Abstract
本发明涉及包括至少一种多不饱和脂肪酸和至少一种类胡萝卜素的活性剂的组合用于改善指甲品质的口服化妆用途。更具体地,本发明涉及该组合用于改善指甲的坚固性和用于减少和/或防止它们分裂的口服化妆用途。

本发明涉及旨在改善指甲品质的化妆品和食品补充剂的领域。
更具体地,本发明提出了活性剂的新组合用于减少和/或防止审美缺陷和/或用于改善指甲的坚固性或硬度的用途。本发明还针对根据本发明的活性剂的组合用于减少和/或防止指甲的分裂的用途。
本发明还涉及用于在有需要的个体中改善指甲品质的化妆方法,其特征在于,所述方法至少包括将根据本发明的活性剂的组合或组合物口服施用到所述个体。
背景技术
指甲或指甲板是柔韧的、透明的、光滑的角质片,其形成皮肤的表面赘生物,包括角质细胞和非常致密且均匀的角蛋白基质。该基质将细胞保持紧密结合在一起且赋予指甲强度、硬度、坚固性和柔韧性。指甲由根鞘或基质包围。
从形态学观点来看,指甲由背部、中间部、腹部、近端基质、中间基质、甲半月和甲床组成。80%厚度的指甲由近端基质产生,20%厚度的指甲由中间基质和甲床产生。背部由硬角蛋白构成,中间部是最厚的且由适度硬的角蛋白形成,和腹部由软角蛋白构成。
关于其化学构成,指甲包含水、脂质、粘多糖和矿物质(例如,钠、钾、铁、钙、锌或硅)。
指甲的硬度和柔韧性尤其取决于角蛋白纤维的定向、角质细胞的排列和它们的内聚力和化学构成,尤其是水、脂质和磷脂质的含量。
多个因素可损害指甲的化学构成以及由此损害它们的硬度或形状。
在容易影响指甲的外在因素中,可以提及的是暴露到阳光、暴露到温度和/或湿度变化、和暴露到污染物或者香烟烟雾。在影响指甲的内在因素中,可以提及的是压力、疲劳、荷尔蒙变化、脱水、代谢不足、老化或者某些病理。
这些各种因素易于使指甲脆化或者易碎,影响它们的形状,使它们分裂,且因此大大减少它们的美学情趣。
目前,指甲品质领域中所提出的主要解决方案是基于指甲油的使用,使在护理产品中的活性剂增湿或者化学强化指甲。后一种解决方案是基于指甲硬化剂(例如,1%至2%的甲醛)的使用,其在角蛋白中产生交联键。然而这些产品的频繁使用会引起太多的交联键、自相矛盾地促进指甲的脆化。
在指甲品质领域中也已经提出暂时性植入物(例如,假指甲),但是其主要目的是掩盖指甲的差品质而不是防止和/或恢复它们的品质。
从化妆观点来看,因此存在能够减少或防止会影响指甲的多种美学损坏的需求,而不考虑这些损坏的起源。
还存在对于新型活性剂或者对于活性剂组合的需求,其能够对指甲的品质、尤其在它们的硬度、它们的坚固性、它们的耐冲击性或者耐外部攻击因素、它们的耐分裂性、它们的光滑外观、它们的光泽以及因此它们的总体美学外观方面产生有效的和有益的作用。
还尤其存在对于新型活性剂或者对于活性剂组合的需求,其能够对指甲的坚固性起到有效的作用且能够减少和/或防止它们的分裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是满足这些需要。
因此,根据第一方面,本发明涉及活性剂的组合的口服化妆品用于改善指甲品质的用途,该活性剂的组合包括至少一种多不饱和脂肪酸和至少一种类胡萝卜素。
在现有技术中,番茄红素已经被描述成抗氧化剂或者抗肿瘤剂(Kelkel等,FreeRadic.Res.2011 Aug;45(8):925-40)。
由于其在黑色素合成中的作用,它还用在具有晒黑活性的组合物中(WO 97/47278),以及由于其对5α-还原酶的活性用在旨在处理头发和/或粉刺的组合物中(JP-2940964),或者作为自由基清除剂。
据发明人所知,迄今还没有人提出或者建议,对于有需要的个体,口服施用作为活性剂的多不饱和脂肪酸和至少番茄红素的组合,可证实对于改善指甲品质是特别有效的。
