一种高效型纤维拉伸装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工纤维用的纤维拉伸装置,特别是一种高效型的纤维拉伸装置。
背景技术
现有的纤维拉伸装置一般包括预拉伸单元、塑化池和正式拉伸单元,在预拉伸和正式拉伸之间通过塑化池对纤维进行塑化,提高纤维的强度和韧性,防止正式拉伸时因拉伸力过大拉断纤维。但是,现有的拉伸装置中的塑化池的塑化效率较低,纤维的塑化效果较差,导致正式拉伸时拉断纤维,影响正常工作;为了达到要求的塑化效果,需要降低纤维的走速或者增加塑化池的长度,这样就会降低整体拉伸加工的效率,增加加工成本。因此,现有的纤维拉伸装置存在着塑化效率较低、影响正常工作、整体拉伸效率较低和加工成本较高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种高效型纤维拉绳装置。本发明不仅能够提高塑化效率,确保正常工作,还具有整体拉伸效率高和加工成本较低的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种高效型纤维拉伸装置,包括机架,机架中部设置有塑化池,塑化池的两侧均设置有拉伸单元;所述塑化池的侧壁上设置有进料口和溢流口,塑化池内设有塑化液;塑化池内还设置有闸门,闸门位于进料口和溢流口之间;所述拉伸单元包括安装座,安装座上设置有若干拉伸辊,安装座上靠近塑化池的一端还设置有限位辊。
前述的一种高效型纤维拉伸装置中,所述安装座上设有上、下两排拉伸辊,每排均设有2~4个拉伸辊,限位辊位于塑化池内。
前述的一种高效型纤维拉伸装置中,所述进料口的高度高于溢流口的高度,防止塑化液溢流时从进料口溢出,影响进料;溢流口高于限位辊的底部,确保加工时纤维位于塑化液内。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了纤维拉伸装置结构,在塑化池的侧面设置了进料口和溢流口,使用时通过进料口和溢流口使塑化池中的塑化液流动起来,提高塑化效率,从而不仅能够避免增加塑化池长度、降低成本,还能适当提高纤维走速,提高整体拉伸效率;通过闸门的开关程度能够调节塑化液的流动速度,方便配合纤维的走速调节塑化效率,确保塑化效果,防止拉伸时拉断纤维,从而确保正常工作。本发明设置了限位辊,且限位辊的底部低于溢流口,从而确保纤维位于塑化液内,确保正常工作。因此,本发明不仅能够提高塑化效率,确保正常工作,还具有整体拉伸效率高和加工成本较低的优点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种高效型纤维拉伸装置,构成如图1、2所示,包括机架1,机架1中部设置有塑化池2,塑化池2的两侧均设置有拉伸单元3;所述塑化池2的侧壁上设置有进料口21和溢流口22,塑化池2内设有塑化液,塑化池2内设置有闸门23,闸门23位于进料口21和溢流口22之间;所述拉伸单元3包括安装座31,安装座31上设置有若干拉伸辊32,安装座31上靠近塑化池2的一端还设置有限位辊33。
所述安装座31上设有上、下两排拉伸辊32,每排均设有2~4个拉伸辊32,限位辊33位于塑化池2内。所述进料口21的高度高于溢流口22的高度,防止塑化液溢流时从进料口21溢出,影响进料;溢流口22高于限位辊33的底部,确保加工时纤维4位于塑化液内。
加工时,纤维4先经过塑化池2左侧的拉伸单元3,通过安装座31上的拉伸辊32对纤维4进行预拉伸;然后通过塑化池2,安装座上31的限位辊33能够将纤维4限制在塑化池2内的塑化液中进行塑化;塑化完成后再通过塑化池2右侧的拉伸单元3进行正式拉伸。
进行塑化时,塑化液不断地从进料口21进入塑化池2内;当塑化池2内的塑化液过多时,塑化液从溢流口22流出塑化池2,从而实现塑化液的流动,提高塑化效率。闸门23位于进料口21和溢流口22之间,通过调节闸门23的开合程度,能够控制塑化液2的溢流速度,从而调节流速和塑化效率,确保正常工作。

1.一种高效型纤维拉伸装置,其特征在于:包括机架(1),机架(1)中部设置有塑化池(2),塑化池(2)的两侧均设置有拉伸单元(3);所述塑化池(2)的侧壁上设置有进料口(21)和溢流口(22),塑化池(2)内设置有闸门(23),闸门(23)位于进料口(21)和溢流口(22)之间;所述拉伸单元(3)包括安装座(31),安装座(31)上设置有若干拉伸辊(32),安装座(31)上靠近塑化池(2)的一端还设置有限位辊(33);所述安装座(31)上设有上、下两排拉伸辊(32),每排均设有2~4个拉伸辊(32),限位辊(33)位于塑化池(2)内;所述进料口(21)的高度高于溢流口(22)的高度,溢流口(22)高于限位辊(33)的底部;所述两侧的拉伸单元(3)呈对称设置。
