Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物杀菌组合物及其制备方法。由疫霉灵、敌磺钠、代森锰锌、吸附剂、湿展剂、硅藻土等组成,该杀菌组合物的制备方法是采用粉碎,过筛,常温下搅拌等工序,经多种作物的大田试验结果表明,每亩用量100~200克商品药,对烟草根茎病害防效达96.6%,喷雾对蔬菜等茎叶病害防效达90.2%,其防治效果优于多菌灵,代森锌,甲基托布津,甲霜灵锰锌等常规农药。
Description
本发明涉及一种组合物类型的植物杀菌剂及其制备方法。
影响烟草、花卉、果树等经济作物产量和质量的诸多因素中,病害是主要因素之一。常见的烟草、蔬菜的真菌性根茎病害有立枯病、猝倒病、黑茎病、根黑腐病、低头黑等。近几年,真菌性植物根茎病害日趋严重,甚至导致局部地区田块遭到毁灭。现有技术中使用的杀菌剂,由于连续多年使用,使病源菌产生抗性和菌源变异,防治效果逐渐降低,且成本较高,如扑海英、杀毒矾等。如何对上述病害采取有效的防治措施,是一个极待解决的重要课题。
本发明的目的是提供一种杀菌范围广,防治效果好,病菌不易产生抗性,且制造方法简单,成本低的植物杀菌组合物及其制法。
本发明的内容是:
该杀菌剂是一种由三(O-乙基)膦酸铝(疫霉灵)、对二甲基苯偶氮磺酸钠(敌磺钠)、乙撑双二硫代氨基甲酸锰和锌离子的配位化合物(代森锰锌)吸附剂、展着剂、填充剂(硅藻土)几种组份混配而成的组合物,其中各组份的百分比(%)为:疫霉灵21,敌磺钠28,代森锰锌21,吸附剂6,湿展剂2.5,填充剂21.5。
该杀菌剂的制备方法是采用以下步骤:
①将敌磺钠粉碎,过80筛目;
②疫霉灵、代森锰锌粉碎后过200筛目;
③按前述配比,将疫霉灵、敌磺钠、代森锰锌三种原料,分别称量后同时加到混合机中,在常温下混拌15~20分钟,再加入吸附剂,混拌20分钟,再加入湿展剂,混拌10~15分钟后,加入填充剂混拌20分钟,经检验合格后,称量分装而成,产品为70%的可湿性粉剂。
本发明的使用方法及效果:
灌根,每亩用150~200克商品药兑水100公斤,于烟苗移栽后3~5天灌根,共1~2次,间隔7~10天;
拌土用成品药200克,拌细潮土100公斤,穴施或在苗移栽至营养袋时施用。
喷雾,根据地上部分病害,每亩用商品药100~150克,兑水50公斤喷雾,共1~2次,间隔7~10天;
效果,经过多点试验及多种作物上示范结果表明,每亩用量100~200克商品药,对烟草根茎病害防效达96.6%;喷雾对蔬菜等茎叶病害防效达90.2%,其防治效果优于多菌灵,代森锰锌,甲基托布津,甲霜灵锰锌等常规农药。该药不得与碱性和铜制剂农药混用,常规包装有效期为24个月。
应用本发明制备的杀菌剂的大田试验结果表明,本药剂具有触杀和内吸作用,可通过植物根、茎、叶吸收,对烟草立枯病,猝倒病,黑茎病,根黑腐病和低头黑病;蔬菜,花卉,果苗的立枯病,疫病,茎腐病、炭疽病、叶斑病等均有很好的防治效果。
实施例
成品药总有效量70%,各成分在总量中均以1000克所占比例计算。
配制时各组份的百分比(%)为:
疫霉灵 21 敌磺钠 28 代森锰锌 21 活性碳 6
硫酸铝 2.5 硅藻土 21.5
该杀菌剂的制备方法是采用以下步骤:
①将敌磺钠粉碎,过80筛目;
②疫霉灵、代森锰锌粉碎后过200筛目;
③按前述配比,将疫霉灵、敌磺钠、代森锰锌三种原料,分别称量后,同时加到混合机中,在常温下混拌15~20分钟,再加入活性碳,混拌20分钟,再加入硫酸铝,混拌10~15分钟后,加入硅藻土混拌20分钟,经检验合格后,称量分装而成。活性碳,硫酸铝,硅藻土必须严格按顺序加入,产品为70%的可湿性粉剂。
Claims (3)
1、一种植物杀菌组合物,含有代森锰锌,其特征是还含有疫霉灵,敌磺钠,吸附剂,湿展剂和硅藻土,其中各组份的百分比(%)为:疫霉灵21,敌磺钠28,代森锰锌21,吸附剂6,湿展剂2.5,填充剂21.5。
2、根据权利要求1所述的植物杀菌组合物,其特征是吸附剂为活性碳,湿展剂为硫酸铝,填充剂为硅藻土。
3、一种权利要求1所述的植物杀菌剂组合物的制备方法,其特征是采用以下步骤:
①将敌磺钠粉碎,过80筛目;
②疫霉灵、代森锰锌粉碎后过200筛目;
③按前述配比,将疫霉灵、敌磺钠、代森锰锌三种原料,分别称量后,同时加到混合机中,在常温下混拌15~20分钟,再加入吸附剂,混拌20分钟,再加入湿展剂,混拌10~15分钟后,加入填充剂混拌20分钟,经检验合格后,称量分装而成。
