本发明涉及一种电力市场预警技术,尤其是一种基于动态聚类的电力市场供需预警模型的建立方法。步骤如下:1.1选取电力市场交易前预警指标,包括以下指标:(1)申报空间份额;(2)价格提升率(3)报高价比率;(4)报高价成功率。1.2根据步骤1.1确定的能够反映市场竞标地位、竞标实力和左右市场价格的能力指标,包括申报空间份额、价格提升率、报高价比例、报高价成功率,采用K均值法聚类,初始中心由SPSS自行确定;1.3利用K均值方法得到各个类别之间的最终类中心差距以及类中心偏移程度,建立电力市场供需预警模型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力市场预警技术,尤其是一种基于动态聚类的电力市场供需预警模型的建立方法。
背景技术
在实际工作中,电力市场交易供需的研究实际上已经有一些雏形。这些建立的评价指标体系对电力市场交易的研究是可喜的,但其实际应用效果还有待进一步的检验和完善,特别是各种指标交叉影响。因此本专利结合电力市场影响因素指标,基于聚类分析,以庞大的客户行为数据为基础,通过识别不同客户群体的行为特征,建立电力市场交易前供需预警模型,获取电力交易参与者数据信息与行为特征的内在联系,以更好地为电力行业的监管和协调工作提供理论依据和实践指导。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于定量分析建立电力市场供需预测模型,辨别电力市场交易行为,为市场运营、监管部门提供决策。为实现上述目的,本发明提出的一种基于层次聚类的电力市场供需预警模型方法的实施步骤如下:
S1.电力市场交易前预警指标选取
电力市场中存在着参与者违背市场规则的行为,也存在着一些虽不违背市场规则,在交易前,可以横向比较基本信息,对各个电力市场参与者竞标地位进行评价,找出谁能主导交易市场行为,从而进行监视和管制。
竞标地位通过分析供应者基本信息得到,供应者地位类指标是用于研究各市场供应者在市场中的地位、竞标实力和左右市场价格的能力,包括以下指标:
1)申报空间份额
单个供应者申报空间占所有供应者申报空间的比例。表示为:申报空间份额=qi/Σqi
qi可以为电厂的申报容量。
2)价格提升率
价格提升率=(P-C)/C
其中,P为平均申报价格,C为平均发电成本。价格提升率反映了电厂报价相对于自身成本的提高程度,该指标越大,反映电厂在努力申报高价。
价格提升率不仅考虑了电厂的申报价格,还与其自身成本信息进行比较,可以很好的反映电厂的主观报价策略。有时候某个电厂的平均申报价格高于其它电厂,并不一定意味着该电厂在恶意抬高市场价格,很可能是由于其自身发电成本较高而不得不报高价,因此将电厂平均申报价格与价格提升率对比分析,才能全面了解电厂的报价意图。
3)报高价比率
报高价比率为一定时期内市场供应者报接近最高价的次数的比例。高报价比率越大,表明供应者愿意冒更大的竞标风险来获取更高的收益。
4)报高价成功率
这一类指标通过对供应者的成交情况与申报情况的比较,来反映供应者的竞标策略与自身实力的配合情况,评价供应者的策略成功率和所具有的市场力。
报高价成功率=采用高价策略并申报成功的次数/一段时期内采用高价策略的次数
其中,“高价”指申报价格接近价格上限;“申报成功”指成交电量接近成交电量。
报高价成功率是综合指标,它反映了电厂既有意抬高申报价格,又能获得接近申报电量的情况。报高价成功率越高,表明该供应者控制市场价格的能力越强,具有的市场力越大。实际中,除少数处于市场领导地位的供应者外,其他供应者此项指标几乎为0。这类供应者多,表明市场供需紧张或有垄断现象。
S2.根据上文确定能够反映市场竞标地位、竞标实力和左右市场价格的能力指标,包括申报空间份额、价格提升率、报高价比例、报高价成功率。采用K均值法聚类,初始中心由统计产品与服务解决方案及SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)软件自行确定;
S3.利用K均值方法得到各个类别之间的最终类中心差距以及类中心偏移程度,建立电力市场供需预警模型。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明选取申报空间份额、价格提升率、报高价比例、报高价成功率四个供应者地位类指标,用于研究各市场供应者在市场中的地位、竞标实力和左右市场价格的能力。从而在交易前,可以横向比较基本信息,对各个电力市场参与者竞标地位进行评价,找出谁能主导交易市场行为,从而进行监视和管制。
2、本发明采用动态聚类方法,定量分析潜在的市场运营规律,对于市场运营、监管部门,在每次竞价前应计算市场容量供需比和各竞价电厂市场份额指标。利用动态聚类结果得到的具体数值,判断市场参与者是否可能整体申报高价,左右市场价格。
3、本发明建立的电力市场供需预警模型,可以从各个电力市场参与者找到市场的兴风作浪者,可供相关部门预测价格走势,强化交易的合规管理,保证交易的合理执行,降低实际执行产生的偏差。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提出的一种基于动态聚类的电力市场供需预警模型的实施案例具体步骤如下:
(1)本例选取某区域电力市场份额相对较大和相对较小的两类电厂用户,并选自某年的年度报价和分月报价数据,根据上文确定能够反映市场竞标地位、竞标实力和左右市场价格的能力指标,包括申报空间份额、价格提升率、报高价比例、报高价成功率,各指标相互关系如下:

由此可见
1)市场报高价比例与电厂自身的市场份额具有较大的相关关系:电厂自身市场份额越大,越倾向于申报高价;
2)电厂的高价中标率与自身市场份额密切相关。可以预见,市场份额大的电厂比较倾向于报高价,高价中标率相关系数也大,价格提升率大。
(2)根据上文确定的各指标,采用K均值法聚类,初始中心由SPSS自行确定,聚类结果如下:

(3)根据动态聚类算法,以电厂报高价成功率从低到高的顺序,可以将样本分为如表3所示的三类,结果如下:

由此可见:
1)市场价格提升率低于0.15,市场竞争性良好,若为0.33以上则很有可能引起价格的飞升;
2)供应者的市场份额小于3%时基本不会报高价,即使报高价也很难中标,而那些市场份额大于17%的大电厂,则会更倾向于申报高价。
综上,以上分析结果揭示了潜在的市场运营规律,对于市场运营、监管部门,在每次竞价前应计算市场容量供需比和各竞价电厂市场份额指标。若市场价格提升率为0.33以上,则市场参与者有可能整体申报高价;若某些电厂的市场份额大于17%,则应引起特别注意,这些电厂将有能力左右市场价格。

1.一种基于动态聚类的电力市场供需预警模型的建立方法,步骤如下:
1.1选取电力市场交易前预警指标,包括以下指标:
(1)申报空间份额
即单个供应者申报空间占所有供应者申报空间的比例,表示为:申报空间份额=qi/Σqi,qi可以为电厂的申报容量;
(2)价格提升率
价格提升率=(P-C)/C
其中,P为平均申报价格,C为平均发电成本;
(3)报高价比率
即一定时期内市场供应者报接近最高价的次数的比例;
(4)报高价成功率
报高价成功率=采用高价策略并申报成功的次数/一段时期内采用高价策略的次数;
其中,“高价”指申报价格接近价格上限;“申报成功”指成交电量接近成交电量;
