技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1所述特征的用于对印刷产品进行质量检查的方法。
背景技术
DE 10 2007 020 511 A1中公开了一种用于印刷机的以控制台形式的操作装置。在此,印刷产品放置在控制台的支承斜面台上并且由摄像机装置检测。如此测定的图数据在计算机中与印刷图的数字图数据比较。根据所述图的测定的参数,触发操作过程或测量过程。在此,可以识别覆盖印刷材料的物品或者人。据此,同样实现了确定的操作过程或测量过程的自由激活。
在印刷厂的实践中,已经公知的是,将印刷图在线地传输到工作流程系统的提供者上,所述工作流程系统由图数据生成虚拟的三维印刷产品并且再次将所述虚拟的三维印刷产品提供给印刷厂用于在线下载。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种方法,所述方法实现在生产期间生成印刷产品的三维数字版本用于优化质量检查。本发明的另一目的在于,除了检查色彩信息以外,也将质量检查扩大到其他参数、例如光泽效果或结构效果。根据本发明,该目的根据权利要求1实现。本发明有利的进一步方案由从属权利要求以及由下述的说明和附图得出。
根据本发明的用于质量检查的方法主要适用于使用在页张胶版印刷机中。在此,必须定期地取出和检验样张,以便可以确定印刷的页张与原稿的偏差并且必要时可以采取相应的修正措施。为此,印刷产品在控制台上由摄像机装置检测。如此检测的数据在计算机中与印刷图的数字图数据比较。在此,印刷产品的数字版本显示在配置给控制台的显示屏上。在此,印刷产品由至少一个照明光源照射。此外,印刷产品由至少一个传感器检测,其中,计算机计算印刷产品相对于照明光源的位置。如果此时真实的印刷产品的位置改变,那么数字印刷产品的位置也改变,所述数字印刷产品三维地显示在显示屏上。因此,也能够显示下述效果,所述效果在仅仅俯视虚拟的印刷产品的情况下不能被复现,例如光在印刷材料上的反射或者只能在不同于90°的观察视角的情况下才能看到的结构效果。
本发明的有利的第一进一步方案设置,至少一个传感器检测操作者的位置及其观察印刷材料的视角,其中,数字印刷产品在显示屏上的显示相应于操作者关于真实的印刷产品的视角而改变。
另一个有利的进一步方案设置,用于显示数字印刷产品的显示屏是3D显示屏,因此,结构效果主要立体地和直观地更好地显示在虚拟的印刷产品上并且可以由操作者觉察到。
此外有利的是,安装附加的触摸显示器,所述触摸显示器同样用于显示数字印刷产品。此外,可以借助于触摸显示器实施用于改变显示的指令。因此,例如通过有针对性地划抹触摸显示器可以放大和移动数字印刷产品的区段,以便更详细地观察数字印刷产品的单个区域。
所述方法的特别有利的实施方案是手势控制的附加使用。通过所述方法和手势控制的组合,操作者可以非常直观地和舒适地进行质量检查。因此,操作者例如可以利用一只手倾斜地朝向照明光源地保持具有结构化表面的印刷产品,以便可以不仅在印刷产品上而且在显示屏上良好地识别结构化部,并且利用另一只手通过有针对性的运动触发缩放功能,以便实现更准确的观察。

具体实施方式
图1中示出具有支承斜面台8的控制台1。以页张4形式的待检查的印刷产品位于支承斜面台8上。印刷产品4由照明光源7照射。摄像机装置2检测印刷产品4上的印刷图9的图信息并且将检测的图信息传输到计算机5上,所述计算机位于控制台1的内部。传感器装置3检测印刷产品4的位置以及未示出的人的视角(所述人观察印刷产品4)并将检测的信息同样传输到计算机5上,所述计算机计算印刷产品4与照明光源7的相对位置以及与人的视角的相对位置。为此,例如检测人的眼睛,以便因此检测视角。
印刷产品的数字版本4a显示在显示屏6上。如果真实的印刷产品4的位置改变或者人相对于印刷产品4的视角改变,那么数字印刷产品4a在显示屏6上的位置相应地改变。可选的触摸显示器10提供用于改变数字印刷产品4a的显示选项的指令。以传感器板条11形式的手势控制装置识别以操作者的手势形式的控制指令并且在显示屏6上实施所述控制指令。
图1a中可以看到图1中所描述的控制台1和所描述的印刷产品4。然而印刷产品4的位置被改变,其方式是,所述印刷产品逆时针旋转并且右下角被翻折。印刷产品4的空间位置的这两个改变可以在显示屏6上通过数字印刷产品4a相应地观察到。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于在控制台(1)上对印刷产品(4)进行质量检查的方法,其中,摄像机装置(2)检测所述印刷产品(4)的图信息并且将检测的数据在计算机(5)中与印刷图(9)的数字图数据比较,其中,所述印刷产品的数字版本(4a)显示在配置给所述控制台(1)的显示屏(6)上,其中,所述印刷产品(4)由至少一个照明光源(7)照射,其特征在于,所述印刷产品(4)由至少一个传感器(3)检测,其中,计算机(5)计算所述印刷产品(4)相对于所述照明光源(7)和/或相对于人的视角的位置,其中,所述印刷产品的在所述显示屏(6)上显示的所述数字版本(4a)根据真实的印刷产品(4)的方位显示在所述显示屏(6)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个传感器(3)检测人关于所述印刷产品(4)的位置和视角,其中,根据人相对于真实的印刷产品(4)的位置和视角将所述印刷产品的在所述显示屏(6)上显示的数字版本(4a)三维地显示在所述显示屏(6)上。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,用于显示所述印刷产品的数字版本(4a)的显示屏(6)是3D显示屏,在所述显示屏上能够三维地显示数字印刷产品(4a)和/或能够以数字版本(4a)显示所述印刷产品(4)的3D效果。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制台(1)包括附加的触摸显示器(10),在所述触摸显示器上显示数字印刷产品(4a),其中,在所述触摸显示器(10)上可以触发用于改变所述数字印刷产品(4a)的显示选项、例如缩放的指令。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述控制台(1)包括用于手势控制的装置(11)。
