一种直埋蒸汽管道,具体讲是涉及一种具有新型内滚动结构的直埋蒸汽管道。包括工作钢管、外护钢管、保温层、滚动支架;滚动支架、保温层设置于外护钢管和工作钢管之间,滚动支架、保温层和外护钢管固定为一整体,保温层与工作钢管之间设有缝隙;滚动支架由卡板、环板、滚轮、滚轴构成,滚轮安装在滚轴上,滚轴固定于环板卡槽处,环板与卡板固定连接,卡板与外护钢管内壁固定连接,若干滚轮与工作钢管外表面线接触。本发明降低滚动支架的传热,减少管道摩擦阻力以及解决制作工艺难和工作钢管与保温层难完全分离的各个难题,实现保温层的完整,确保工作钢管自由位移,管线的安全运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种直埋蒸汽管道,具体讲是具有新型内滚动结构的直埋蒸汽管道。
背景技术
直埋蒸汽管道外滚动结构,为当工作钢管发生热位移时,其与保温层作为整体发生同步运动,内滚动结构则与其相反,工作钢管与保温层的运动方式为相对运动。相对于外滚动结构,内滚动结构可以使工作钢管为独立个体,管线运行或停止时可以自由伸长或压缩,不破坏保温材料,就国内现有各内滚动结构来说,仍然存在诸多难以克服的难题,如:如何实现工作钢管与保温层的完全分离,如何减少母材料热位移时对保温层造成的破坏,如何降低滚动支架的传热,如何使车间在产量和批量上得以实现,如何使制造成本不会大幅度提高等。
发明内容
  鉴于现有内滚动结构无法克服的难题,本发明的目的是要提供新型内滚动减阻式蒸汽管道,降低滚动支架的传热,减少管道摩擦阻力以及解决制作工艺难和工作钢管与保温层难完全分离的各个难题,实现保温层的完整,确保工作钢管自由位移,管线的安全运行。
本发明提供新型内滚动减阻式蒸汽管道,包括工作钢管、外护钢管、保温层、滚动支架;滚动支架、保温层设置于外护钢管和工作钢管之间,滚动支架、保温层和外护钢管固定为一整体,保温层与工作钢管之间设有缝隙;滚动支架由卡板、环板、滚轮、滚轴构成,滚轮安装在滚轴上,滚轴固定于环板卡槽处,环板与卡板固定连接,卡板与外护钢管内壁固定连接,滚轮与工作钢管外表面线接触。保温层为多层,其贴近工作钢管的一层为硬质保温材料。工作钢管外表面螺旋缠绕锡纸,锡纸的厚度为0.1毫米至0.3毫米。滚轮安装在滚轴上,滚轴固定于环板卡槽处,将带有滚轮的环板推至于直管预定位置处后,环板与卡板固定连接。硬质保温材料为预制玻璃棉保温管壳。
 本发明的有益效果是:滚轮与工作钢管外表面线接触,热量通过滚轮、滚轴、环板、卡板逐层传递至外护钢管,逐级减少热量传递,较少损失,降低外护钢管表面温度。工作钢管表面缠绕锡纸,厚度为0.1毫米到0.3毫米,既减小摩擦力,又利用锡纸反射热量原理尽可能减少热损,同时适当的厚度便于包裹工作钢管表面,便于外护钢管、滚动支架及保温层作为一个整体与工作钢管之间发生相对运动。带滚轮的环板与卡板定位于外护钢管与工作钢管之间,起到保证同心、支撑的作用,同时限制保温层位移,保证保温层的完整。管道制造工艺与结构简单,成本低,易实现批量生产。

具体实施方式
为了进一步了解该具有新型内滚动减阻式结构的直埋蒸汽管道,下面结合附图说明如下:
     其包括:工作钢管1、保温层2、滚动支架3和外护钢管4;滚动支架3和保温层2设置于外护钢管4和工作钢管1之间,滚动支架3、保温层2和外护钢管4固定为一整体,保温层2与工作钢管1之间设有缝隙,滚动支架3均布分布于外护钢管4内壁接触处;滚动支架3由若干部件构成,包括卡板5、环板6、滚轮7、滚轴8,滚轮7安装在滚轴8上,滚轴8焊接于环板卡槽9处,将带有滚轮7的环板6推至于直管预定位置处后,环板6与卡板5焊接连接,卡板5与外护钢管4内壁焊接连接,滚轮7与工作钢管1外表面线接触,;保温层2贴近工作钢管1的一层为硬质保温材料,工作钢管1外部螺旋缠绕锡纸,锡纸的厚度为0.2毫米。
    滚轮7与工作钢管1外表面线接触,热量通过滚轮7、滚轴8、环板6、卡板5逐层传递至外护钢管4,逐级减少热量传递,较少损失,降低外护钢管4表面温度。工作钢管1表面缠绕锡纸,厚度为0.2毫米,既减小摩擦力,又利用锡纸反射热量原理尽可能减少热损,同时适当的厚度便于包裹工作钢管1表面,便于外护钢管4、滚动支架3及保温层2作为一个整体与工作钢管1之间发生相对运动。带滚轮7的环板6与卡板5焊接于外护钢管4与工作钢管1之间,起到保证同心、支撑的作用,同时限制保温层2位移,保证保温层2的完整。管道制造工艺与结构简单,成本低,易实现批量生产。

1.新型内滚动减阻式蒸汽管道,其特征在于:包括工作钢管、外护钢管、保温层、滚动支架;滚动支架、保温层设置于外护钢管和工作钢管之间,滚动支架、保温层和外护钢管固定为一整体,保温层与工作钢管之间设有缝隙;滚动支架由卡板、环板、滚轮、滚轴构成,滚轮安装在滚轴上,滚轴固定于环板卡槽处,环板与卡板固定连接,卡板与外护钢管内壁固定连接,若干滚轮与工作钢管外表面线接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型内滚动减阻式蒸汽管道,其特征在于:所述保温层为多层,其贴近工作钢管的一层为硬质保温材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型内滚动减阻式蒸汽管道,其特征在于:所述工作钢管外表面螺旋缠绕锡纸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型内滚动减阻式蒸汽管道,其特征在于:所述锡纸的厚度为0.1毫米至0.3毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型内滚动减阻式蒸汽管道,其特征在于:所述滚轮安装在滚轴上,滚轴固定于环板卡槽处,将带有滚轮的环板推至于直管预定位置处后,环板与卡板固定连接。
