本发明涉及一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯,包括依次连接的防爆接线盒、连接钢管和防爆灯具,所述的防爆接线盒的电线穿过连接钢管与防爆灯具连接,还包括变径接头和固定卡套,所述的变径接头连接在防爆接线盒与连接钢管之间,所述的固定卡套设在连接钢管与防爆灯具之间;所述的连接钢管包括依次连接的第一镀锌钢管、第二镀锌钢管和第三镀锌钢管,所述的第一镀锌钢管与变径接头连接,所述的第三镀锌钢管与固定卡套连接。与现有技术相比,本发明具有结构简单、维修方便、高空风阻小、安装稳定牢固、成本低等优占。

一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种护栏灯,尤其是涉及一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯。
背景技术
目前化工生产装置的室外防爆护栏灯一般都是双管日光灯,并没有充分考虑到某些特殊场合对灯杆稳定性和灯具维修方便性的特殊要求。传统的防爆护栏灯由日光灯管、电子镇流器、复合绝缘材料灯盒、灯管安装底板、透明塑料防护罩、密封件、灯杆、通头、卡套、防爆接线盒等元器件组成,如图1所示,灯具风阻大、高空稳定性差、维修成本高、耐候性不强,透光材料老化后照度明显下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结构简单、维修方便、高空风阻小、安装稳定牢固、成本低的化工装置室外防爆护栏灯。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯,包括依次连接的防爆接线盒、连接钢管和防爆灯具,所述的防爆接线盒的电线穿过连接钢管与防爆灯具连接,还包括变径接头和固定卡套,所述的变径接头连接在防爆接线盒与连接钢管之间,所述的固定卡套设在连接钢管与防爆灯具之间:所述的连接钢管包括依次连接的第一镀锌钢管、第二镀锌钢管和第三镀锌钢管,所述的第一镀锌钢管与变径接头连接,所述的第三镀锌钢管与固定卡套连接。
所述的第一镀锌钢管的直径d1、第二镀锌钢管的直径d2和第三镀锌钢管的直径d3间的关系为:d1<d2<d3
所述的第三镀锌钢管为弧形镀锌钢管。
所述的防爆灯具包括节能灯泡、透明玻璃防护罩和铝合金底座,所述的节能灯泡设在铝合金底座上,所述的透明玻璃防护罩罩设在节能灯泡外。
与现有技术相比,本发明有效解决了现有产品存在的缺陷,灯具改造材料市场上容易获得,且灯具具有结构简单、维修方便、高空风阻小、安装稳定牢固、以及造价低廉、节省维修费用等特点。灯具为铝合金底座,透明玻璃防护罩,具有耐候性强、不易老化的性能,具有广泛的应用价值。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图2所示,一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯,包括依次连接的防爆接线盒1、连接钢管和防爆灯具7,所述的防爆接线盒1的电线穿过连接钢管与防爆灯具7连接,还包括变径接头2和固定卡套6,所述的变径接头2连接在防爆接线盒1与连接钢管之间,所述的固定卡套6设在连接钢管与防爆灯具7之间。
所述的连接钢管包括依次连接的第一镀锌钢管3、第二镀锌钢管4和第三镀锌钢管5,所述的第一镀锌钢管3与变径接头2连接,所述的第三镀锌钢管5与固定卡套6连接。所述的第三镀锌钢管5为弧形镀锌钢管。所述的第一镀锌钢管3的直径d1、第二镀锌钢管4的直径d2和第三镀锌钢管5的直径d3间的关系为:d1<d2<d3。本实施例中,第一镀锌钢管3为DN32镀锌钢管,第二镀锌钢管4为DN25镀锌钢管,第三镀锌钢管5为DN20镀锌钢管。
所述的防爆灯具7包括节能灯泡、透明玻璃防护罩和铝合金底座,所述的节能灯泡设在铝合金底座上,所述的透明玻璃防护罩罩设在节能灯泡外。

1.一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯,包括依次连接的防爆接线盒(1)、连接钢管和防爆灯具(7),所述的防爆接线盒(1)的电线穿过连接钢管与防爆灯具(7)连接,其特征在于,还包括变径接头(2)和固定卡套(6),所述的变径接头(2)连接在防爆接线盒(1)与连接钢管之间,所述的固定卡套(6)设在连接钢管与防爆灯具(7)之间:所述的连接钢管包括依次连接的第一镀锌钢管(3)、第二镀锌钢管(4)和第三镀锌钢管(5),所述的第一镀锌钢管(3)与变径接头(2)连接,所述的第三镀锌钢管(5)与固定卡套(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯,其特征在于,所述的第一镀锌钢管(3)的直径d1、第二镀锌钢管(4)的直径d2和第三镀锌钢管(5)的直径d3间的关系为:d1<d2<d3
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯,其特征在于,所述的第三镀锌钢管(5)为弧形镀锌钢管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种化工装置室外防爆护栏灯,其特征在于,所述的防爆灯具(7)包括节能灯泡、透明玻璃防护罩和铝合金底座,所述的节能灯泡设在铝合金底座上,所述的透明玻璃防护罩罩设在节能灯泡外。
