本发明涉及一种反击破-锤破互换一体机,包括上机壳和下机壳,上机壳包括前机箱和后机箱,下机壳设有出料口,前机箱设有进料口,下机壳、前机箱和后机箱构成具有破碎腔体的主机壳;主机壳内设有破碎转子和反击板,破碎转子和反击板组成破碎组件;破碎转子通过轴承座安装在下机壳上;破碎转子两端设有皮带轮并通过皮带轮与发动机的动力传动机构连接;破碎转子包括反击破转子和锤破转子,且反击破转子和锤破转子的轴承位相同,中心高度也相同,使反击破转子能够与锤破转子相互更换使用。本发明通过更换破碎转子,使破碎机变成反击式破碎机或者锤式破碎机使用,以适应不同的破碎场合,花一台设备加一个转子的钱就能够实现两台设备的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及反击式破碎机与锤式破碎机技术领域,具体是一种反击破转子和锤破转子可以在同一个破碎机腔壳内互换使用的反击破-锤破互换一体机。
背景技术
目前在矿山设备上,反击式破碎机和锤式破碎机都得到广泛的应用,各自有自己的优缺点和适用场合。反击式破碎机破碎功能全、生产率高、机件磨耗小、综合效益高,能破碎较硬的矿石,但是它破碎尺寸较大的矿石时很困难,效率低,甚至会堵料卡死破碎机。而锤式破碎机也同样具备反击式破碎机的一些优点,但它不能破碎很硬的矿石,一般只适用于破碎石灰石,但它可以处理尺寸较大的物料。传统的工作方式是,反击式破碎机和锤式破碎机各干个的活,必须投资两台设备的钱,才能有一台反击式破碎机和一台锤式破碎机。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种反击破转子和锤破转子可以在同一个破碎机腔壳内互换使用的反击破-锤破互换一体机。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种反击破-锤破互换一体机,包括上机壳和下机壳,上机壳包括前机箱和后机箱,下机壳设有出料口,前机箱设有进料口,下机壳、前机箱和后机箱构成具有破碎腔体的主机壳;主机壳内设有破碎转子和反击板,破碎转子和反击板组成破碎组件;破碎转子通过轴承座安装在下机壳上;破碎转子两端设有皮带轮并通过皮带轮与发动机的动力传动机构连接;破碎转子包括反击破转子和锤破转子,且反击破转子和锤破转子的轴承位相同,中心高度也相同,使反击破转子能够与锤破转子相互更换使用。
本发明能够使反击破转子和锤破转子都能适用于同一个破碎机体,通过互换破碎转子,使破碎机变成反击式破碎机或者锤式破碎机使用,以适应不同的破碎场合,花一台设备加一个转子的钱就能够实现两台设备的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
如图1-图6所示,一种反击破-锤破互换一体机,包括上机壳1和下机壳2,上机壳1包括前机箱和后机箱,下机壳2设有出料口,前机箱设有进料口,下机壳2、前机箱和后机箱构成具有破碎腔体的主机壳;主机壳内设有破碎转子5和反击板,破碎转子5和反击板组成破碎组件;破碎转子5通过轴承座4安装在下机壳2上;破碎转子5两端设有皮带轮3并通过皮带轮3与发动机的动力传动机构连接;破碎转子5包括反击破转子5-1和锤破转子5-2,且反击破转子5-1和锤破转子5-2的轴承位相同,直径也相同或者基本一致,使其安装在下机壳2上的中心高度也相同,在不需要改变其他部件的情况下,仅通过锤破转子5-2和反击破转子5-1互换,就可以达到锤式破碎机到反击式破碎机的转变,即需要破碎尺寸较大的矿石时,破碎转子5选用锤破转子5-2,当需要破碎较硬的矿石时,将锤破转子5-2拆下,直接安装反击破转子5-1互换使用即可。

1.一种反击破-锤破互换一体机,包括上机壳和下机壳,上机壳包括前机箱和后机箱,下机壳设有出料口,前机箱设有进料口,下机壳、前机箱和后机箱构成具有破碎腔体的主机壳;主机壳内设有破碎转子和反击板,破碎转子和反击板组成破碎组件;其特征在于,破碎转子通过轴承座安装在下机壳上;破碎转子两端设有皮带轮并通过皮带轮与发动机的动力传动机构连接;破碎转子包括反击破转子和锤破转子,且反击破转子和锤破转子的轴承位相同,中心高度也相同,使反击破转子能够与锤破转子相互更换使用。
