本发明涉及一种玻璃,尤其是涉及一种夹胶发光玻璃,包括夹胶玻璃及设在所述夹胶玻璃表面的导电膜和LED灯,所述的夹胶玻璃为两层或多层玻璃通过夹层膜粘结而成,所述的导电膜设在所述的玻璃的粘接面上,所述的导电膜通过激光或者雕刻机刻有电路槽,所述的电路槽与电源相连,所述的LED灯通过导电银胶粘贴在所述的电路槽上;所述的玻璃为钢化玻璃,其表面形状为平面或者曲面;所述的夹层膜为PVB、SGP、EVA或PU;所述的电源为12V直流电源。本发明玻璃上设有发光的LED灯,在夜晚能够发出颜色不同的灯光,具有美化装饰和宣传广告的效果。

一种夹胶发光玻璃
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃,尤其是涉及一种夹胶发光玻璃。
背景技术
钢化玻璃是一种预应力玻璃,是将退火玻璃加工成所需尺寸和形状,经过高温加热至软化点温度,再经过淬冷处理得到。钢化玻璃具有较高的机械强度、抗冲击强度、抗弯强度,而且具有良好的安全性和热稳定性,是目前最常用的安全玻璃形式。因此,钢化玻璃被广泛的应用于建筑、汽车、家电、家具、电子及仪表 等领域。
夹胶玻璃即为夹层玻璃,是两片或者多片玻璃之间夹了一层或者多层有机聚合物中间膜,经过特殊的高温预热(或者抽真空)及高温高压工艺处理后,使玻璃和中间膜永久粘合为一体的复合玻璃产品。夹层玻璃是一种安全玻璃,具有很好的抗冲击性、抗贯穿性、安全性、降噪性、防紫外线性等。随着时代的发展,夹层玻璃以其独特的性质被广泛应用于建筑门窗、采光天棚、天窗、吊顶、大面积玻璃墙体、玻璃家具、橱窗、水族馆等几乎所有使用玻璃的场合。
随着社会的进步,人们对玻璃的需求要多样化了,不仅要求玻璃具有原本的特性,更需要它能够具有美化装饰和宣传广告的效果。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种具有美化装饰和宣传广告的效果的夹胶发光玻璃。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种夹胶发光玻璃,包括夹胶玻璃及设在所述夹胶玻璃表面的导电膜和LED灯,所述的夹胶玻璃为两层或多层玻璃通过夹层膜粘结而成,所述的导电膜设在所述的玻璃的粘接面上,所述的导电膜通过激光或者雕刻机刻有电路槽,所述的电路槽与电源相连,所述的LED灯通过导电银胶粘贴在所述的电路槽上。
优选地,所述的玻璃为钢化玻璃,其表面形状为平面或者曲面。
优选地,所述的夹层膜为PVB、SGP、EVA或PU。
优选地,所述的电源为12V直流电源。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种夹胶发光玻璃,设计新颖,结构简单,易于实现,它采用在夹胶玻璃夹胶层玻璃表面覆上导电膜及粘接LED灯,实现夹胶玻璃在夜晚的发光。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步详细的说明:参见图1,一种夹胶发光玻璃,包括夹胶玻璃及设在所述夹胶玻璃表面的导电膜1和LED灯2,所述的夹胶玻璃为两层或多层玻璃3通过夹层膜4粘结而成,所述的导电膜1设在所述的玻璃3的粘接面上,所述的导电膜1通过激光或者雕刻机刻有电路槽,所述的电路槽与电源相连,所述的LED灯2通过导电银胶粘贴在所述的电路槽上。
优选地,所述的玻璃3为钢化玻璃,其表面形状为平面或者曲面。
优选地,所述的夹层膜4为PVB、SGP、EVA或PU。
优选地,所述的电源为12V直流电源。
本发明玻璃在夜晚能够发出颜色不同的灯光,具有美化装饰作用,若将导电膜上的LED灯2排列成特定的图形或文字,还能达到宣传广告的效果。

1.一种夹胶发光玻璃,包括夹胶玻璃及设在所述夹胶玻璃表面的导电膜和LED灯,其特征在于:所述的夹胶玻璃为两层或多层玻璃通过夹层膜粘结而成,所述的导电膜设在所述的玻璃的粘接面上,所述的导电膜通过激光或者雕刻机刻有电路槽,所述的电路槽与电源相连,所述的LED灯通过导电银胶粘贴在所述的电路槽上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹胶发光玻璃,其特征在于:所述的玻璃为钢化玻璃,其表面形状为平面或者曲面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹胶发光玻璃,其特征在于:所述的夹层膜为PVB、SGP、EVA或PU。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹胶发光玻璃,其特征在于:所述的电源为12V直流电源。
