Abstract

本发明公开了一种变速器、动力传动系统和车辆。变速器包括:多个输入轴,每个输入轴上设置有挡位主动齿轮;多个输出轴,每个输出轴上设置有挡位从动齿轮,挡位从动齿轮与挡位主动齿轮对应地啮合,输出轴中的一个上设置有电机齿轮;电机动力轴,电机动力轴上设置有电机动力轴第一齿轮和电机动力轴第二齿轮,电机动力轴第一齿轮设置成与电机齿轮联动,电机动力轴第二齿轮设置成与其中一个挡位从动齿轮联动;倒挡输出齿轮和倒挡中间齿轮,倒挡输出齿轮通过倒挡中间齿轮与其中一个挡位主动齿轮联动。本发明的变速器,丰富了传动模式,能够实现驻车充电以及发动机边驱动边充电等多种工况。

变速器、动力传动系统和车辆
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种变速器、具有该变速器的动力传动系统、具有该动力传动系统的车辆。
背景技术
随着能源的不断消耗,新能源车型的开发和利用已逐渐成为一种趋势。混合动力汽车作为新能源车型中的一种,通过发动机和/或电机进行驱动,具有多种模式,可以改善传动效率和燃油经济性。
但是,发明人所了解的相关技术中,混合动力汽车中的变速器一般结构复杂,传动模式少,传动效率偏低。例如,对于绝大部分混合动力汽车而言,其往往在行车过程中实现充电过程,充电模式、充电路径等较为单一,充电效率较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。
为此,本发明提出了一种变速器,该变速器能够至少在一定程度上丰富动力传动系统的传动模式。
本发明还提出了一种具有上述变速器的动力传动系统,该动力传动系统具有丰富的传动模式。
本发明还提出了一种车辆,该车辆包括上述的动力传动系统。
根据本发明实施例的变速器,包括:多个输入轴,每个所述输入轴上设置有挡位主动齿轮;多个输出轴,每个所述输出轴上设置有挡位从动齿轮,所述挡位从动齿轮与所述挡位主动齿轮对应地啮合,所述输出轴中的一个上设置有电机齿轮;电机动力轴,所述电机动力轴上设置有电机动力轴第一齿轮和电机动力轴第二齿轮,所述电机动力轴第一齿轮设置成与所述电机齿轮联动,所述电机动力轴第二齿轮设置成与其中一个挡位从动齿轮联动;倒挡输出齿轮和倒挡中间齿轮,所述倒挡输出齿轮通过所述倒挡中间齿轮与其中一个挡位主动齿轮联动。

下面结合图1-图5对根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100进行详细描述,该动力传动系统100适用于诸如混合动力汽车的车辆中,并作为车辆的动力系统,为车辆正常行驶提供充足的动力和电能。
根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100主要包括两大部分,其一可为动力源,动力源可以是发动机4、电动发电机等,其二可为变速器101(如图6所示),变速器101用于实现对动力源输出动力的变速功能,满足车辆行驶要求或充电要求等。
例如,在一些实施例中,如图1-图5所示,动力传动系统100可以包括发动机4、第一电动发电机51和变速器101,但不限于此。
结合图1所示,在一些实施例中,变速器101主要包括多个输入轴(例如,第一输入轴11、第二输入轴12)、多个输出轴(例如,第一输出轴21、第二输出轴22)和电机动力轴3及各轴上相关齿轮以及换挡元件(如,同步器)。
在发动机4与输入轴之间进行动力传递时,发动机4设置成可选择性地接合多个输入轴中的至少一个。换言之,例如,在发动机4向输入轴传输动力时,发动机4能够选择性地与多个输入轴中的一个接合以传输动力,或者发动机4还能够选择性地与多个输入轴中的两个或两个以上输入轴同时接合以传输动力。
例如,在图1-图5的示例中,多个输入轴可以包括第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12两根输入轴,发动机4能够选择性地与第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12之一接合以传输动力。或者,特别地,发动机4还能与第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12同时接合以传输动力。当然,应当理解的是,发动机4还可同时与第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12断开。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,发动机4与输入轴的接合状态与动力传动系统100的具体工况相关,这将在下面结合具体的实施例进行详述,这里不再详细说明。
输入轴与输出轴之间可以通过挡位齿轮副进行传动。例如,每个输入轴上均设置有挡位主动齿轮,每个输出轴上均设置有挡位从动齿轮,挡位从动齿轮与挡位主动齿轮对应地啮合,从而构成多对速比不同的齿轮副。
在本发明的一些实施例中,变速器101可以是六前进挡变速器101,即具有一挡齿轮副、二挡齿轮副、三挡齿轮副、四挡齿轮副、五挡齿轮副和六挡齿轮副。但是,本发明并不限于此,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据传动需要而适应性增加或减少挡位齿轮副的个数,并不限于本发明实施例中所示的六挡传动。
如图1-图6所示,输出轴中的一个上设置有电机齿轮73,例如,在本发明的一些示例中,电机齿轮73可以设置在第二输出轴22上,但不限于此。
电机动力轴3上设置有电机动力轴第一齿轮31和电机动力轴第二齿轮32,其中电机动力轴第一齿轮31设置成与电机齿轮73联动,例如电机动力轴第一齿轮31直接与电机齿轮73啮合传动。电机动力轴第二齿轮32设置成与其中一个挡位从动齿轮联动,例如在发明的一些示例中,电机动力轴第二齿轮32可与六挡从动齿轮6b直接啮合传动。
需要说明的是,上述的“联动”可以理解为多个部件(例如,两个)关联运动,以两个部件联动为例,在其中一个部件运动时,另一个部件也随之运动。
例如,在本发明的一些实施例中,齿轮与轴联动可以理解为是在齿轮旋转时、与其联动的轴也将旋转,或者在该轴旋转时、与其联动的齿轮也将旋转。
又如,轴与轴联动可以理解为是在其中一根轴旋转时、与其联动的另一根轴也将旋转。
再如,齿轮与齿轮联动可以理解为是在其中一个齿轮旋转时、与其联动的另一个齿轮也将旋转。
在本发明下面有关“联动”的描述中,如果没有特殊说明,均作此理解。
类似地,第一电动发电机51设置成能够与电机动力轴3联动。例如,第一电动发电机51在作为电动机工作时,可将产生的动力输出给电机动力轴3。又如,在第一电动发电机51作为发电机工作时,经电机动力轴3的动力可以输出至第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。
