Abstract
本发明提供了一种无机耐高温油漆及轮船烟囱的防变色方法。该无机耐高温油漆,其包括甲组分和乙组分,二者的质量比为3:1‑1.5,其中:以重量百分比计,所述甲组分包括:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10‑15%,颜料3‑5%,填充料10‑15%,金属粉30‑40%,防沉淀剂1%,分散剂0.3‑0.5%,增塑剂0.5%,余量为溶剂;所述乙组分为硅酸乙酯。上述轮船烟囱的防变色方法包括以下步骤:将上述无机耐高温油漆涂布在轮船烟囱的外部,涂布的厚度为50μm。本发明所提供的无机耐高温油漆具有良好的性能,涂布在轮船烟囱外部之后,能够耐受高温烟气的影响,不易变色,不会出现剥落,并且还具有良好的耐盐雾能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无机耐高温油漆及轮船烟囱的防变色方法,属于油漆制备技术领域。
背景技术
轮船烟囱排出的高温烟气的温度能够达到300℃以上,由于高温烟气的烘烤,烟囱外部所涂布的油漆很容易变成黑色,容易剥落,影响美观。
此外,轮船多采用水雾喷射技术对轮船烟囱外壁进行降温,由于海水中含有较高的盐分,而目前所采用的油漆耐盐雾性能也较差,因此,烟囱容易被盐雾侵蚀而产生龟裂、剥落。
本领域的研究人员一直致力于研发一种能够避免出现变色和剥落的油漆,但是至今没有取得进展。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种无机耐高温油漆,将其涂布在轮船烟囱的外部,能够避免出现变色和剥落。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种无机耐高温油漆,其包括甲组分和乙组分,二者的质量比为3:1-1.5,其中:
以重量百分比计,所述甲组分包括:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10-15%,颜料3-5%,填充料10-15%,金属粉30-40%,防沉淀剂1%,分散剂0.3-0.5%,增塑剂0.5%,余量为溶剂;
所述乙组分为硅酸乙酯。
在上述无机耐高温油漆中,优选地,所采用的颜料为无机颜料,更优选地,所述无机颜料为钴系颜料。通过采用无机颜料能够很好地解决烟囱变色的问题,并且,可以所需要的颜色来选择具体的无机颜料,例如采用钴蓝颜料以制成舰艇船舶常用的海灰色。
在上述无机耐高温油漆中,优选地,所采用的填充料为滑石粉和/或重晶石粉,更优选地,所述填充料的含量为10%。
在上述无机耐高温油漆中,优选地,所采用的金属粉为磷铁粉。
在上述无机耐高温油漆中,优选地,所采用的溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯和丁醇中的一种或几种的组合。通过采用这些溶剂能够使油漆耐受300-500℃的高温。
在上述无机耐高温油漆中,优选地,甲组分与乙组分的质量比为3:1。
在上述无机耐高温油漆中,所采用的防沉淀剂、分散剂、增塑剂均可以本领域常用的物质,可以根据需要进行选择。例如,防沉剂可以是有机膨润土,分散剂可以是甲氧基乙酸丙酯,增塑剂可以是邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
在上述无机耐高温油漆中,乙组分采用的是硅酸乙酯,其是一种无机硅酸树脂,通过添加该化合物能够提高无机耐高温油漆的抗变色能力。
本发明提供的上述无机耐高温油漆的制备方法可以包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、颜料、填充料、金属粉、防沉淀剂、分散剂、增塑剂溶于溶剂中,搅拌均匀得到甲组分;
将甲组分与乙组分相互混合并搅拌均匀,得到所述无机耐高温油漆。
本发明还提供了一种轮船烟囱的防变色方法,其包括以下步骤:
将上述无机耐高温油漆涂布在轮船烟囱的外部,涂布的厚度为50μm。
本发明所提供的无机耐高温油漆具有良好的性能,涂布在轮船烟囱外部之后,能够耐受高温烟气的影响,不易变色,不会出现剥落,并且还具有良好的耐盐雾能力。

为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和有益效果有更加清楚的理解,现对本发明的技术方案进行以下详细说明,但不能理解为对本发明的可实施范围的限定。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种无机耐高温油漆,其由甲组分和乙组分组成,二者的质量比为3:1,其中:
以重量百分比计,甲组分包括:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10%、钴蓝颜料5%、滑石粉10%、磷铁粉30%、有机膨润土1%、甲氧基乙酸丙酯0.3%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5%、余量为丁醇;
乙组分为硅酸乙酯。
该无机耐高温油漆是通过以下步骤制备的:
将聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、钴蓝颜料、滑石粉、磷铁粉、有机膨润土、甲氧基乙酸丙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯溶于溶剂中,搅拌均匀得到甲组分;
将甲组分与乙组分相互混合并搅拌均匀,得到无机耐高温油漆。
测试例
对实施例1得到的无机耐高温油漆进行相关性能测试,具体包括以下步骤:
将实施例1得到的无机耐高温油漆涂布在与轮船烟囱材质相同的钢板的外部,涂布厚度为50μm;
参考《GB/T 1771-2007色漆和清漆耐中温盐雾性能的测定》中的规定对油漆的耐盐雾性进行测试,具体按照以下方式:在1-2h内将钢板由50℃加热至300℃,保温12h后降温至常温,放入海水中保持24h,然后再重复加热和放入海水保温的过程,包括第1次一共进行5次;
测试结果显示:该油漆的耐盐雾性≥1000h,并且,测试完成之后,漆膜不变色、不起泡、不脱落、不生锈。这说明实施例1得到的无机耐高温油漆具有良好的防变色性能、防脱落性能以及耐盐雾性能。
本发明所提供的无机耐高温油漆通过第三方实验室在各种不同的耐高温油漆中进行筛选,已进入实际试用,效果良好。
Claims (9)
1.一种无机耐高温油漆,其包括甲组分和乙组分,二者的质量比为3:1-1.5,其中:
以重量百分比计,所述甲组分由以下成分组成:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10-15%,颜料3-5%,填充料10-15%,金属粉30-40%,防沉淀剂1%,分散剂0.3-0.5%,增塑剂0.5%,余量为溶剂;所述金属粉为磷铁粉,所述颜料为钴系颜料,所述填充料为滑石粉和/或重晶石粉;
所述乙组分为硅酸乙酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无机耐高温油漆,其中,所述钴系颜料为钴蓝颜料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无机耐高温油漆,其中,所述填充料的含量为10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无机耐高温油漆,其中,所述溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯和丁醇中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无机耐高温油漆,其中,所述甲组分与乙组分的质量比为3:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无机耐高温油漆,其中,所述防沉淀剂为有机膨润土。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无机耐高温油漆,其中,所述分散剂为甲氧基乙酸丙酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无机耐高温油漆,其中,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
9.一种轮船烟囱的防变色方法,其包括以下步骤:
将权利要求1-8任一项所述的无机耐高温油漆涂布在轮船烟囱的外部,涂布的厚度为50μm。
