一种应用于细纱机光杆锭子上的夹纱装置,包括安装块(1),其特征在于:安装块(1)的一侧成型有V型的槽口(11),槽口(11)的两侧壁上分别固定有两个相对称的弹性夹片(2),弹性夹片(2)内侧的槽口(11)侧壁上固定连接有刀片(3),刀片(3)外侧的弹性夹片(2)上成型有与刀片(3)相对的条形槽口(21)。它能在纱管换管时实现自动断纱,同时夹持住尾纱,便于下一空管的绕纱,从而代替传统的手工落纱,提高生产效率,减轻劳动强度,同时能节省人员开支,降低生产成本。

本发明涉及细纱机的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种应用于细纱机光杆锭子上的夹纱装置。
背景技术:
棉纺环锭细纱机光锭杆锭子因其传统性及低价位一直倍受棉纺企业欢迎,棉纺环锭细纱机短机占棉纺细纱机总量的90%以上,而细纱机光锭杆锭子配置占环锭细纱机短机的95%以上,短车传统的落纱方式为手工落纱,尾纱缠绕在管纱底部,落纱时随着管纱的拔起而将尾纱缠留在锭杆上来留头,此方法造成锭杆缠纱多、纱管插不到底、自动络筒机找头困难等问题,其不仅需求大量的落纱操作工,生产成本较高,而且落纱操作工的工作量巨大。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种应用于细纱机光杆锭子上的夹纱装置,其能实现纱管换管时自动断纱、夹持尾纱。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种应用于细纱机光杆锭子上的夹纱装置,包括安装块,安装块的一侧成型有V型的槽口,槽口的两侧壁上分别固定有两个相对称的弹性夹片,弹性夹片内侧的槽口侧壁上固定连接有刀片,刀片外侧的弹性夹片上成型有与刀片相对的条形槽口。
所述的刀片与安装块槽口的侧壁相垂直,刀片底面与弹性夹片条形槽口的下端面在同一水平面上,条形槽口的长度和宽度分别大于刀片的长度和厚度,所述刀片的刀口部分呈圆弧形。
所述刀片插接在安装块上并通过螺栓紧固在安装块上,弹性夹片的两端成型有折边,折边插接在安装块上并通过螺栓紧固在安装块。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、它能在纱管换管时实现自动断纱,同时夹持住尾纱,便于下一空管的绕纱,从而代替传统的手工落纱,提高生产效率,减轻劳动强度,同时能节省人员开支,降低生产成本。
2、它在方便纱管换管的自动断纱,同时使尾纱断裂的线头整体。

实施例:见图1至2所示,一种应用于细纱机光杆锭子上的夹纱装置,包括安装块1,安装块1的一侧成型有V型的槽口11,槽口11的两侧壁上分别固定有两个相对称的弹性夹片2,弹性夹片2内侧的槽口11侧壁上固定连接有刀片3,刀片3外侧的弹性夹片2上成型有与刀片3相对的条形槽口21。
所述的刀片3与安装块1槽口11的侧壁相垂直,刀片3底面与 弹性夹片2条形槽口21的下端面在同一水平面上,条形槽口21的长度和宽度分别大于刀片3的长度和厚度,所述刀片3的刀口部分呈圆弧形。
所述刀片3插接在安装块1上并通过螺栓紧固在安装块1上,弹性夹片2的两端成型有折边22,折边22插接在安装块1上并通过螺栓紧固在安装块1。
工作原理:本夹纱装置为光杆锭子上自动换纱管机构的组成部分,其组成部分包括机械手,通过机械手来完成换纱管,在机械手换纱管之间,其夹纱装置在气缸的作用移动光杆锭子锭盘蜡烛头的根部,其夹纱装置上的弹性夹片2变形与光杆锭子一起夹持住尾纱,而弹性夹片2变形,其刀片3伸出弹性夹片2将尾纱切断,然后通过机械手将纱管拔出,插上新的空管后,夹纱装置退出,光杆锭子起动运转,形成卷绕,开始新一轮纺纱循环。

所述的刀片(3)与安装块(1)槽口(11)的侧壁相垂直,刀片(3)底面与弹性夹片(2)条形槽口(21)的下端面在同一水平面上,条形槽口(21)的长度和宽度分别大于刀片(3)的长度和厚度,所述刀片(3)的刀口部分呈圆弧形;