这里,需要说明一点,在本发明有关“电动发电机”的描述中,如果没有特殊说明,该电动发电机可以理解为是具有发电机与电动机功能的电机。
在本发明的实施例中,通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32与所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮的联动,使得第一电动发电机51能够利用来自发动机4输出的至少部分动力在车辆行驶以及驻车时进行发电。
具体而言,在车辆处于行驶状态时,发动机4可通过所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮、电机动力轴第二齿轮32、电机动力轴3后将动力输出至第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电,实现发动机4边驱动边充电工况。而在车辆处于驻车(车辆停止但发动机4仍处于工作状态)状态时,发动机4的至少部分动力仍可以通过该所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮、电机动力轴第二齿轮32、电机动力轴3后将动力输出至第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电,实现驻车充电功能(即“停车”充电)。
需要说明一点,在本发明的描述中,电机动力轴3可以是第一电动发电机51自身的电机轴。当然,可以理解的是,电机动力轴3与第一电动发电机51的电机轴也可以是两个单独的轴。
由此,根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100,能够在车辆行驶以及驻车时实现充电功能,丰富了充电模式,至少在一定程度上解决了现有动力传动系统充电方式单一、充电效率低等问题。简言之,根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100能够实现行车充电和驻车充电两类充电模式。
下面对动力传动系统100的变速器101部分结合图1-图6进行详细描述。
首先描述倒挡结构,根据本发明的一些实施例,倒挡结构主要包括倒挡输出齿轮72和倒挡中间齿轮71,倒挡输出齿轮72通过倒挡中间齿轮71与其中一个挡位主动齿轮联动,例如在一些示例中,倒挡输出齿轮72通过倒挡中间齿轮71与二挡主动齿轮2a联动,倒挡输出齿轮72可用于输出来自发动机4和/或第一电动发电机51的动力。
进一步,倒挡输出齿轮72可以空套设置在输出轴中的所述一个,即倒挡输出齿轮72和电机齿轮73设置在同一输出轴上。由于倒挡输出齿轮72与该输出轴为空套关系,因此需要对应设置同步器接合倒挡输出齿轮72与该输出轴。具体而言,倒挡同步器72c可以设置在输出轴的所述一个上且设置成至少用于接合倒挡输出齿轮72,即倒挡同步器72c设置在具有倒挡输出齿轮72的输出轴上,且至少用于接合倒挡输出齿轮72,当然可选地,倒挡同步器72c也可以用于接合其它空套在该输出轴上的齿轮,例如电机齿轮73,但不限于此。
结合图1-图5所示,在倒挡同步器72c处于接合倒挡输出齿轮72的状态时,倒挡输出齿轮72与该输出轴能够同方向、同转速转动,而在倒挡同步器72c处于断开状态时,该倒挡输出齿轮72与该输出轴能够以不同的转速差速转动。
对于倒挡中间齿轮71而言,在一些实施例中,其可以包括第一倒挡中间齿轮711和第二倒挡中间齿轮712,但不限于此。结合图1所示,第一倒挡中间齿轮711与所述其中一个挡位主动齿轮啮合,即第一倒挡中间齿轮711与倒挡输出齿轮72联动的挡位主动齿轮直接啮合,第二倒挡中间齿轮712与倒挡输出齿轮72啮合,第一倒挡中间齿轮711和第二倒挡中间齿轮712设置成同步转动,即同方向、同转速转动。
通过合理地设计第一倒挡中间齿轮711和第二倒挡中间齿轮712的齿数,从而可以获得较佳的倒挡速比,更好地满足倒车要求。
在进一步实施例中,第一倒挡中间齿轮711和第二倒挡中间齿轮712可以固定在倒挡轴713上。倒挡轴713可以是实心轴,电机动力轴3可以是空心轴结构,倒挡轴713可以部分地嵌设在具有空心轴结构的电机动力轴3内,并且倒挡轴713与电机动力轴3同轴布置。由此,可以减少变速器101的轴向尺寸,使得变速器101的结构更加紧凑、合理。
下面对电机动力轴第一齿轮31、电机动力轴第二齿轮32以及与其联动的结构结合具体实施例进行描述。
电机动力轴第一齿轮31可以直接固定设置在电机动力轴3上,对应地,电机齿轮73可以是空套在输出轴中的所述一个上,电机动力轴第一齿轮31与电机齿轮73直接啮合传动。
为了使得第一电动发电机51产生的动力能够从电机齿轮73输出,可以设置电机齿轮同步器来同步电机齿轮73与该输出轴。例如,电机齿轮同步器(图1-图6实施例中为倒挡同步器72c)可以设置在输出轴中的所述一个上且用于接合电机齿轮73,即电机齿轮同步器布置在具有电机齿轮73的输出轴上,并用于将空套在该输出轴上的电机齿轮73与该输出轴进行接合以使二者能够同步转动。
由于倒挡输出齿轮72和电机齿轮73均空套在同一输出轴上,因此作为优选的实施方式,电机齿轮73与倒挡输出齿轮72可以共用倒挡同步器72c,从而倒挡同步器72c将构成电机齿轮73同步器。
结合图1-图5所示,倒挡同步器72c的接合套向左移动可接合倒挡输出齿轮72、向右移动可接合电机齿轮73。
由此,通过一个同步器可以控制倒挡输出齿轮72和电机齿轮73与对应输出轴的接合状态,减少了同步器的数量,简化了变速器101的控制策略,同时使得变速器101的体积更小、结构更紧凑,便于布置在整车上。
对于电机动力轴第二齿轮32而言,其可以空套在电机动力轴3上,并且电机动力轴3上可以设置有电机动力轴同步器33c用于接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,这样第一电动发电机51可通过电机动力轴同步器33c对电机动力轴第二齿轮32的同步而将产生的动力输出至与电机动力轴第二齿轮32联动的挡位从动齿轮如六挡从动齿轮6b上,当然来自该挡位从动齿轮的动力也可通过电机动力轴同步器33c对电机动力轴第二齿轮32的同步而输出至第一电动发电机51以驱动其进行发电。
下面结合图1-图6的实施例对输入轴、输出轴以及各挡位齿轮进行详细描述。
在本发明的一些实施例,如图1-图6所示,输入轴可以是两个,即输入轴包括第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12,第二输入轴12可以是空心轴,第一输入轴11可以是实心轴,第一输入轴11的一部分可以嵌设在空心的第二输入轴12内,第一输入轴11的另一部分可从第二输入轴12内沿轴向向外伸出,第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12可以是同轴布置的。
