技术领域
本发明涉及丝网印刷行业,具体涉及一种丝网印刷油墨。
背景技术
传统的网印油墨是一种稀松的浆状物并有良好的触变性,当油墨处于静止时,其流动性差,一旦受外力作用,该墨流动性陡增。这一特性,使油墨在刮印时,能顺利通过印版网孔,并在承印物上迅速流平,形成需要的图像。这样,墨膜既不会在干燥后残留丝网的痕迹,又不至于使印出的图像外溢而扩大。但是,这种传统的网印油墨固着牢度较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固着牢度高的丝网印刷油墨。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种丝网印刷油墨,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氨酯双丙烯酸酯40~65份,己二醇二丙烯酸酯20~50份,光引发剂5~10份,着色剂10~30份,增强剂1~3份,除静电剂1~3份,消泡剂0~3份,荧光颜料0~3份,混有硫酸钡的聚丙烯树脂1~5份。
优选地,所述的丝网印刷油墨,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氨酯双丙烯酸酯50份,己二醇二丙烯酸酯30份,光引发剂8份,着色剂20份,增强剂2份,除静电剂2份,消泡剂2份,荧光颜料2份,混有硫酸钡的聚丙烯树脂3份。
优选地,所述光引发剂二苯甲酮、硫杂蒽酮和安息香醚类中的两种混合体。
优选地,所述光引发剂还含有有机胺。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过本发明的配方生产的丝网印刷油墨的固着牢度高,同时,通过在丝网印刷油墨中添加荧光颜料,具有防伪的作用。

一种丝网印刷油墨,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氨酯双丙烯酸酯65份,己二醇二丙烯酸酯50份,二苯甲酮10份,着色剂30份,增强剂3份,除静电剂3份,消泡剂3份,荧光颜料3份,混有硫酸钡的聚丙烯树脂5份。
通过本发明的配方生产的丝网印刷油墨的固着牢度高,同时,通过在丝网印刷油墨中添加荧光颜料,具有防伪的作用。

1.一种丝网印刷油墨,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:聚氨酯双丙烯酸酯40~65份,己二醇二丙烯酸酯20~50份,光引发剂5~10份,着色剂10~30份,增强剂1~3份,除静电剂1~3份,消泡剂0~3份,荧光颜料0~3份,混有硫酸钡的聚丙烯树脂1~5份。
