Abstract

本发明涉及一种防止松动式螺栓,该螺栓设置有外螺纹,所述外螺纹中相邻两条螺峰之间分别设置有斜面螺谷。该螺栓固定联接件时,联接件内螺纹中的螺峰与倾斜螺谷相接触后,因倾斜螺谷的倾斜面可以阻止螺峰移动,所以,被联接件间在相对滑动的过程中不易松动;另外,因该螺栓只改变螺谷的形状,并不会增加制作成本。

        本发明涉及一种防止松动式螺栓,尤其涉及一种带有外螺纹的螺栓。
背景技术
        现有技术中的螺栓,在螺杆上设置的外螺纹是由螺峰和螺谷构成,其中,相邻两条螺峰之间设置的螺谷普遍采用条纹形或平面形,虽然利用该种螺栓连接部件的过程中,能够承受被联接件间的横向和轴向载荷,但螺栓上的螺谷无论采用条纹形或平面形,其载荷承受方法主要是靠预紧力矩带来的摩擦力,即使铰制孔螺栓所承受的横向载荷是依靠螺栓本身的抗剪强度,而轴向承载能力和普通螺栓基本相同,所以,被联接件间在相对滑动的过程中极易松动,即使采用弹性垫圈,止逆垫片和防松胶等虽然可防止联接件松动,但在长期使用和机器频繁震动的情况下也不易保持联接件间相互固定。
        为此,中国专利        201210193294.5        号公开的名称为“防锁紧后松动的螺栓”给出一种方案,该螺栓的螺杆远离头的一端设置有轴向向内凹陷的盲孔,以使该螺栓在螺母旋拧的螺杆上后,螺杆的直径会扩大,扩大后内张力可有效阻碍螺母转动。该方案虽然能解决螺栓的防松问题,但该螺栓的结构也是通过螺栓和螺母的配合使用达到锁紧的目的,在长期震动和使用过程中还是容易产生螺母丝扣松动,特别是在有些机械设备中,铰制孔螺栓的紧固并不需要有螺母与其的配合,而是运用螺栓杆通透一个部件再旋拧在另一个机械部件上带有与螺栓杆螺纹相应的螺纹通孔或盲孔中,而该种螺栓不适合于长期固定在铰制孔内的螺栓。
发明内容
        本发明的目的是提供一种利用改变螺谷形状的方式体螺母配合固定的方式以解决被联接件间在相对滑动的过程中极易松动松动的问题的防止松动式螺栓。
        本发明所提出的防止松动式螺栓设置有外螺纹,所述外螺纹中相邻两条螺峰之间分别设置有斜面螺谷。
        所述斜面螺谷的倾斜角度为        5-45        度。
        所述斜面螺谷的宽度与螺峰底部的宽度相等或相近似。
        本发明所提出的防止松动式螺栓中的外螺纹设置有带倾斜螺谷,且倾斜螺谷的倾斜角度为        5-45        度,当用该螺栓固定联接件时,联接件内螺纹中的螺峰与倾斜螺谷相接触后,因倾斜螺谷的倾斜面可以阻止螺峰移动,所以,被联接件间在相对滑动的过程中不易松动;另外,因该螺栓只改变螺谷的形状,并不会增加制作成本。

        参见图        2        和图        3        ,这两个附图给出利用本发明提出的防止松动式螺栓连接两个机械部件的外观结。其中的机械部件包括上机械部件        2        和下机械部件        3        ,且上机械部件        2        和下机械部件        3        均设置有轴向通孔        21                31        ,在每一个轴向通孔        21                31        内分别设置有内螺纹        4        。在将该种螺栓旋拧轴向通孔        21                31        内后,内螺纹        4        的螺峰尖角部位与该螺栓的斜面螺谷        12        部位接触后,因斜面螺谷        12        具有倾斜面,致使内螺纹        4        的螺峰尖角不能轴向移动,所以,可强有力地阻止该螺栓旋转,从而达到固定机械部件的目的,可使该螺栓恒久固定。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防止松动式螺栓,其特征在于:所述斜面螺谷的倾斜角度为5-45度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防止松动式螺栓,其特征在于:所述斜面螺谷的宽度与螺峰底部的宽度相等或相近似。