输出轴可以是两个,即第一输出轴21和第二输出轴22,第一输出轴21和第二输出轴22与输入轴平行布置,第一输出轴21和第二输出轴22可以均为实心轴。
根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100可以具有六前进挡位,具体地,第一输入轴11上可以布置奇数挡位主动齿轮,第二输入轴12上可以布置偶数挡主动齿轮,从而第一输入轴11负责奇数挡位齿轮副的动力传递,第二输入轴12负责偶数挡位齿轮副的动力传递。
更具体地,如图1-图5所示,第一输入轴11上可以布置有一挡主动齿轮1a、三挡主动齿轮3a和五挡主动齿轮5a,第二输入轴12上可以布置有二挡主动齿轮2a、四六挡主动齿轮46a,每个挡位主动齿轮均随对应的输入轴同步转动。
对应地,第一输出轴21上设置有一挡从动齿轮1b、二挡从动齿轮2b、三挡从动齿轮3b和四挡从动齿轮4b,第二输出轴22上设置有五挡从动齿轮5b和六挡从动齿轮6b,每个从动齿轮均空套在对应的输出轴上,即每个从动齿轮相对于对应的输出轴能够差速转动。
其中,一挡从动齿轮1b与一挡主动齿轮1a啮合从而构成一挡齿轮副,二挡从动齿轮2b与二挡主动齿轮2a啮合从而构成二挡齿轮副,三挡从动齿轮3b与三挡主动齿轮3a啮合从而构成三挡齿轮副,四挡从动齿轮4b与四六挡主动齿轮46a啮合从而构成四挡齿轮副,五挡从动齿轮5b与五挡主动齿轮5a啮合从而构成五挡齿轮副,六挡从动齿轮6b与四六挡主动齿轮46a啮合从而构成六挡齿轮副。
由于四挡齿轮副和六挡齿轮副共用四六挡主动齿轮46a,因此可以减少一个主动齿轮,使得动力传动系统100的结构更加紧凑、尺寸更小,便于布置。
由于从动齿轮与输出轴之间为空套结构,因此需要设置同步器对相应的从动齿轮与输出轴进行同步,以实现动力的输出。
在一些实施例中,结合图1-图5所示,动力传动系统100包括一三挡同步器13c、二四挡同步器24c、五六挡同步器56c。
如图1所示,一三挡同步器13c设置在第一输出轴21上且位于一挡从动齿轮1b与三挡从动齿轮3b之间,一三挡同步器13c可将一挡从动齿轮1b或三挡从动齿轮3b与第一输出轴21进行接合,从而使该从动齿轮与输出轴能够同步转动。
例如,结合图1所示,一三挡同步器13c的接合套向左移动可将三挡从动齿轮3b与第一输出轴21接合,从而三挡从动齿轮3b与第一输出轴21能够同步转动。一三挡同步器13c的接合套向右移动可将一挡从动齿轮1b与第一输出轴21接合,从而一挡从动齿轮1b与第一输出轴21能够同步转动。
如图1所示,类似地,二四挡同步器24c设置在第一输出轴21上且位于二挡从动齿轮2b与四挡从动齿轮4b之间,二四挡同步器24c可将二挡从动齿轮2b或四挡从动齿轮4b与第一输出轴21进行接合,从而使该从动齿轮与输出轴能够同步转动。
例如,结合图1所示,二四挡同步器24c的接合套向左移动可将二挡从动齿轮2b与第一输出轴21接合,从而二挡从动齿轮2b与第一输出轴21同步转动。二四挡同步器24c的接合套向右移动可将四挡从动齿轮4b与第一输出轴21接合,从而四挡从动齿轮4b与第一输出轴21同步转动。
如图1所示,类似地,五六挡同步器56c设置在第二输出轴22上,五六挡同步器56c位于五挡从动齿轮5b和六挡从动齿轮6b之间,五六挡同步器56c用于将五挡从动齿轮5b或六挡从动齿轮6b与第二输出轴22接合,例如五六挡同步器56c的接合套向右移动,则可将五挡从动齿轮5b与第二输出轴22接合,从而五挡从动齿轮5b与第二输出轴22同步转动,五六挡同步器56c的接合套向左移动,则可将六挡从动齿轮6b与第二输出轴22接合,从而六挡从动齿轮6b与第二输出轴22同步转动。
在本发明的一些实施例中,发动机4与变速器101的第一输入轴11和第二输入轴12之间可以是通过双离合器2d进行动力传递或分离的。
参照图1-图5所示,双离合器2d具有输入端23d、第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d,发动机4与双离合器2d的输入端23d相连,具体而言,发动机4可以通过飞轮、减震器或扭转盘等多种形式与双离合器2d的输入端23d相连。
双离合器2d的第一输出端21d与第一输入轴11相连,从而该第一输出端21d与第一输入轴11同步旋转。双离合器2d的第二输出端22d与第二输入轴12相连,从而该第二输出端22d与第二输入轴12同步旋转。
其中,双离合器2d的输入端23d可以是双离合器2d的壳体,其第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d可以是两个从动盘。一般地,壳体与两个从动盘可以是都断开的,即输入端23d与第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d均断开,在需要接合其中一个从动盘时,可以控制壳体与相应从动盘进行接合从而同步旋转,即输入端23d与第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d之一接合,从而输入端23d传来的动力可以通过第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d中的一个输出。
特别地,壳体也可以同时与两个从动盘接合,即输入端23d也可以同时与第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d接合,从而输入端23d传来的动力可同时通过第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d输出。
应当理解,双离合器2d的具体接合状态受到控制策略的影响,对于本领域的技术人员而言,可以根据实际所需的传动模式而适应性设定控制策略,从而可以在输入端23d与两个输出端全部断开以及输入端23d与两个输出端至少之一接合的多种模式中进行切换。
下面结合图1-图5对三个动力输出轴(即第一输出轴21、第二输出轴22和电机动力轴3)与车辆差速器75之间的连接关系进行详细描述。
车辆的差速器75可以布置在一对前轮76之间或一对后轮77之间,在本发明的一些示例中,差速器75是位于一对前轮76之间的。差速器75的功用是当车辆转弯行驶或在不平路面上行驶时,使左右驱动车轮以不同的角速度滚动,以保证两侧驱动轮与地面间作纯滚动运动。差速器75上设置有主减速器从动齿轮74,例如主减速器从动齿轮74可以布置在差速器75的壳体上。主减速器从动齿轮74可以是锥齿轮,但不限于此。
