Abstract

一种脉冲式药物透入电疗仪,是一种可将药物从 人的皮肤透入到体内疾患处的电疗装置。与已有的 脉冲式药物透入电疗装置相比,它除了有脉冲发生器 和一对电极1外,其特征是所说的脉冲发生器由可调 压的直流电源2、三角波或者锯齿波发生器3、比较器 4和功率放大器5所组成。
本发明的特点是调整输出脉冲功率时能保持脉 冲的幅值不变,从而保证了药物的透入深度使治疗效 果得以提高。

Description

本发明是一种医疗装置。
为了避免口服药物引起副作用,同时又能使人体内疾患处获得比常规给药法都高得多的药物浓度,对治疗一些接近人体皮肤处的体内炎症如肩周炎、牙周炎、扁桃体炎、局部化脓性感染等,人们常喜欢使用一种可将药物从皮肤透入到疾患处的脉冲式电疗装置。
现有的脉冲式药物透入电疗装置有多种,但基本部份都离不开一个其输出功率大小靠调整输出脉冲幅值的脉冲发生器和一对电极。使用时,先将浸有药液的药棉放置在两个电极上,接着再将电极放置于病者的患处,然后通过调幅的方式逐步加强两个电极之间的脉冲电压使输出功率加强至病患者所能接受的最大电刺痛强度为止。我们知道,药物透入的深度与电疗仪输出的脉冲电压的幅值有关,电刺痛和药物导入量与电疗仪输出的脉冲功率有关,而上述所说的其输出功率大小靠调整输出脉冲幅值的药物透入电疗装置不但药物的透入量和电刺痛感与输出功率有关,而且药物导入的深度也与输出功率有关,由于输出功率太大时人们忍受不了强烈的电刺痛,因此,已有的透入仪存在的缺点是,药物导入的深度不够,从而治疗的效果也难以保证。
本发明的目的是克服已有的电疗仪所存在的缺点。提供一种药物透入深度较深的药物透入电疗仪。
本发明的技术解决方案是只使电刺痛和药物透入量与电疗仪输出的脉冲功率有关,而使药物透入的深度与电疗仪输出的脉冲功率无关,这样,无论电疗仪的输出功率怎样变化,本发明的药物透入深度都能够得到保持,不受影响。
图1是本发明的方框原理图。
参照图1。本发明也有脉冲发生器和与脉冲发生器的输出端相连的电极1,本发明的特征是所说的脉冲发生器由电压可调的直流电源2、三角波或者锯齿波发生器3、比较器4和功率放大器5所组成。所说的电压可调的直流电源2的直流电压作为给定信号,与三角波或者锯齿波脉冲发生器3的电脉冲一起首先通过比较器4比较,由比较器4来确定所要输出的脉冲的宽度,当电源2的电压最大时比较器输出的脉冲宽度最窄(或者最宽),反之亦然,比较器4确定了脉冲的宽度之后,同时发出具有该宽度的一系列脉冲通过功率放大器5放大,施加给电极1。这样就可使得电极1的两端产生一系列幅值不变但宽度可随直流电源2的电压改变而改变的系列脉冲电压。
图2是实现本发明方框原理图的其中一个具体的实施例。
本发明与已有的类似的药物透入电疗装置相比,在同一药物透入量或者说在同一电刺激强度的情况下都能够保证药物的透入深度,因此,它能使治疗效果得以提高。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种脉冲式药物透入电疗仪,有脉冲发生器和与脉冲发生器的输出端相连的电极1,本发明的特征是所说的脉冲发生器由电压可调的直流电源2,三角波或者锯齿波脉冲发生器3、比较器4和功率放大器5所组成,所说的电压可调的直流电源2的直流电压作为给定信号与三角波或者锯齿波脉冲发生器3的电脉冲一起首先通过比较器4比较,由比较器4来确定输出脉冲的宽度,在比较器4确定了脉冲的宽度的同时,再由比较器4输出具有该宽度的一系列脉冲通过功率放器5放大后,施加给电极1。
