本发明提供一种耐压的工业皮带,包括胶层和编织层,所述编织层是设置在相邻的两胶层之间的;所述编织层是由若干经向设置的织物条和若干纬向设置的织物条相互交织而成的。本发明的工业皮带的编织层,经向设置的织物条是采用软质材料,纬向设置的织物条是采用塑胶材料制成的有硬度的胶条;而且编织层的编织结构比传统的编织结构更复杂、更紧密。编织层的结构包括若干个由纬向织物条和经向织物条按规律编织而成的花纹单元;每个花纹单元是由八根经向织物条和四根纬向织物条按规律编织而成的。本发明的编织层比传统的编织层的编织密度更大、硬度更大,本发明的工业皮带比传统的工业皮带耐压性更强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业用皮带,尤其涉及一种耐压性强的工业皮带,该皮带尤其适用作瓷砖抛光机械的输送带。
背景技术
目前,瓷砖抛光机中使用的传送皮带是由若干层PVC胶层和若干层布料编织层交替层叠后压制而成的,其中皮带的最顶层和最底层均为PVC胶层。所述的布料编织层绝大部分是采用涤纶纤维或棉纤维编织而成的。PVC胶层质地较硬,而且厚度大,具有很好的承受力。一般为了缓冲皮带承受的压力和增强皮带的摩擦力,PVC胶层的表面都会形成凹凸交错的纹路或波浪纹。布料编织层很薄很软,夹在PVC胶层之间,起到缓冲PVC胶层的承受力,以及填充两层PVC胶层表面纹路之间形成的间隙。
传统的布料编织层的结构如下:
如图1和图2所示,布料编织层由若干根经向布置的线束2'与若干根纬向布置的线束1'相互交织而成;每根线束由若干条细小的布料纤维组成。布料编织层的编织结构是由若干个重复的花纹单元A'组成的;每个花纹单元A'可由四根经向布置的线束2'和四根纬向布置1'的线束交织实现。
如图3所示,单个花纹单元A'的结构为:
第一纬线束11'依次交叠过第一经线束21'的上方、第二经线束22'的下方、第三经线束23'的上方、第四经线束24'的下方;
第二纬线束12'依次交叠过第一经线束21'的上方、第二经线束22'的上方、第三经线束23'的下方、第四经线束24'的下方;

现有技术利用这种传统的布料编织层作为缓冲夹层的工业皮带,作为瓷砖抛光机的输送带使用,受到抛光机械的强大压力时,表现出抗压力不足、皮带容易凹陷、导致瓷砖抛光质量不佳等现象。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种耐压的工业皮带,该皮带尤其适用于作为瓷砖抛光机的传输带使用。本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐压的工业皮带,包括若干层胶层和设置在相邻两胶层之间的编织层;特别地:所述编织层形成有均匀分布的复数个花纹单元;
所述花纹单元是由8根经向设置的织物条和4根纬向设置的胶条按规律编织而成的;所述8根经向设置的织物条依次为第一经向织物条、第二经向织物条、第三经向织物条、第四经向织物条、第五经向织物条、第六经向织物条、第七经向织物条和第八经向织物条;所述4根纬向设置的胶条依次为第一胶条、第二胶条、第三胶条和第四胶条;每个花纹单元的编织规律如下:
第一经向织物条依次交叠于第一胶条、第二胶条和第三胶条的上方、以及第四胶条的下方;
第二经向织物条依次交叠于第一胶条和第二胶条的下方、第三胶条的上方、以及第四胶条的下方;
第三经向织物条依次交叠于第一胶条和第二胶条的上方、第三胶条的下方、以及第四胶条的上方;
第四经向织物条依次交叠于第一胶条、第二胶条和第三胶条的下方、以及第四胶条的上方;

传统的编织层经向和纬向均采用软质的布料织物条,而编织方法过于简单,在皮带受压时织物条之间容易松散,编织层的耐压度较差。本发明的工业皮带中的编织层,其纬向织物条采用了有一定硬度的塑胶条,塑胶条比传统布料织物条的体积更小,纬向硬度更大,编织时经向织物条之间的间隙更小,编织层的密度更大,并且编织层采用了更复杂的编织方法,使得编织层的网状结构更稳定,耐压度更强,能很好地缓冲胶层受到的压力。本发明的工业皮带比传统的工业皮带受压力更强、使用寿命更长,而且不容易变形,本发明的工业皮带尤其适合用作瓷砖抛光机的输送带。
所述经向设置的织物条的材料优选为涤纶、棉、纱线、绒毛线、腈纶或氯纶。
所述纬向设置的胶条的材料优选为PET、PE、PP、PVC或橡胶。
较佳地,所述胶层的材料为PVC或橡胶;胶层的表面最好还形成有防滑纹路。

本实施例提供一种耐压的工业皮带,如图4所示,包括胶层30和编织层40,皮带的最顶层和最低层均为胶层30,每相邻的两胶层30之间夹有编织层40;胶层30的表面设有防滑纹301。
如图5所示,编织层40是由若干经向设置的织物条2和若干纬向设置的织物条1相互交织而成的。本实施例经向设置的织物条2是腈纶纤维束,纬向设置的织物条1是有一定硬度的PP胶条,胶条的直径为0.3mm。经向设置的织物条2和纬向设置的织物条1可按一定规律编织成花纹单元A;编织层40形成有均匀分布的复数个花纹单元A。
如图6所示,所述花纹单元A是由八根经向设置的织物条2和四根纬向设置的织物条1按如下规律编织而成的:
第一经向线束21依次交叠于第一胶条11、第二胶条12和第三胶条13的上方、以及第四胶条14的下方;

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压的工业皮带,其特征在于,所述胶层的表面形成有防滑纹路。