第一输出轴21上固定设置有第一输出轴输出齿轮211,第一输出轴输出齿轮211随第一输出轴21同步转动,第一输出轴输出齿轮211与主减速器从动齿轮74啮合传动,从而来自第一输出轴21的动力能够从第一输出轴输出齿轮211传递至主减速器从动齿轮74以及差速器75。
类似地,第二输出轴22上固定设置有第二输出轴输出齿轮221,第二输出轴输出齿轮221随第二输出轴22同步转动,第二输出轴输出齿轮221与主减速器从动齿轮74啮合传动,从而来自第二输出轴22的动力能够从第二输出轴输出齿轮221传递至主减速器从动齿轮74以及差速器75。
根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100的一些典型工况包括驻车发电、双离合器2d同时接合情况下的边驱动边充电工况以及倒挡工况。
首先描述驻车发电这一典型工况,在车辆处于驻车状态时,发动机4设置成将产生的动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32输出至第一电动发电机51以驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。
具体而言,结合图1-图5示出的具体实施例,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,发动机4将产生的动力通过第二输入轴12、六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32、电机动力轴3后输出至第一电动发电机51以驱动第一电动发电机51作为发电机进行发电。
由此,实现了驻车发电功能,丰富了充电模式,且驻车发电工况下车辆处于静止状态,发动机4的动力可以全部用于充电,提高了充电效率,实现快速供电功能。
其次描述双离合器2d同时接合情况下的边驱动边充电工况,在该工况下,发动机4能够通过输入端23d与第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d的同时接合作用而将其中一部分动力通过其中一根输出轴输出给车轮以作为车辆行驶的动力,并将另一部分动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。
具体而言,结合图1-图5示例的具体实施例,该工况下,发动机4的一部分动力可从第二输入轴12、六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32后输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51发电,同时发动机4输出的另一部分动力可通过第一输入轴11从一挡齿轮副、三挡齿轮副或五挡齿轮副输出。
由于传统具有双离合器的动力传动系统中,双离合器2d在同一时刻只有一个离合器处于工作状态,而根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100实现了对双离合器2d的突破性应用,即在双离合器2d的两个离合器全部接合状态下(输入端23d同时接合第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d),使得发动机4的一部分动力由一根输出轴输出驱动车辆行驶,另一部分动力则输出给第一电动发电机51,驱动电机发电,丰富了传动模式,兼顾车辆行驶以及充电要求。
再次描述倒挡模式,特别地,根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100具有机械倒挡模式、电动倒挡模式以及混动倒挡模式三种倒挡模式。
机械倒挡模式是利用发动机4的动力实现车辆的倒车功能,在车辆处于机械倒挡模式时,发动机4作为动力源通过倒挡同步器72c对倒挡输出齿轮72的同步而将产生的动力从倒挡输出齿轮72输出。
具体而言,结合图1所示的实施例,发动机4将动力通过第二输入轴12、二挡主动齿轮2a、第一倒挡中间齿轮711、第二倒挡中间齿轮712、倒挡输出齿轮72后,通过倒挡同步器72c对倒挡输出齿轮72的同步使得发动机4输出的动力从第二输出轴22输出。
简言之,在车辆处于机械倒挡模式时,如图1所示,只有倒挡同步器72c接合倒挡输出齿轮72。
电动倒挡模式是利用第一电动发电机51实现车辆的倒车功能,在车辆处于电动倒挡模式时,共用三种不同的倒挡路径。
第一条路径:第一电动发电机51作为动力源通过倒挡同步器72c对电机齿轮73的同步而将产生的动力从设置有电机齿轮73的输出轴输出。具体而言,倒挡同步器72c接合第二输出轴22和电机齿轮73,第一电动发电机51产生的动力通过电机动力轴第一齿轮31、电机齿轮73后从第二输出轴22输出。此路径下,只有倒挡同步器72c接合电机齿轮73。
第二条路径:第一电动发电机51作为动力源通过电机动力轴同步器33c对电机动力轴第二齿轮32的同步而将产生的动力从设置有所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮的输出轴输出。具体而言,如图1所示,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32且五六挡同步器56c接合六挡从动齿轮6b,第一电动发电机51将产生的动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32以及与其啮合联动的六挡从动齿轮6b后从第二输出轴22输出。
第三条路径:第一电动发电机51作为动力源通过电机动力轴同步器33c对电机动力轴第二齿轮32的同步而将产生的动力输出至所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮、再通过倒挡同步器72c对倒挡输出齿轮72的同步而将产生的动力从倒挡输出齿轮72输出。具体而言,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32且倒挡同步器72c接合倒挡输出齿轮72,第一电动发电机51将产生的动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32、六挡齿轮副、第二输入轴12、倒挡中间齿轮71、倒挡输出齿轮72后从第二输出轴22输出。
混动倒挡模式是同时利用发动机4和第一电动发电机51实现车辆的倒车功能,混动倒挡模式为上述机械倒挡模式与第三种电动倒挡模式的结合。
在车辆处于混动倒挡模式时,发动机4作为动力源之一通过倒挡同步器72c对倒挡输出齿轮72的同步而将产生的动力从倒挡输出齿轮72输出。