更具体地,根据本发明的化妆用的活性剂组合的口服施用可以使指甲更坚固,且因此减少和/或防止指甲断开和/或分裂。
更具体地,根据本发明的化妆用的活性剂组合的口服施用可以减少和/或防止指甲的层状和/或横向分离,以及尤其它们的分裂。
更具体地,根据本发明的化妆用的活性剂组合的口服施用可以改善指甲的硬度,且因此减少和/或防止指甲柔软或者过度柔韧。
更具体地,根据本发明的化妆用的活性剂组合的口服施用可以改善指甲的总体美学外观,尤其减少和/或防止指甲有条纹的和/或损坏。
更具体地,根据本发明的化妆用的活性剂组合的口服施用可以改善指甲的光泽和/或透明度。
此外,由于与根据本发明的化妆用的活性剂组合的口服施用相关的指甲品质上的改善,故这样的施用还有利地可以具有更长的指甲。这还可以提高指甲油的磨损性能。
更具体地,根据本发明的化妆用的活性剂组合的口服施用可以改善指甲的角质层的美学外观。
根据本发明的活性剂的组合的施用还能够在去除假指甲之后使指甲更快地重新获得光滑且有光泽的外观和/或在应用假指甲的情况下保护指甲。
因此,根据本发明的活性剂的组合的施用可以增强指甲品质。具体而言,其能够使指甲变得更硬、较少脆化、更耐冲击、不易分裂以及能够具有光滑、均匀和透明的外观,以及还有改善的总体美学外观,尤其是具有较小损坏和较少的条纹或者甚至无条纹的指甲。
根据一个实施方式,根据本发明的活性剂的组合可以用在适于口服施用的化妆组合物中。
根据本发明的化妆组合物具有与由根据本发明的活性剂的组合所提供的如上文指出的优点相同的优点。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明的主题是用于在有需要的个体中改善指甲品质的美容处理方法,其特征在于,其至少包括将根据本发明的活性剂的组合或者组合物口服施用于所述个体。
根据本发明的活性剂的组合的使用必须以有效量(即,能够显示它们的关于提供指甲品质改善的性能的活性剂的量)执行。
出于本发明的目的,术语“防止”意味着将特定现象的出现的风险或几率减小至更低的程度,特定现象即在本发明中指甲的品质或审美外观的损害。
根据本发明的另一方面,本发明涉及包括至少一种多不饱和脂肪酸、番茄红素和维生素C的活性剂的组合。优选地,根据本发明的活性剂的组合还包括维生素E。

根据本发明的另一方面,本发明涉及适于口服施用的化妆组合物,至少包括黑醋栗籽油、鱼油、番茄红素和维生素C。优选地,根据本发明的化妆组合物还包括维生素E。
出于本发明的目的,术语“指甲的分裂”意味着指甲的层状分裂(或者甲剥离)和指甲的纵向分离(或脆甲)。优选地,出于本发明的目的,术语“指甲的分裂”意味着层状分裂(或者甲剥离)。

(ii)用于局部应用到至少一个指甲上的至少一个假指甲。
多不饱和脂肪酸
出于本发明的目的,术语“多不饱和脂肪酸”指包括至少两个双键的脂肪酸。这种脂肪酸更具体地为长链脂肪酸,即至少含有14个碳原子。
多不饱和脂肪酸可以是酸形式、甘油三酯形式、或者甲酯或乙酯的形式。
多不饱和脂肪酸尤其包括ω-3脂肪酸、ω-6脂肪酸和ω-9脂肪酸和其混合物,其特征在于不饱和的位置最靠近端部甲基。
包括18至22个碳原子的不饱和脂肪酸尤其适于用在本发明中,特别是多不饱和脂肪酸,尤其ω-3脂肪酸、ω-6脂肪酸和ω-9脂肪酸。
在ω-6系列的多不饱和脂肪酸中,尤其可以提及的是含有18个碳原子和两处不饱和的亚麻油酸(18:2ω-6),含有18个碳原子和三处不饱和的γ-亚麻油酸或GLA(18:3ω-6),含有20个碳原子和三处不饱和的二-高-γ-亚麻油酸(20:3ω-6),花生四烯酸,5,8,11,14-二十碳四烯酸(20:4,ω-6)和二十二碳四烯酸(22:4,ω-6)。
