本发明涉及LED灯技术领域,尤其是一种节能型LED面光源超市灯。
背景技术
在目前的超市中,所用的照明器具多是日光灯管或者组合排列的LED照明管,其发光亮度高,然而由于这种照明装置安装于屋顶,耗电和发热量很大,不够节能环保,而且使用寿命极短。而且由于传统的照明灯为敞口设计,不防尘不防虫,较难清洗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种结构简单,节能环保的LED灯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种节能型LED面光源超市灯,包括灯罩、安装于灯罩底部的灯罩面板和安装于灯罩上方的散热罩,灯罩和灯罩面板通过安装环连接;所述灯罩顶端设有连接板,连接板上设有凸环;所述散热罩通过紧固螺丝固定在凸环上,散热罩内置有驱动电源,散热罩侧壁开设有多个散热孔;所述连接板下表面设有LED光源,LED光源外罩设有反光杯;所述散热罩顶端设有支架,支架上设有将节能型LED面光源超市灯安装于墙面的安装座。
进一步地,所述的安装环两面均设有凹槽,灯罩和灯罩面板分别嵌入凹槽内。
进一步地,所述的驱动电源为电容降压电源,驱动电源通过电线与LED光源连接。
进一步地,所述的散热罩和连接板为一次冲压成型的铝材,灯罩和灯罩面板均为钢化玻璃,灯罩通过胶水粘合在连接板上。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计合理,操作方便,LED光源外罩设有反光杯,减少了光衰,提高了工作效率,光照均匀,使超市物品本身的亮丽颜色清楚地呈现在顾客眼中,提高了顾客的购买欲,同时防尘防虫,便于清洗,节能环保,散热性能稳定。

如图1所示的一种节能型LED面光源超市灯,包括灯罩1、安装于灯罩1底部的灯罩面板2和安装于灯罩1上方的散热罩3,灯罩1和灯罩面板2通过安装环8连接;灯罩1顶端设有连接板6,连接板6上设有凸环7;散热罩3通过紧固螺丝13固定在凸环7上,散热罩3内置有驱动电源10,散热罩3侧壁开设有多个散热孔9;连接板6下表面设有LED光源4,LED光源4外罩设有反光杯5;散热罩3顶端设有支架11,支架11上设有将节能型LED面光源超市灯安装于墙面的安装座12。
安装环8两面均设有凹槽,灯罩1和灯罩面板2分别嵌入凹槽内。
驱动电源10为电容降压电源,驱动电源10通过电线与LED光源4连接。
散热罩3和连接板6为一次冲压成型的铝材,灯罩1和灯罩面板2均为钢化玻璃,灯罩1通过胶水粘合在连接板6上。

3.根据权利要求1所述的节能型LED面光源超市灯,其特征在于:所述的驱动电源(10)为电容降压电源,驱动电源(10)通过电线与LED光源(4)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的节能型LED面光源超市灯,其特征在于:所述的散热罩(3)和连接板(6)为一次冲压成型的铝材,灯罩(1)和灯罩面板(2)均为钢化玻璃,灯罩(1)通过胶水粘合在连接板(6)上。