与此同时,第一电动发电机51可按照上述第三种电动倒挡路径输出动力,即第一电动发电机51作为另一动力源通过电机动力轴同步器33c对电机动力轴第二齿轮32的同步而将产生的动力输出至所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮、再通过倒挡同步器72c对倒挡输出齿轮72的同步而将产生的动力从倒挡输出齿轮72输出。简言之,来自发动机4和第一电动发电机51的动力在第二输入轴12上耦合后通过倒挡中间齿轮71、倒挡输出齿轮72后从第二输出轴22输出。
此时,第一电动发电机51同样能够进行调速,使得第二输入轴12能够平衡地同步接收来自发动机4以及第一电动发电机51的动力,提高传动的平顺性、协调性。
由此,该动力传动系统100能够实现三种倒挡模式,即机械倒挡模式、电动倒挡模式以及混动倒挡模式,丰富了倒挡工况,可以根据实际情况灵活在该三种倒挡模式中进行切换,满足驾驶要求。
例如,在车辆电池荷电量充足的情况下,可以采用电动倒挡模式,这样在倒车时不仅不会排放有害气体,而且还能降低能耗,特别对于新的驾驶员倒车入位而言,可能需要操作多次才能将车辆倒入指定位置,而发动机4由于在低速倒车时会产生较多的有害气体,同时发动机4在倒车时一般处于非经济转速区域,油耗相对较高,此时采用电动倒挡模式可以很好地改善这一问题,不仅能够降低排放,同时采用电机作为动力实现低速倒车能耗较低,对发动机4的燃油经济性有一定改善。
又如,在车辆电池荷电量不充足或较低的情况下,可以采用机械倒挡模式。再如,在需要快速倒车或者需要大马力倒车等工况下,则可以采用混动倒挡模式,增加车辆的动力性,方便倒车。
当然,上述关于三种倒挡模式应用环境的描述仅是示意性的,不能理解为是对本发明的一种限制或暗示在车辆处于上述环境下必须采用上述对应的倒挡模式。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,显然可以根据需要或实际情况来具体设定相应倒车环境下所需的倒挡模式。
由此,进一步丰富了动力传动系统100的倒挡模式,给驾驶员更多的选择,充分提高驾驶乐趣,更好地满足不同路况的倒挡要求。
根据本发明的一些实施例的动力传动系统100,还可以增设第二电动发电机52以增加动力传动系统100的动力性,丰富传动模式。
例如,在其中一些实施例中,第二电动发电机52可与主减速器从动齿轮74传动,例如第二电动发电机52的电机轴上可以设置齿轮,该齿轮与主减速器从动齿轮74直接啮合传动。又如,在另一些实施例中,第二电动发电机52也可以设置成与第一输入轴11相连或与第一输出轴21相连。再如,在再一些实施例中,第二电动发电机52为两个且分别设置在差速器75的两侧,例如该两个第二电动发电机52可以与差速器75集成为一体。或者,前述的发动机4和第一电动发电机51用于驱动前轮,第二电动发电机52也可以是轮边电机并用于后轮,或者第二电动发电机52可以通过一个减速机构驱动两个后轮,或者第二电动发电机52为两个且分别通过一个减速机构驱动一个后轮。
下面参考图2-图5详细描述根据本发明实施例的电子差速锁结构,该结构能够实现在出现车轮打滑现象时锁止打滑的一对驱动轮,从而改善打滑现象,提高车辆通过性能。
如图2-图5所示,该电子差速锁结构包括第三电动发电机201、第四电动发电机301和防滑同步器503。其中,发动机4和/或第一电动发电机51用于驱动第一对车轮76,第三电动发电机201和第四电动发电机301设置成用于驱动第二对车轮77,其中第一对车轮76为前轮和后轮中的一对,第二对车轮77为前轮和后轮中的另外一对。在图2-图5的示例中,发动机4和第一电动发电机51驱动前轮,第三电动发电机201和第四电动发电机301分别用于驱动两个后轮。
结合图2-图5所示,第三电动发电机201设置成与第二对车轮77中的一个联动,换言之,第三电动发电机201可将动力输出给该一个车轮以驱动该一个车轮转动,或者第三电动发电机201也可以从该一个车轮吸收能量,从而进行发电。
类似地,第四电动发电机301设置成与第二对车轮77中的另一个联动,换言之,第四电动发电机301可将动力输出给该另一个车轮以驱动该另一个车轮转动,或者第四电动发电机301也可以从该另一个车轮吸收能量,从而进行发电。在图2-图5的示例中,第三电动发电机201与左后轮联动,第四电动发电机301与右后轮联动,但本发明并不限于此。
防滑同步器503设置成可选择性地同步第二对车轮77,从而使得第二对车轮77同步旋转,换言之,在防滑同步器503同步第二对车轮77(即防滑同步器503处于接合状态),第二对车轮77之间形成固联形式,从而同步旋转,不会差速转动。
而在防滑同步器503处于断开状态时,第三电动发电机201和第四电动发电机301可以分别驱动对应的车轮以不同的转速转动,实现两个车轮的差速转动功能,当然,在防滑同步器503处于断开状态时,第三电动发电机201和第四电动发电机301也可以驱动该第二对车轮77以相同的转速转动。
由此,通过设置第三电动发电机201和第四电动发电机301分别单独驱动第二对车轮77,从而能够实现第二对车轮77的差速转动,而在出现其中一个车轮打滑现象时,防滑同步器503可以同步第二对车轮77以使第二对车轮77同步旋转,实现两个电机(当然也可以是一个)输出的动力耦合后共同驱动第二对车轮77运转工作,改善车轮打滑现象,提高车辆的通过能力。
简言之,根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100,由于设置有防滑同步器503的缘故,因此可以取消对应车桥(例如,后桥)所具有的机械式自锁差速器结构,但是在功能上通过防滑同步器503的同步作用却可以实现传统机械式自锁差速器的功能,由此使得根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100的结构更加紧凑、成本更低。
下面对第三电动发电机201、第四电动发电机301与车轮的传动方式结合图2-图5的示例进行详细地描述。
在一些实施例中,如图2-图4所示,第三电动发电机201与对应的车轮之间通过齿轮结构间接传动,类似地,第四电动发电机301与对应的车轮之间也可以通过该齿轮结构间接传动。
通过齿轮结构进行传动易于实现且结构简单,而且能够获得所需的传动比,传动可靠。并且,第三电动发电机201和第四电动发电机301与对应的车轮通过相同的齿轮结构进行动力传动,还提高了齿轮结构的通用性,同时也使动力传动系统100具有较高的对称性,避免重心过分向一侧偏离,使重心能够更好地处于两个车轮的中间位置或靠近中间的位置,提高动力传动系统100的稳定性和可靠性。
进一步,作为可选的实施方式,如图3-图5所示,第三电动发电机201与对应的车轮之间所采用的齿轮结构可以包括第一齿轮401、第二齿轮402、第三齿轮403和第四齿轮404四个齿轮。
