Abstract

本发明研制了一种低电阻接地模块材料的制作方法,由导电性、稳定性较好的非金属矿物粉末石墨和硅酸盐与电解质Al2O3、Fe2O3、Na2O粉末均匀混和而成,按照料∶水=1.6∶2.5~1的比例加水混和搅拌,制模、凝固后即得低电阻接地模块。用该低电阻接地模块材料制作的低电阻接地模块具有电阻率低,抗腐蚀、无毒害、无污染、寿命长、安装方便的优点。

Description

低电阻接地模块材料的制作方法
本发明涉及一种使入地电流迅速泄放到大地的接地体材料的配制方法。
当今世界已进入高科技时代,无数事实表明,防雷技术和防静电技术等的研究和工程实践显得越来越重要。多少年来,各行各业的防雷、防静电等接地均采用钢管、圆钢、角钢、扁钢、钢网、钢板等金属接地体,呈然其导电性能良好,但极易被腐蚀,造成接地电阻增高,使用寿命缩短,且耗资大。
针对上述防雷,防静电设备接地存在的现状,本发明的目的是设计一种电阻率低,抗腐蚀、无毒害、无污染、使用寿命长且安装方便的接地体材料的配制方法。
本发明研制的低电阻接地模块体材料的配制方法达到了上述设计目的,该材料由导电性、稳定性较好的非金属矿物粉末和电解质粉末均匀混和加水凝固而成,所述的非金属矿物为石墨粉和硅酸盐,所述的电解质为三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钠,构成该物质的各组分按重量百分比分别为:
石墨粉            50~70%
硅酸盐            20~40%
Al2O3           2~5%
Fe2O3           1~4%
Na2O             1~4%
将按照上述配比称取的原料粉末均匀混和,即得低电阻接地模块材料,使用时,需加水均匀搅拌,凝固后才呈现低电阻值,材料与水的比例为:
料∶水=1.6~2.5∶1
按照上述配方制作的模块体材料用于制作防雷和防静电设备的接地体,可完全替换多年来一直采用的各种金属接地体,具有电阻率低、抗腐蚀、无毒害、无污染、使用寿命长且安装方便的显著优点。

1、一种低电阻接地模块材料的制作方法,其特征在于由导电性、稳定性较好的非金属矿物粉末石墨和硅酸盐与电解质粉末三氧化二铝(Al2O3)、三氧化二铁(Fe2O3)、氧化钠(Na2O)均匀混和而得,各组分的重量百分比如下:
石墨粉                50~70%
硅酸盐                20~40%
三氧化二铝            2~5%
三氧化二铁            1~4%
氧化钠                1~4%
将按照上述配比称取的原料粉末均匀混和即得低电阻接地模块材料,使用时,需加水均匀搅拌,凝固后才呈现低电阻值,材料与水的比例为:
