Description

具有多蜗杆轴的旋转台装置
技术领域
本发明涉及具有多蜗杆轴的旋转台装置,更具体地,涉及能够使因蜗轮与蜗杆轴之间的磨损而造成的齿隙抑制在最小限度的具备多蜗杆轴的旋转台装置。
背景技术
通常,旋转台装置是指设置于各种机床、用于以恒定角度旋转分割工件来加工工件的装置。
旋转台装置由与驱动马达相结合的壳体、与设置于壳体的内部空间部的蜗轮的外周面相结合的主轴以及蜗杆轴构成。
这种旋转台装置的蜗杆轴与蜗轮啮合,利用蜗杆轴的旋转,蜗轮分割旋转角度,而进行微细且精密的角度分割。
但是,以往的旋转台装置的蜗杆轴和蜗轮在使用时存在如下问题:会发生偏磨损等,而发生蜗杆轴与蜗轮的间隙误差,导致旋转台装置的效率显著降低。
另外,存在如下问题:对长时间使用的蜗杆轴与蜗轮的啮合状态简单地把握,难以进行与啮合状态相应的微细的间隙调节。
发明内容
(技术问题)
因此,本发明用于解决上述问题,其目的在于,提供具有多蜗杆轴的旋转台装置,上述多蜗杆轴能够以可防止因蜗轮与蜗杆轴之间发生的齿隙而发生的偏磨损等的方式调节蜗轮与蜗杆轴之间的间隙。
(解决问题的手段)
为了达成上述及其他本发明的目的,根据本发明的实施例,提供旋转台装置,其特征在于,包括:壳体,在内部具有空间部;主轴,设置于上述空间部,上述主轴的外周面与蜗轮相结合;一对蜗杆轴,以夹着上述蜗轮而与上述蜗轮相啮合的方式设置于上述空间部的规定位置;驱动马达,设置于上述壳体的一个侧面;传动部件,设置于上述壳体的上部面上,上述传动部件用于向上述一对蜗杆轴传递上述驱动马达的驱动力;以及齿顶隙调节部件,分别设置于上述壳体的两侧面下端规定的位置。
本发明的特征在于,上述传动部件包括:一对皮带轮,设置于上述壳体的上部面上,上述一对皮带轮与上述一对蜗杆轴的一端部相结合;一对惰轮,以位于上述一对皮带轮之间的方式设置于上述壳体的上部面规定位置;以及皮带,用于将上述一对皮带轮和上述一对惰轮与上述驱动马达的驱动轴相连接。本发明的特征在于,上述一对皮带轮和上述一对惰轮通过链条与上述驱动马达的驱动轴相连接。
本发明的特征在于,上述一对惰轮中的至少任一个惰轮以能够调节连接上述驱动马达的驱动轴和上述一对皮带轮的上述皮带的张力的方式设置于上述壳体的上部面上,上述一对惰轮中的至少任一个惰轮以能够滑动的方式与中心部具有槽孔的板相结合。
本发明的特征在于,上述齿顶隙调节部件包括:一对结合口,以相互对称的方式结合于上述壳体的两侧面规定位置;以及调节口,贯通上述一对结合口的中心而螺纹结合,上述调节口对上述一对蜗杆轴的外侧面加压来调节上述蜗轮和上述蜗杆轴之间的间隔。
(发明的效果)
根据本发明一个实施例的具有多蜗杆轴的旋转台装置,具有能够以可防止因蜗轮和蜗杆轴之间发生的齿隙而发生的偏磨损等的方式调节蜗轮和蜗杆轴之间的间隔的效果。