第一齿轮401可以设置在第三电动发电机201对应的第一动力输出轴202上,第一齿轮401可随第一动力输出轴202同步旋转。其中,第一动力输出轴202可用于输出来自第三电动发电机201产生的动力,或者第一动力输出轴202可将车轮反拖的动力输出给第三电动发电机201,第一动力输出轴202与第三电动发电机201的电机轴可以是同一结构。当然可选地,第一动力输出轴202与第三电动发电机201的电机轴也可以是两个单独的部件,此时第一动力输出轴202与第三电动发电机201的电机相连即可。
与第三电动发电机201对应的车轮连接有第一半轴204,第二齿轮402设置在第一半轴204上且可随第一半轴204同步旋转,第三齿轮403与第一齿轮401啮合且第四齿轮404与第二齿轮402啮合,并且第三齿轮403与第四齿轮404同轴布置且可同步旋转。
类似地,如图2-图4所示,第四电动发电机301与对应的车轮之间采用的齿轮结构可以包括第五齿轮405、第六齿轮406、第七齿轮407和第八齿轮408共四个齿轮。第五齿轮405可以设置在第四电动发电机301对应的第二动力输出轴302上且可随第二动力输出轴302同步旋转。其中,第二动力输出轴302可用于输出来自第四电动发电机301产生的动力,或者第二动力输出轴302可将车轮反拖的动力输出给第四电动发电机301,第二动力输出轴302与第四电动发电机301的电机轴可以是同一结构。当然可选地,第二动力输出轴302与第四电动发电机301的电机轴也可以是两个单独的部件,此时第二动力输出轴302与第四电动发电机301的电机轴相连即可。
与第四电动发电机301对应的车轮连接有第二半轴304,第六齿轮406设置在第二半轴304上且可随第二半轴304同步旋转,第七齿轮407与第五齿轮405啮合且第八齿轮408与第六齿轮406啮合,第七齿轮407与第八齿轮408同步布置且可同步旋转。
可选地,第一齿轮401与第五齿轮405、第二齿轮402与第六齿轮406、第三齿轮403与第七齿轮407以及第四齿轮404与第八齿轮408的尺寸和齿数可以分别相同,从而提高了齿轮结构的通用性。
作为可选的实施方式,第三齿轮403与第四齿轮404可以固定在第一齿轮轴501上,第七齿轮407与第八齿轮408可以固定在第二齿轮轴502上。当然,第三齿轮403和第四齿轮404也可以构造为阶梯齿轮或者联齿齿轮结构。类似地,第七齿轮407与第八齿轮408也可以构造为阶梯齿轮或者联齿齿轮结构。
在一些示例中,如图2所示,防滑同步器503可以设置在第一半轴204上且设置成可选择性地接合第六齿轮406,例如,第六齿轮406朝向防滑同步器503的一侧可以设置接合齿圈,防滑同步器503的接合套与该接合齿圈适配。由此,防滑同步器503接合后,该第二对车轮77将同步旋转。
在另一些示例中,如图3所示,防滑同步器503设置在第一动力输出轴202上且设置成可选择性地接合第五齿轮405,例如,第五齿轮405朝向防滑同步器503的一侧可以设置接合齿圈,防滑同步器503的接合套与该接合齿圈适配。由此,防滑同步器503接合后,该第二对车轮77将同步旋转。
在又一些示例中,如图4所示,防滑同步器503设置在第一齿轮轴501上且设置成可选择性地接合第七齿轮407,例如,第七齿轮407朝向防滑同步器503的一侧可以设置接合齿圈,防滑同步器503的接合套与该接合齿圈适配。由此,防滑同步器503接合后,该第二对车轮77将同步旋转。
可选地,在图5的示例中,第三电动发电机201与对应的车轮同轴相连且第四电动发电机301与对应的车轮同轴相连。进一步,第三电动发电机201和第四电动发电机301均可以是轮边电机,由此传动链短,传动能量损失少,传动效率高。
进一步,如图5所示,防滑同步器503可以设置在第三电动发电机201对应的第一动力输出轴202上且设置成可选择性地接合第四电动发电机301对应的第二动力输出轴302。由此,防滑同步器503接合后,该第二对车轮77将同步旋转。
下面参照图1-图5简单描述各具体实施例中动力传动系统100的构造以及典型工况。
实施例一:
如图1所示,发动机4与双离合器2d的输入端23d相连,双离合器2d的第一输出端21d与第一输入轴11相连,双离合器2d的第二输出端22d与第二输入轴12相连,双离合器2d的输入端23d与双离合器2d的第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d可以同时处于断开状态,或者双离合器2d的输入端23d可与双离合器2d的第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d之一接合,或者双离合器2d的输入端23d可与双离合器2d的第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d同时接合。
第二输入轴12为空心轴结构,第一输入轴11为实心轴,第二输入轴12同轴地套设在第一输入轴11上,并且第一输入轴11的一部分从第二输入轴12内沿轴向向外伸出。
第一输入轴11上设置有可随第一输入轴11同步转动的一挡主动齿轮1a、三挡主动齿轮3a和五挡主动齿轮5a,一挡主动齿轮1a位于五挡主动齿轮5a的右侧,三挡主动齿轮3a位于五挡主动齿轮5a的左侧。
第二输入轴12上设置有可随第二输入轴12同步转动的二挡主动齿轮2a、四六挡主动齿轮46a。
第一输出轴21与两个输入轴平行布置,第一输出轴21上空套有一挡从动齿轮1b、二挡从动齿轮2b、三挡从动齿轮3b和四挡从动齿轮4b,一挡从动齿轮1b与一挡主动齿轮1a直接啮合,二挡从动齿轮2b与二挡主动齿轮2a直接啮合,三挡从动齿轮3b与三挡主动齿轮3a直接啮合,四挡从动齿轮4b与四六挡主动齿轮46a直接啮合。
第一输出轴21上还设置有一三挡同步器13c和二四挡同步器24c,一三挡同步器13c位于一挡从动齿轮1b与三挡从动齿轮3b之间,且可选择性地将一挡从动齿轮1b或三挡从动齿轮3b与第一输出轴21同步,二四挡同步器24c位于二挡从动齿轮2b与四挡从动齿轮4b之间,且可选择性地将二挡从动齿轮2b或四挡从动齿轮4b与第一输出轴21同步。
第二输出轴22同样与两个输入轴平行设置,第二输出轴22上空套有五挡从动齿轮5b和六挡从动齿轮6b,五挡从动齿轮5b与五挡主动齿轮5a直接啮合,六挡从动齿轮6b与四六挡主动齿轮46a直接啮合,第二输出轴22上还设置有五六挡同步器56c,五六挡同步器56c用于将五挡从动齿轮5b或六挡从动齿轮6b与第二输出轴22同步。
第一输出轴21上还固定设置有第一输出轴输出齿轮211,第二输出轴22上还固定设置有第二输出轴输出齿轮221,第一输出轴输出齿轮211和第二输出轴输出齿轮221分别与主减速器从动齿轮74啮合。
第二输出轴22上还空套有倒挡输出齿轮72和电机齿轮73,第二输出轴22上还设置有倒挡同步器72c,倒挡同步器72c位于倒挡输出齿轮72和电机齿轮73之间且用于将倒挡输出齿轮72或电机齿轮73与第二输出轴22进行接合。
