Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种企业培训管理系统，包括培训卡和档案盒；培训卡内安装有电子标签，档案盒内集成有：阅读器，用于识别电子标签内的信息；重量传感器，用于获取档案盒内的重量信息；计时器，用于记录培训时间；显示器，在不同情况下显示不同提示颜色；判决模块，对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息是否一致以及重量传感器是否有重量信号。本发明的培训管理系统，可以实时了解参加培训人员的到场情况，并使用不同的提示颜色对培训人员进行提示，保证其正确使用本系统，简化操作流程，避免混乱。

一种企业培训管理系统
技术领域
本发明涉及企业管理系统，具体涉及到在人力资源管理中使用的培训管理系统。
背景技术
人力资源管理，是指在经济学与人本思想指导下，通过招聘、甄选、培训、报酬等管理形式对组织内外相关人力资源进行有效运用，满足组织当前及未来发展的需要，保证组织目标实现与成员发展的最大化的一系列活动的总称。人力资源管理一般可以分为六大模块：1、人力资源规划；2、招聘与配置；3、培训与开发；4、绩效管理；5、薪酬福利管理；6、劳动关系管理。由于企业内部时常涉及到包括企业文化、技术信息、内部交流等各种培训，因此企业的培训管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分。
现有技术中，对培训的管理方式通常采用在打印的签到表上签到来实现管理。这种管理方式具有非常多的缺陷，例如：首先，由于组织者有可能不完全认识所有参加培训的人员，因而无法确定签到人为被培训人；其次，无法确定每个人的培训时间。
因此，需要研发一种智能化的企业培训管理系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种企业培训管理系统。
为达上述目的，本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种企业培训管理系统，包括培训卡和档案盒；
培训卡内安装有电子标签，用于存储培训人员的培训信息；
档案盒内集成有：
阅读器，用于识别电子标签内的信息；
重量传感器，用于获取档案盒内的重量信息；
计时器，用于记录培训时间；
显示器，在不同情况下显示不同提示颜色；
判决模块，对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息是否一致以及重量传感器是否有重量信号；
当对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息一致以及重量传感器有重量信号，开启计时器进行计时；
计时处理模块，对比计时时间与预设时间，当计时时间小于预设时间时在显示器上显示提示颜色A，当计时时间大于预设时间在显示器上显示提示颜色B；
当对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息不一致时在显示器上显示提示颜色C，当重量传感器没有重量信号时，在显示器上显示提示颜色D。
本发明的另一个优化实施例中，档案盒为上端开口的矩形盒，在档案盒的底部设置重量传感器，并在档案盒的侧壁上设置显示器。
本发明的另一个优化实施例中，培新信息包括培训人员的身份信息、培训类目信息和培训时间信息。
本发明的另一个优化实施例中，还包括打印模块，用于打印培训信息。
综上所述，本发明具有以下优点：
本发明的系统，可以有效的对参加培训的人员进行登记管理，不需要参会人员在签到表上签字，也可以了解到参加培训的人员的到场情况。
本发明的培训管理系统，在不同情况下使用不同的提示颜色对培训人员进行提示，保证其正确使用本系统，简化操作流程，避免混乱。

具体实施方式
本发明的一个实施例中公开了一种企业培训管理系统，包括培训卡和档案盒。培训卡内安装有电子标签，用于存储培训人员的培训信息。
档案盒内集成有：阅读器，用于识别电子标签内的信息；重量传感器，用于获取档案盒内的重量信息；计时器，用于记录培训时间；显示器，在不同情况下显示不同提示颜色。
培训卡在事先发放给参加培训的人员，并通过RFID电子标签事先将员工的信息，例如培训人员的身份信息、培训类目信息和培训时间信息记录存储。员工手持培训卡到达会场，价格培训卡插入档案盒内。档案盒带有一个深槽，便于放置培训卡。
当员工进入会场时，可以通过RFID电子标签和阅读器的配合读取到附件员工的信息。培训卡插入档案盒内后具有信息对比过程。因此需要事先在档案盒上对应位置标注该档案盒是与某一个培训卡对应的，即两者是配套使用，每个参加人员可以具有一个单独的档案盒；也可以将所有档案盒集成在一个较大的箱体内。
本发明配置的重量传感器，可以测量档案盒内的重量信息，即当有培训卡插入后将会有信号生成，没有培训卡插入即没有信号生成，判决模块可以根据这个信号判断档案盒内是否有培训卡，进而可以得知培训人员是否到场以及是否出现中途离场的情况。
本发明的工作流程如下：
当员工持培训卡进入会场时，将培训卡插入档案盒内，判决模块根据收集的信号进行处理。
如步骤101，培训卡插入档案盒，阅读器获取培训卡内的个人信息；
步骤102中，获取重量传感信号；
步骤103中，判决模块根据步骤101的信息和步骤102中的信号对比结果输出。即对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息是否一致以及重量传感器是否有重量信号。
步骤104中，当对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息一致以及重量传感器有重量信号，开启计时器进行计时。
在步骤104进行后，增加对计时处理效果的步骤1041，即对比计时时间是否超过预订时间。当计时时间小于预设时间时在显示器上显示提示颜色A，当计时时间大于预设时间在显示器上显示提示颜色B。
步骤105中，当对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息不一致时在显示器上显示提示颜色C，当重量传感器没有重量信号时，在显示器上显示提示颜色D。
为了能够实施本发明，可以将档案盒为上端开口的矩形盒，在档案盒的底部设置重量传感器，并在档案盒的侧壁上设置显示器，显示器可以根据判决模块的输出结果显示不同的颜色。
此外，本发明还包括打印模块，用于打印培训信息。

Claims (4)

1.一种企业培训管理系统，其特征在于：包括培训卡和档案盒；
所述培训卡内安装有电子标签，用于存储培训人员的培训信息；
所述档案盒内集成有：
阅读器，用于识别电子标签内的信息；
重量传感器，用于获取档案盒内的重量信息；
计时器，用于记录培训时间；
显示器，在不同情况下显示不同提示颜色；
判决模块，对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息是否一致以及重量传感器是否有重量信号；
当对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息一致以及重量传感器有重量信号，开启计时器进行计时；
计时处理模块，对比计时时间与预设时间，当计时时间小于预设时间时在显示器上显示提示颜色A，当计时时间大于预设时间在显示器上显示提示颜色B；
当对比阅读器识别的信息与预存信息不一致时在显示器上显示提示颜色C，当重量传感器没有重量信号时，在显示器上显示提示颜色D。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统，其特征在于：所述档案盒为上端开口的矩形盒，在档案盒的底部设置重量传感器，并在档案盒的侧壁上设置显示器。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统，其特征在于：所述培新信息包括培训人员的身份信息、培训类目信息和培训时间信息。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统，其特征在于：还包括打印模块，用于打印培训信息。