ω-3系列的多不饱和脂肪酸尤其可以选自α-亚麻油酸或ALA(18:3ω-3),十八碳四烯酸或SDA(18:4ω-3),5,8,11,14,17-二十碳五烯酸或EPA(20:5ω-3),和4,7,10,13,16,19-二十二碳六烯酸或DHA(22:6ω-3),二十碳五烯酸或DPA(22:5ω-3)和n-丁基-5,11,14-二十碳三烯酸(eicosatrienonic acid)。
ω-9系列的多不饱和脂肪酸尤其可以选自油酸(18:1,ω-9)和芥酸(22:1,ω-9)。
α-亚麻酸、亚油酸、γ-亚麻酸、十八碳四烯酸、二十碳五烯酸、二十二碳六烯酸、油酸、其混合物或者包括它们的提取物尤其适用于本发明。
根据本发明的一个变型,所考虑的多不饱和脂肪酸以分离形式使用,即,在从它们的来源提取之后。
根据本发明所分离的多不饱和酸尤其可以是由Polaris和Bioriginal公司销售名称为Omegavie 1812 TG和Blackcurrant Oil Refined 806000的产品。
相对于组合物的总重量,在根据本发明的组合物中的多不饱和脂肪酸含量按重量百分比计可以为从1%至80%、尤其从5%至70%、尤其从10%至60%,以及优选从20%至40%。
多不饱和脂肪酸的来源可以选自植物油,例如月见草油、琉璃苣油、黑醋栗籽油、蓝蓟油(Ecchium oil)和大麻油、和微藻裂殖弧菌种(Schizochytrium sp)的提取物,优选黑醋栗籽油。
例如,来自胡桃、榛子、扁桃仁(Juglans regia)、芫荽、大豆(Glycina max)、油菜籽(Brassica naptus)、芡欧鼠尾草、亚麻籽的植物油和鱼油的富含ω-3系列的多不饱和脂肪酸。
ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸可以在浮游动物、甲壳类动物/软体动物和鱼中发现。鱼油是EPA和DHA的主要工业来源。微藻类生物还可以构成用于提取ω-3不饱和脂肪酸的原材料。
因此,多不饱和脂肪酸可以以至少一种油的形式用在根据本发明的活性剂的组合中,该至少一种油选自:月见草油、琉璃苣油、黑醋栗籽油、核桃油、大豆油、鱼油、葵花油、小麦胚芽油、大麻油、葫芦巴油、蓝蓟油、摩洛哥坚果油、米糠油、芝麻油、杏仁油、榛子油、芡欧鼠尾草油、亚麻籽油、橄榄油、鳄梨油、红花油、亚麻荠油、树莓籽油、蔓越莓籽油、蓝莓籽油、兴安悬钩子(Rubus chamaemorus Linné)油、沙棘油、孜然油、猕猴桃籽油、芫荽油和/或微藻(例如,裂殖弧菌)的提取物和/或浮游动物的提取物和/或甲壳类动物/软体动物的提取物。
油优选地为黑醋栗籽油和/或鱼油、优选为黑醋栗籽油和鱼油。
根据本发明的油尤其可以为由Polaris和Bioriginal公司销售的名称为Omegavie1812 TG和Blackcurrant Oil Refined 806000的产品。
相对于组合物的总重量,如下文所开发的根据本发明的组合物可包括按重量计含量范围为20%至95%、尤其从30%至95%,且优选地从50%至80%的这些油和/或提取物和/或生物质。
如下文所开发的根据本发明的组合物可以包括调节的浓度的这些油和/或提取物和/或生物质,使得它们可以以从100mg/天至5000mg/天且尤其从200mg/天至2000mg/天的含量范围施用。
因此,根据优选的实施方式,根据本发明的活性剂的组合包括至少一种选自黑醋栗籽油和/或鱼油的油。
根据更优选的实施方式,根据本发明的活性剂的组合包括黑醋栗籽油和鱼油。
类胡萝卜素
根据本发明的组合包括至少一种类胡萝卜素。
在本发明的上下文中,术语“类胡萝卜素”是指具有维生素原A(provitamin A)活性的类胡萝卜素和不具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素。
