硝酸亚铁用预应力钢筒混凝土输送管,包括基管,基管外壁设置有混凝土层,混凝土层内设置有环向缠绕的预应力钢丝,混凝土层外还包覆有水泥浆沙层,其特征在于基管内壁上设有纯锌涂层,纯锌涂层上涂覆有涂塑层,所述涂塑层为环氧树脂,所述涂塑层厚度为10~20mm。通过对管内壁增设纯锌涂层和涂塑层,大大提供了输送性能,并且有效防腐。

技术领域
本发明涉及硝酸亚铁反应系统领域,尤其涉及硝酸亚铁用输送管。
背景技术
目前用于输送压力流体的钢管屈服强度较低,因此,当需要制造耐压强度高的钢
管时,就需要将钢管的管壁设计的非常厚,以满足输送压力流体的目的。
但是,钢管加厚带来的弊端也是很明显的,例如,钢管壁加厚,导致生产每根钢管的用钢量增大,原材料成本提高 ;又比如,钢管壁加厚,导致钢管重量加大,运输及施工难度都会增大。另外,钢材属于高耗能、高排放产品,使用量的增大,必然导致能源的大量消耗,尤其是不可再生资源的消耗,这也非常不符合当前的节能环保趋势。
市场上通过在钢管内壁设置混凝土层来解决上述问题,但混凝土表面粗糙长期冲刷会导致脱落,并且输送效率较低,在用于硝酸亚铁管路输送中,由于腐蚀性较大,混凝土层容易被腐蚀,影响了使用寿命,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种内壁光滑,防腐耐磨,输送效率提高15%~20%的硝酸亚铁用预应力钢筒混凝土输送管。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:硝酸亚铁用预应力钢筒混凝土输送管,包括基管,基管外壁设置有混凝土层,混凝土层内设置有环向缠绕的预应力钢丝,混凝土层外还包覆有水泥浆沙层,其特征在于基管内壁上设有纯锌涂层,纯锌涂层上涂覆有涂塑层,所述涂塑层为环氧树脂,所述涂塑层厚度为10~20mm。
作为优选,环向缠绕的预应力钢丝上喷涂有环氧树脂。
作为优选,所述水泥浆沙层外部设有环氧煤沥青防腐层。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过对管内壁增设纯锌涂层和涂塑层,大大提供了输送性能,并且有效防腐。

硝酸亚铁用预应力钢筒混凝土输送管,包括基管1,基管1外壁设置有混凝土层2,混凝土层2内设置有环向缠绕的预应力钢丝3,混凝土层2外还包覆有水泥浆沙层4,基管1内壁上设有纯锌涂层5,纯锌涂层5上涂覆有涂塑层6,所述涂塑层6为环氧树脂,所述涂塑层6厚度为10~20mm。环向缠绕的预应力钢丝3上喷涂有环氧树脂。所述水泥浆沙层4外部设有环氧煤沥青防腐层7。

1.硝酸亚铁用预应力钢筒混凝土输送管,包括基管,基管外壁设置有混凝土层,混凝土层内设置有环向缠绕的预应力钢丝,混凝土层外还包覆有水泥浆沙层,其特征在于基管内壁上设有纯锌涂层,纯锌涂层上涂覆有涂塑层,所述涂塑层为环氧树脂,所述涂塑层厚度为10~20mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硝酸亚铁用预应力钢筒混凝土输送管,其特征在于环向缠绕的预应力钢丝上喷涂有环氧树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硝酸亚铁用预应力钢筒混凝土输送管,其特征在于所述水泥浆沙层外部设有环氧煤沥青防腐层。