参照图1至图4,本发明一个实施例的具有多蜗杆轴的旋转台装置10包括壳体100、主轴200、一对蜗杆轴300、驱动马达400、传动部件500及齿顶隙调节部件600。
壳体100呈方形状,且在内部具有空间部110。
主轴200设置于在壳体100的内部所具备的空间部110,在上述主轴200的外周面结合有沿圆周方向形成有齿轮部的蜗轮210。
另一方面,在结合有蜗轮210的主轴200的侧面设置有盖220,上述盖220与壳体100相结合,用于保护主轴200。
一对蜗杆轴300以与设置于空间部110的蜗轮210相啮合的方式设置在蜗轮210间,上述空间部110设置于壳体100的内部。
该一对蜗杆轴300的一端与结合于壳体100的上部面的后述的一对皮带轮510相结合,一对蜗杆轴300的另一端与设置于空间部110的底面规定位置的蜗杆轴支架310相结合。
此处,蜗杆轴支架310由第一水平部311和第二水平部312构成,上述第一水平部311与设置于壳体100的空间部110的底面相结合,上述第二水平部312是第一水平部311的上部一侧向外侧延伸而形成的,在第二水平部312上形成有供蜗杆轴300的另一端插入而结合的切开部313。
驱动马达400设置于壳体100的一侧面,通过后述的传动部件500驱动一对蜗杆轴300。
这种驱动马达400通过字形状的固定托架410与壳体100的一侧面相结合。
传动部件500由设置于壳体100的上部面的一对皮带轮510、一对惰轮520和皮带530构成,上述传动部件500用于向一对蜗杆轴300传递驱动马达400的驱动力。
这种传动部件500包括:一对皮带轮510,设置于壳体100的上部面上,与一对蜗杆轴300的一端相结合;一对惰轮520,以位于一对皮带轮510之间的方式设置于壳体100的上部面规定的位置;以及皮带530,用于将一对皮带轮510和一对惰轮520与驱动马达400的驱动轴420相连接。
在此,参照图5,在壳体100的上部面结合有中心部具有槽孔521的板522,在上述板522,也可以可沿着槽孔521滑动的方式结合着一对惰轮520中的任一个惰轮。
总之,一对惰轮520中的任一个惰轮沿着槽孔521滑动,从而可以调节连接一对皮带轮510和驱动马达400的驱动轴420的皮带530的张力。
另外,参照图6,一对皮带轮510和一对惰轮520也可以通过链条531连接,来代替驱动马达400的驱动轴420和皮带530。
在此情况下,优选地,在一对皮带轮510、一对惰轮520以及驱动马达400的驱动轴420的外周面上形成有可连接链条531的链轮532。
齿顶隙调节部件600以相互对称的方式设置于壳体100的两侧面规定位置,来调节上述的蜗轮210与一对蜗杆轴300之间的间隙。
这种齿顶隙调节部件600包括:一对结合口610,以相互对称的方式结合于壳体100的两侧面规定位置;以及调节口612,贯通一对结合口610的中心而螺纹结合,调节口612对一对蜗杆轴300的外侧面加压来调节上述蜗轮210与上述蜗杆轴300之间的间隙。
以下,对本发明一个实施例的旋转台装置10的使用状态的说明如下。
首先,若驱动马达400工作,则传动部件500通过驱动马达400的驱动轴420和皮带530来接收驱动轴420的驱动力,而驱动一对蜗杆轴300。
然后,若一对蜗杆轴300受到驱动,则与一对蜗杆轴300相啮合的主轴200接收驱动力而旋转。
此时,可以确认与一对蜗杆轴300相啮合的蜗轮210的间隔来确定设定值,并以符合设定值的方式调节蜗杆轴支架310来调节微细间隔。
在此,当调节蜗杆轴支架310时,按照首先调节与驱动马达400近的一侧的蜗杆轴支架310,然后调节远处的蜗杆轴支架310的方式进行。
因此,根据本发明一个实施例的旋转台装置10,具有能够以可防止因蜗轮210和蜗杆轴300之间发生的齿隙而发生的偏磨损等的方式调节蜗轮210与蜗杆轴300之间的间隙的效果。
以上,参照附图说明了本发明的优选实施例,但只要是本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员就可以理解在不脱离以下发明要求保护范围中所记载的本发明的技术思想的范围内可对本发明进行各种修改及变更。

Claims (5)

1.一种旋转台装置,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,在内部具有空间部;
主轴,设置于上述空间部,上述主轴的外周面与蜗轮相结合;
一对蜗杆轴,以夹着上述蜗轮而与上述蜗轮相啮合的方式设置于上述空间部的规定位置;
驱动马达,设置于上述壳体的一个侧面;
传动部件,设置于上述壳体的上部面上,用于向上述一对蜗杆轴传递上述驱动马达的驱动力;以及
齿顶隙调节部件,分别设置于上述壳体的两侧面下端规定的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转台装置,其特征在于,上述传动部件包括:
一对皮带轮,设置于上述壳体的上部面上,上述一对皮带轮与上述一对蜗杆轴的一端相结合;
一对惰轮,以位于上述一对皮带轮之间的方式设置于上述壳体的上部面的规定位置;以及
皮带,用于将上述一对皮带轮和上述一对惰轮与上述驱动马达的驱动轴相连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转台装置,其特征在于,上述一对皮带轮和上述一对惰轮通过链条与上述驱动马达的驱动轴相连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的旋转台装置,其特征在于,上述一对惰轮中的至少任一个惰轮以能够调节连接上述驱动马达的驱动轴和上述一对皮带轮的上述皮带的张力的方式设置于上述壳体的上部面上,上述一对惰轮中的至少任一个惰轮以能够滑动的方式与中心部具有槽孔的板相结合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的旋转台装置,其特征在于,齿顶隙调节部件包括:
一对结合口,以相互对称的方式结合于上述壳体的两侧面规定位置;以及
调节口,贯通上述一对结合口的中心而螺纹结合,
上述调节口对上述一对蜗杆轴的外侧面加压来调节上述蜗轮与上述蜗杆轴之间的间隙。