毋庸置疑,根据本发明,类胡萝卜素可以是具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素和不具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素的混合物。该混合物可以是任何比例。
根据本发明,具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素可以是具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素的混合物。该混合物可以是任何比例。在具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素中,可以提及的示例包括β-胡萝卜素或α-胡萝卜素,优选地β-胡萝卜素。
根据本发明,不具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素可以是不具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素的混合物。该混合物可以是任何比例。在不具有维生素原A活性的类胡萝卜素中,可以提及的示例包括玉米黄素、隐黄素、叶黄素或番茄红素。
更具体地,在本发明上下文中使用的类胡萝卜素是番茄红素。
换言之,在本发明的口服组合物中存在的类胡萝卜素包括番茄红素、或者甚至由番茄红素组成。
根据本发明的类胡萝卜素还可以是虾青素。
根据本发明所用的类胡萝卜素可以是天然来源或合成来源。术语“天然来源”是指从天然成分获取的纯形式或者溶液(与其在溶液中的浓度无关)形式的类胡萝卜素,例如植物提取物。例如,当类胡萝卜素是番茄红素时,特别地可以使用西红柿提取物。
因此,根据本发明的优选实施方式,在根据本发明的组合中所用的类胡萝卜素是番茄红素,优选地是富含番茄红素的西红柿提取物。
术语“合成来源”是指经过化学合成获取的纯形式或者溶液(与其在溶液中的浓度无关)形式的番茄红素。在本发明的上下文中可以使用的番茄红素可是顺式或反式的化学式。
当类胡萝卜素是天然来源时,其可以从源于活体(in vivo)培养的整株植物或者源自体外培养的植物材料中获取。
术语“活体培养”是指任何标准类型的培养,即,在露天土壤中或者在温室中,或者可替选地无土培养。
术语“体外培养”是指对于本领域的技术人员所已知的用于人工获取植物或植物部分的任何技术。与活体培养的植物相比,在体外植物细胞的生长期间通过物理化学条件所施加的选择压力可以获得全年可用的标准化植物材料。
优选地,根据本发明,使用活体培养获取的植物。本领域的技术人员已知的任何提取方法可以用来制备根据本发明所用的类胡萝卜素。
更优选地,对于番茄红素而言,使用富含番茄红素的西红柿提取物。
番茄红素还存在于甜瓜、番石榴和葡萄柚中。
番茄红素可以是醇的溶液,尤其是乙醇溶液。类胡萝卜素还可以是脂质溶液或者脂醇(lipoalcoholic)溶液。
举例而言,根据本发明,可以使用通过Lycored公司所制备的以名称Lyc-O-销售的富含番茄红素的西红柿提取物,其包括油性树脂提取物,该油性树脂提取物含有例如从6%至10%的纯番茄红素。
番茄红素可以是水性悬浮液形式。为此,可以使用由公司Lycored以名称Lyc-o-Mato CWD销售的在冷条件或热条件下为可水分散的形式。
任何其他的更复杂的基于番茄红素的成分也可以用于实施本发明。
因此,“更复杂的成分”是指例如包括番茄红素和乳清蛋白的主要组合物。在专利文献WO 01/91588中尤其描述了该主要组合物。该主要组合物也称为乳番茄红素。该成分用于在实施例1的食品补充剂。其具有的优点是,增大番茄红素的生物有效性和/或容易在食品补充剂中配制(香囊、凝胶胶囊、片剂、包衣片剂、软胶囊等形式)。
