本发明涉及一种空气净化路灯,它包括灯杆、灯壳和供电端,灯壳设置在灯杆顶端,供电端与灯壳连接,灯壳上设置有一开放端和一封闭端,开放端内设置有至少两个LED灯,所述LED灯与灯壳密封连接并暴露在大气中,在封闭端内设置有LED驱动器和负离子发生器,供电端与LED驱动器连接,供电端与负离子发生器连接,LED驱动器与LED灯连接;所述负离子发生器由整流电解模块、全桥逆变转化模块、高频负压模块和负离子发射头组成,整流电解模块与全桥逆变转化模块连接,全桥逆变转化模块与高频负压模块连接,负离子发射头与高频负压模块连接,同时负离子发射头伸出在灯壳外。本发明能有效治理15米以下的大气污染物,去除PM2.5以及灰尘。

技术领域
 本发明属于空气净化设备领域,具体涉及一种空气净化路灯。
背景技术
目前负离子空气净化灯主要应用于室内,目前没有大气污染治理的净化产品。由于PM2.5 常常严重超标,对人们的出行健康造成的很大影响,当前的工厂汽车减排等不能很有效的去除和控制PM2.5以及大气污染物,传统设备也不适合在城市大规模使用,急需一种可大规模铺设控制空气污染的器件。为了治理PM2.5以及大气污染物,就目前室内净化产品无法实现,需研发户外净化产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空气净化路灯。该路灯可将路灯灯杆以下大气中的有害气体、颗粒、浮沉进行净化。
本发明采用的技术方案:空气净化路灯,它包括灯杆、灯壳和供电端,灯壳设置在灯杆顶端,供电端与灯壳连接,灯壳上设置有一开放端和一封闭端,开放端内设置有至少两个LED灯,所述LED灯与灯壳密封连接并暴露在大气中,在封闭端内设置有LED驱动器和负离子发生器,供电端与LED驱动器连接,供电端与负离子发生器连接,LED驱动器与LED灯连接;所述负离子发生器由整流电解模块、全桥逆变转化模块、高频负压模块和负离子发射头组成,整流电解模块与全桥逆变转化模块连接,全桥逆变转化模块与高频负压模块连接,负离子发射头与高频负压模块连接,同时负离子发射头伸出在灯壳外。
进一步了,所述的供电端为太阳能充电器或交流电中的一种。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:①本发明改变了负离子发生器的结构,增高负离子输出负高压使负离子浓度达到3万伏、离子浓度突破三亿个,从而是净化空间达到500m3;②本发明将高释放高浓度负离子装入相应设计开模的路灯内,进而达到净化大气的效果;③本发明能有效治理15米以下的大气污染物,去除PM2.5以及灰尘;④具有可靠性能高、结构紧凑、适应性好等优点,同时在工装设备领域有着广泛的市场前景。

具体实施方式
一种空气净化路灯,它包括灯杆1、灯壳2和供电端3,本实施例中的供电端3为交流220V电压,灯壳2设置在灯杆1顶端,供电端3与灯壳2连接,灯壳2上设置有一开放端4和一封闭端5,开放端4内设置有两个LED灯6,所述LED灯6与灯壳2密封连接并暴露在大气中,在封闭端5内设置有LED驱动器7和负离子发生器8,供电端3与LED驱动器7连接,供电端3与负离子发生器8连接,LED驱动器7与LED灯6连接,供电端3的供电线入口设置在封闭端5上;
所述负离子发生器8由整流电解模块9、全桥逆变转化模块10、高频负压模块11和负离子发射头12组成,整流电解模块9与全桥逆变转化模块10连接,全桥逆变转化模块10与高频负压模块11连接,负离子发射头12与高频负压模块11连接,同时负离子发射头12伸出在开孔的灯壳2外;交流220V电压经整流桥整流后经电解滤波为直流380V,直流380V经全桥逆变线路转化为频率为60K赫兹的高频震荡交流电源,60K赫兹的高频振荡源经倍压电路生成3万伏高频负高压,每秒产生3亿个负离子;
负离子从负离子发射头12射出,负离子带有负电荷,极易与空气中分子量、质量、颗粒较大的物质相结合,结合后大颗粒物质带有静电荷,极易吸附周围的大颗粒物质,当其重力大于空气的浮力时将沉降于地面,从而达到净化空气的目的。本发明可有效净化灯头周围500m3的空气,有效去除雾霾、PM2.5、灰尘、有害气体等大气污染物。

1.空气净化路灯,它包括灯杆、灯壳和供电端,灯壳设置在灯杆顶端,供电端与灯壳连接,其特征是:灯壳上设置有一开放端和一封闭端,开放端内设置有至少两个LED灯,所述LED灯与灯壳密封连接并暴露在大气中,在封闭端内设置有LED驱动器和负离子发生器,供电端与LED驱动器连接,供电端与负离子发生器连接,LED驱动器与LED灯连接;所述负离子发生器由整流电解模块、全桥逆变转化模块、高频负压模块和负离子发射头组成,整流电解模块与全桥逆变转化模块连接,全桥逆变转化模块与高频负压模块连接,负离子发射头与高频负压模块连接,同时负离子发射头伸出在灯壳外。