电机动力轴3为空心轴结构,其上固定设置有电机动力轴第一齿轮31、空套设置电机动力轴第二齿轮32,电机动力轴第一齿轮31与电机齿轮73啮合,电机动力轴第二齿轮32与六挡从动齿轮6b啮合,电机动力轴3上还设置有电机动力轴同步器33c,电机动力轴同步器33c邻近电机动力轴第二齿轮32且用于接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32。
倒挡轴713上固定设置有第一倒挡中间齿轮711和第二倒挡中间齿轮712,第一倒挡中间齿轮711与二挡主动齿轮2a啮合,第二倒挡中间齿轮712与倒挡输出齿轮72啮合。倒挡轴713可以是实心轴,倒挡轴713的一部分可以同轴地嵌设在空心结构的电机动力轴3内。第一电动发电机51与电机动力轴3同轴相连。
下面对图1所示动力传动系统100的典型工况进行详细描述。
驻车充电工况:
在驻车充电工况下,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,发动机4将产生的动力通过第二输入轴12、六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32、电机动力轴3后输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。
该工况下能够实现定速比充电,能量传递效率更高,而关于速比的选定,与发动机4驻车时的转速、第一电动发电机51的选型以及周边轴承等附加零部件所允许的最高转速有直接关系,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以综合上面等因素进行考虑,灵活设计相应的传动速比,使得动力传动系统100在驻车发电时能够最大化地利用发动机4的能量,达到快速充电目的。简言之,通过第二输入轴12、六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32这条路径传输发动机4的动力时,是能够实现最佳定速比充电的目的,提高了充电效率以及发动机的燃油经济性。
纯电动工况:
倒挡同步器72c接合电机齿轮73,第一电动发电机51将动力通过电机动力轴第一齿轮31、电机齿轮73后从第二输出轴22输出,该路径中间传动部件少、传动效率高。
或者电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,五六挡同步器56c接合六挡从动齿轮6b,第一电动发电机51将动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32、六挡从动齿轮6b后从第二输出轴22输出。
或者,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,第一电动发电机51将动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32、六挡齿轮副输出至第二输入轴12,再通过二挡齿轮副或四挡齿轮副从第一输出轴21输出。
由此,在动力传动系统100处于纯电动工况下,第一电动发电机51可以通过上述多条具有不同速比的路径将动力输出至车轮,从而驱动车辆行驶。简言之,在通过第一电动发电机51进行起步、急加速、爬坡、常速行驶等情况下,可以分别选择不同的最佳速比,从而使第一电动发电机51工作效率最高。
各挡位混动工况方案一:
倒挡同步器72c接合电机齿轮73,第一电动发电机51将动力通过电机动力轴第一齿轮31、电机齿轮73后从第二输出轴22输出。
与此同时,发动机4可通过一挡、二挡、三挡或四挡输出动力,两部分动力在主减速器从动齿轮74处耦合后共同输出给车轮。此时,第一电动发电机51可以进行调速,从而使得主减速器从动齿轮74能够平衡地同步接收来自发动机4以及第一电动发电机51的动力,提高传动的平顺性、协调性。
或者发动机4也可通过五挡或六挡输出动力,两部分动力在第二输出轴22处耦合后共同输出给车轮。此时,第一电动发电机51可以进行调速,从而使得第二输出轴22能够平衡地同步接收来自发动机4以及第一电动发电机51的动力,提高传动的平顺性、协调性。
各挡位混动工况方案二:
电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,五六挡同步器56c接合六挡从动齿轮6b,第一电动发电机51通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32、六挡从动齿轮6b将动力从第二输出轴22输出。与此同时,发动机4可将动力通过第一输入轴11、一挡齿轮副或三挡齿轮副将动力从第一输出轴21输出,两部分动力在主减速器从动齿轮74处耦合后共同输出给车轮。此时,第一电动发电机51可以进行调速,从而使得主减速器从动齿轮74能够平衡地同步接收来自发动机4以及第一电动发电机51的动力,提高传动的平顺性、协调性。
或者电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,五六挡同步器56c不接合六挡从动齿轮6b,第一电动发电机51通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32、六挡齿轮副将动力输出至第二输入轴12,发动机4同样将动力输出至第二输入轴12,两部分动力耦合后可通过二挡齿轮副、四挡齿轮副从第一输出轴21输出。此时,第一电动发电机51可以进行调速,从而使得第二输入轴12能够平衡地同步接收来自发动机4以及第一电动发电机51的动力,提高传动的平顺性、协调性。
当然发动机4和第一电动发电机51也可将动力均输出至六挡从动齿轮6b,两部分动力耦合后从第二输出轴22输出。类似地,第一电动发电机51仍可进行调速,调速原理与上述基本一致,这里不再赘述。
综上,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据实际需要,灵活地选择上述任意各挡位混动工况方案一以及各挡位混动工况方案二中的任意混动路径,极大地丰富了动力传动系统100的传动模式,提高了驾驶乐趣,使车辆能够更好地适应不同路况,提高车辆的动力性、燃油经济性。
发动机边驱动边充电工况方案一:
发动机4可通过一挡、二挡、三挡或四挡齿轮副输出动力,倒挡同步器72c接合电机齿轮73,通过车轮反拖第二输出轴22,使得车轮反拖能量能够通过电机齿轮73、电机动力轴第一齿轮31后输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。
或者,发动机4也可以通过五挡齿轮副或六挡齿轮副输出动力,此时倒挡同步器72c接合电机齿轮73,则发动机4通过第一输入轴11、五挡齿轮副或六挡齿轮副将动力输出至第二输出轴22,第二输出轴22上的部分动力直接通过第二输出轴输出齿轮221输出,另一部分动力通过电机齿轮73、电机动力轴第一齿轮31后输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。