乳番茄红素尤其可以是由Indena公司销售的乳番茄红素。
根据本发明可以使用的提取物的量显然取决于所需的效果,且因此可以在宽范围内变化。
相对于组合物的总重量,根据本发明的组合物中的类胡萝卜素含量按重量计可以为从0.01%至6%,尤其从0.02%至4%,且特别是从0.05%至2%。
因此,根据本发明的活性剂的组合有利地包括至少一种油(该至少一种油包括多不饱和脂肪酸)和分离的番茄红素和/或富含番茄红素的提取物。
根据优选的实施方式,据本发明的活性剂的组合包括鱼油和/或黑醋栗籽油和西红柿提取物。
根据更优选的实施方式,根据本发明的活性剂的组合包括鱼油、黑醋栗籽油和西红柿提取物。
根据本发明,多不饱和脂肪酸和类胡萝卜素,优选番茄红素,以在55/6和500/0.5之间、优选在120/8和400/0.5之间、且更优选在19/1和300/0.5之间的多不饱和脂肪酸/类胡萝卜素比率使用。
另外的活性剂
根据本发明的活性剂的组合还可包括一个或多个另外的化妆活性剂。

根据本发明的活性剂的组合和组合物通过它们的口服施用可以改善、加强、或恢复指甲的美学状态。
如前文指出,各种内在因素或外在因素可以是指甲的美学上降低的状态的原因。本发明的目的是恢复该状态而不治疗或防止其成因,且因此限于化妆领域。本发明不涉及治疗领域。
根据一个实施方式,本发明旨在减少和/或防止指甲的结构中的损伤,特别是减少和/或防止易碎的、脆化的、柔软的、分裂的或断裂的指甲,优选分裂的指甲。
出于本发明的目的,表述“指甲的结构中的损伤”意味着相对于在具有健康美学品质的指甲中所观测到的组织或组合物,在构成指甲的角蛋白纤维的组织或者它们的化学组合物中的损伤。
更具体地,指甲的结构中的损伤可以导致指甲的表面上存在条纹。因此,本发明目的还在于减少和/或防止有条纹的指甲。

根据本发明的活性剂的组合可以利用用于该口服组合物或食品补充剂的常用赋形剂和成分来配制,即,尤其是在食品部门中常见的多脂的和/或水性成分、润湿剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、调质剂(texture agent)、矫味剂和/或包覆剂、抗氧化剂、防腐剂和染料。

4.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其中,所述活性剂的组合用在适于口服施用的化妆组合物中,所述组合物为包衣片剂、混悬剂、凝胶、乳剂、可饮用的溶液、吞咽片或咀嚼片、胶囊、溶解颗粒、锭剂或食品补充剂的形式。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其中,相对于所述组合物的总重量,所述至少一种多不饱和脂肪酸按重量计以1%至80%的含量存在。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于,相对于所述组合物的总重量,所述类胡萝卜素按重量计以0.01%至6%的含量存在。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述组合还包括至少一种动脉压调节剂,所述动脉压调节剂选自:瑞士乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、嗜乳酸杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、酿酒酵母、嗜热链球菌。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述组合还包括至少一种动脉压调节剂,所述动脉压调节剂选自:染料木苷、染料木黄酮、黄豆苷、黄豆苷元、黄豆黄苷、黄豆黄素、雌二醇、雌酮。
