实施例

使用如实施例1中采用的相同的无醇漱口液,除了就着色剂的量进一步改变着色剂混合物,并加入包含柠檬酸的pH调节剂。
漱口液的颜色再次为亮薄荷绿色,但在这个实施例中包括由0.00044重量% FD & C 绿色3号和0.00036重量%FD&C黄色6号(各重量%基于漱口液的总重量)组成的着色剂混合物。该漱口液还包括含有基于漱口液总重量0.048重量%的反式茴香脑的食用香料混合物。柠檬酸的存在量为基于漱口液总重量的0.01重量%。该漱口液的pH为5.16。
漱口液的颜色坐标为L=45.41,a=-13.9和b=1.4。如人眼所察觉,绿色整体色调基本上与参比实施例1相同。
当将漱口液暴露在加速老化试验(包含环境日光条件和40℃温度)下经4周的时期后,绿色不明显褪色。△E为1.82,表示人眼基本上不可察觉的颜色改变。
因此,实施例和参比实施例显示了当组合物包含苯基烯烃食用香料时,改变着色剂混合物可意外地克服口腔护理组合物(特别是漱口液或漱口水)延长储藏与使用期间颜色褪色的问题。
Claims (26)
1. 口腔护理组合物,所述口腔护理组合物包含:
着色剂混合物,其包含重量比为2:1-1:2的三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂和萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂;和
取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料。
2. 权利要求1所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂包含FD&C绿色3号着色剂。
3. 权利要求1或权利要求2所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂包含FD&C黄色6号着色剂。
4. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述着色剂混合物向所述口腔护理组合物提供绿色。
5. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂和所述萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂存在的重量比为1.5:1-1:1.5。
6. 权利要求4所述的口腔护理组合物,其中三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂和萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂存在的重量比为1.25:1-1:1。
7. 权利要求5所述的口腔护理组合物,其中三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂和萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂存在的重量比为约1.2:1。
8. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂的存在量为0.00025-0.00075重量%和所述萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂的存在量为0.00025-0.00075重量%,各自基于所述组合物的总重量。
9. 权利要求7所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂的存在量为0.00035-0.00055重量%和所述萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂的存在量为0.00030-0.00045重量%,各自基于所述组合物的总重量。
10. 权利要求8所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂的存在量为0.00040-0.00050重量%和所述萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂的存在量为0.00030-0.00040重量%,各自基于所述组合物的总重量。
11. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料包含不饱和苯基醚。
12. 权利要求10所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述不饱和苯基醚包含茴香脑。
13. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料相对于所述着色剂混合物存在的重量比为8:1-4:1。
14. 权利要求12所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料相对于所述着色剂混合物存在的重量比为约6:1。
15. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,其中取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料的存在量为基于所述组合物的总重量的0.003-0.007重量%。
16. 权利要求14所述的口腔护理组合物,其中取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料的存在量为基于所述组合物的总重量的0.004-0.006重量%。
17. 权利要求15所述的口腔护理组合物,其中取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料的存在量为基于所述组合物的总重量的0.0045-0.0050重量%。
18. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,所述口腔护理组合物进一步包含pH调节剂以调节所述组合物的pH,且所述组合物的pH为4.60-5.60。
19. 权利要求17所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述组合物的pH为约5.10。
20. 权利要求17或权利要求18所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述pH调节剂包含有机酸。
21. 权利要求19所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述有机酸为柠檬酸。
22. 权利要求19或权利要求20所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述有机酸的存在量为基于所述组合物的总重量的0.005-0.015重量%。
23. 权利要求21所述的口腔护理组合物,其中所述有机酸的存在量为基于所述组合物的总重量的0.008-0.012重量%。
24. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,其中当暴露于包含环境日光条件和40℃温度的加速老化试验下经4周的时期后,所述绿色的△E小于2。
25. 前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物,所述口腔护理组合物为漱口液或漱口水。
26. 在前述权利要求中任一项所述的口腔护理组合物中,重量比为2:1-1:2的三芳基甲烷绿色着色剂和萘磺酸盐黄色着色剂用于稳定绿色,并当所述口腔护理组合物暴露在包含环境日光条件和40℃温度的加速老化试验下经4周的时期后提供小于2的△E的用途,所述口腔护理组合物包含向所述口腔护理组合物提供绿色的着色剂混合物和包括取代或未取代的苯基烯烃食用香料的食用香料混合物。
