护可切换的功能元件(4)防止UV辐射和短波长可见光范围的辐射的用途。
22.包含至少一种发光材料的热塑性膜(12)在根据权利要求1-19之一的具有可电切换的光学性能的玻璃中用于保护可切换的功能元件(4)防止380nm-410nm波长范围内的辐射的用途。
