Abstract
本发明提供一种圆棒料取方夹具及取方的方法,属于机械加工技术领域,主要解决现有技术对于圆棒料取方加工时存在的效率低、铁屑飞溅存在安全隐患的问题。包括底板、侧定位板、可调定位板、压板及辅助支柱;其特点是:所述底板在靠近其两平行边上设置有侧定位板,在该底板上靠近边侧位置设置有与侧定位板垂直的锯槽;所述压板紧固螺栓竖直固接在所述底板上,其上端穿过压板长孔,由压板紧固螺母压紧;所述辅助支柱与压板紧固螺栓平行;所述圆棒料取方的方法包括圆棒料切段、装夹、切面,利用所述取方夹具将圆棒料夹紧,利用锯床进行切面加工,最终切出一个六面体。锯床锯削切割,效率高,避免了以往加工方法中铁屑飞溅带来的安全隐患。

[0001] 本发明属于机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种圆棒料取方夹具及取方的方法。
背景技术
[0002] 在机械加工制造、维修工作中,零件毛坯料的选择时常要用到棒料代替板材,因为对一般企业或市场而言,存在板材规格不全或板料厚度有限以及板材气割下料硬化等现象。例如某零件为边长10mm的正六方体,现场没有合适厚度的板材,这时可以考虑用圆棒料取方来实现零件毛坯备料。通常的圆棒料取方不外乎铣床加工,这种方法,效率低,铁肩飞溅,存在安全隐患;当然,还有其它方法,比如线切割,但存在工作效率低下、成本高。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能够高效锯削圆棒料成六方形状的通用夹具。
[0004] 本发明为解决上述技术问题而采取的技术方案是:
[0005] 一种圆棒料取方夹具,包括底板、侧定位板、可调定位板、压板及辅助支柱;其特点是:所述底板呈矩形,在靠近其两平行边上设置有侧定位板,在该底板上靠近边侧位置设置有与侧定位板垂直的锯槽;所述可调定位板设置在与所述锯槽平行且位于该锯槽的外侧底板上,在该可调定位板上开设有至少两个用于穿过定位螺钉的长孔;所述压板上开设有供压板紧固螺栓穿过的并可进行位置调整的压板长孔;所述压板紧固螺栓竖直固接在所述底板上,其上端穿过压板长孔,由压板紧固螺母压紧;所述辅助支柱与压板紧固螺栓平行,其由固接在所述底板上的底座及与该底座螺纹连接的螺杆支柱构成,该螺杆支柱可通过旋转调节高度,其中:所述螺杆支柱上端与压板下表面接触。
[0006] 一种圆棒料取方的方法,包括圆棒料切段、装夹、切面,其特点是:具体取方步骤如下:
[0007] 第一步、切段:选择一定直径的圆棒料切取一定长度;
[0008] 第二步、装夹:将该圆棒料竖直安放在底板上,将该圆棒料的侧壁紧靠可调定位板,调整至锯痕位于锯槽上方,将压板压在圆棒料的上端面上,调整螺杆支柱的高度,直至压板水平地置于圆棒料的上端面上,然后拧紧压板紧固螺母;
[0009] 第三步、切面:启动锯床,切出一个面后,以该面作为侧基准面,将该切出面靠紧侧定位板,再次如前述方法将圆棒料固定,切第二个面,此第二个切出面与第一个切出面垂直;旋转工件圆棒料,以第二个切出面为基准靠紧侧定位板,固定工件圆棒料,切出第三个切出面,以次类推切出第四个切出面,最终切出一个六面体。

[0014] 如图1所示,一种圆棒料取方夹具,包括底板8、侧定位板2、可调定位板12、压板4及辅助支柱;其特点是:所述底板8呈矩形,在靠近其两平行边上设置有侧定位板2,在该底板8上靠近边侧位置设置有与侧定位板2垂直的锯槽10 ;所述可调定位板12设置在与所述锯槽10平行且位于该锯槽10的外侧底板上,在该可调定位板12上开设有至少两个用于穿过定位螺钉11的长孔;所述压板4上开设有供压板紧固螺栓9穿过的并可进行位置调整的压板长孔5 ;所述压板紧固螺栓9竖直固接在所述底板8上,其上端穿过压板长孔5,由压板紧固螺母3压紧;所述辅助支柱与压板紧固螺栓9平行,其由固接在所述底板8上的底座7及与该底座7螺纹连接的螺杆支柱6构成,该螺杆支柱6可通过旋转调节高度,其中:所述螺杆支柱6上端与压板4下表面接触。

1.一种圆棒料取方夹具,包括底板⑶、侧定位板⑵、可调定位板(12)、压板⑷及辅助支柱;其特征是:所述底板(8)呈矩形,在靠近其两平行边上设置有侧定位板(2),在该底板⑶上靠近边侧位置设置有与侧定位板⑵垂直的锯槽(10);所述可调定位板(12)设置在与所述锯槽(10)平行且位于该锯槽(10)的外侧底板上,在该可调定位板(12)上开设有至少两个用于穿过定位螺钉(11)的长孔;所述压板(4)上开设有供压板紧固螺栓(9)穿过的并可进行位置调整的压板长孔(5);所述压板紧固螺栓(9)竖直固接在所述底板(8)上,其上端穿过压板长孔(5),由压板紧固螺母(3)压紧;所述辅助支柱与压板紧固螺栓(9)平行,其由固接在所述底板(8)上的底座(7)及与该底座(7)螺纹连接的螺杆支柱(6)构成,该螺杆支柱(6)可通过旋转调节高度,其中:所述螺杆支柱(6)上端与压板(4)下表面接触。