再者,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,发动机4的一部分动力可通过二挡、四挡或六挡齿轮副输出,发动机4的另一部分动力通过六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32后输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。或者此时发动机4通过一挡、三挡输出动力,同时通过车轮反拖第二输出轴22,使得车轮反拖能量可通过六挡从动齿轮6b、电机动力轴第二齿轮32后输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51发电。
发动机4边驱动边充电工况方案二:
上面介绍的发动机4边驱动边充电工况方案一中,双离合器2d在传动时均只有一个离合器进行接合工作,例如其输入端23d与第一输出端21d接合或者输入端23d与第二输出端22d接合,特别地,根据本发明实施例的动力传动系统100,在双离合器2d的输入端23d与第一输出端21d和第二输出端22d同时接合的情况下,也能够实现边驱动边充电工况。
电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32,发动机4的一部分动力可通过第二输入轴12、六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32后输出给第一电动发电机51,从而驱动第一电动发电机51进行发电。发动机4的另一部分动力可通过一挡齿轮副或三挡齿轮副从第一输出轴21输出、或通过五挡齿轮副从第二输出轴22输出。
综上,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据实际需要,灵活地选择上述发动机边驱动边充电工况方案一以及发动机边驱动边充电工况方案二中的任意传动路径,极大地丰富了动力传动系统100的传动模式,提高了驾驶乐趣,使车辆能够更好地适应不同路况,提高车辆的动力性、燃油经济性。
而且,在上述的一些发动机边驱动边充电工况中,涉及到发动机的部分动力通过六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32这条路径传输发动机4的动力时,是能够实现最佳定速比充电的目的,提高了充电效率以及发动机的燃油经济性。
倒挡工况:
首先描述机械倒挡,倒挡同步器72c接合倒挡输出齿轮72,从而发动机4产生的动力通过第二输入轴12、二挡主动齿轮2a、第一倒挡中间齿轮711、第二倒挡中间齿轮712、倒挡输出齿轮72后从第二输出轴22输出。
其次描述纯电动倒挡,倒挡同步器72c可接合电机齿轮73,第一电动发电机51产生的动力可通过电机动力轴第一齿轮31、电机齿轮73后从第二输出轴22输出。
或者电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32、五六挡同步器56c接合六挡从动齿轮6b,第一电动发电机51产生的动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32、六挡从动齿轮6b后从第二输出轴22输出。
再者,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32且倒挡同步器72c接合倒挡输出齿轮72,第一电动发电机51产生的动力通过电机动力轴第二齿轮32、六挡齿轮副、第二输入轴12、倒挡中间齿轮71、倒挡输出齿轮72后从第二输出轴22输出。
再次描述混动倒挡,电机动力轴同步器33c接合电机动力轴第二齿轮32且倒挡同步器72c接合倒挡输出齿轮72,发动机4和第一电动发电机51输出的动力在第二输入轴12上耦合后通过倒挡中间齿轮71、倒挡输出齿轮72后从第二输出轴22输出。此时,第一电动发电机51同样可以进行调速,从而使第二输入轴12能够平衡地同步接收来自发动机4以及第一电动发电机51的动力,提高传动的平顺性、协调性。
特别地,在驻车充电工况、发动机边驱动边充电工况中,发动机4的动力可通过六挡齿轮副、电机动力轴第二齿轮32输出给第一电动发电机51(在发动机边驱动边充电工况中,发动机4还能通过电机齿轮73、电机动力轴第一齿轮31将动力输出给第一电动发电机51),此时第一电动发电机51可沿同一预定方向转动,例如正转。而在第一电动发电机51作为动力源的工况中,例如纯电动工况或混动工况,第一电动发电机51仍可按照上述同一预定方向转动,例如正转。进一步,在有第一电动发电机51参与的倒挡工况下,涉及到第一电动发电机51通过六挡齿轮副、第二输入轴12、倒挡中间齿轮71、倒挡输出齿轮72这一路径输出电机倒挡动力时,第一电动发电机51仍可沿上述同一预定方向转动,例如正转。
简言之,在上面介绍的各工况下,第一电动发电机51自始至终是按照同一预定方向旋转的,即第一电动发电机51在作为电动机工作以及发电机工作时,能够一直按照同一方向旋转,特别对于从纯电动工况、充电工况、混动工况等向倒挡工况切换的过程中,第一电动发电机51也是无需换向的,从而使得第一电动发电机51在参与工作的上述工况下均能自始至终同向旋转,电机无需换向,进而改善由于电机换向带来的冲击感、顿挫感等,提升了动力传动系统100的寿命。
实施例二-实施例五:
如图2-图5所示,该一些实施例中的动力传动系统100与图1中所示的动力传动系统100的主要区别在于增加了后驱结构,主要增加了第三电动发动机201、第四电动发电机301以及防滑同步器503等结构,具体可参见上述对电子差速锁结构的描述,这里不再赘述。
实施例六:
如图6所示,该实施例中的变速器101与图1中所示的动力传动系统100的主要区别在于省略了发动机4、双离合器2d、第一电动发电机51以及差速器等结构,其余部分与图1实施例基本相同,这里不再赘述。
此外,根据本发明的实施例进一步提供了包括如上所述的动力传动系统100的车辆。应当理解的是,根据本发明实施例的车辆的其它构成例如行驶系统、转向系统、制动系统等均已为现有技术且为本领域的普通技术人员所熟知,因此对习知结构的详细说明此处进行省略。

Claims (24)

1.一种用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,包括:
多个输入轴,每个所述输入轴上设置有挡位主动齿轮;
多个输出轴,每个所述输出轴上设置有挡位从动齿轮,所述挡位从动齿轮与所述挡位主动齿轮对应地啮合,所述输出轴中的一个上设置有电机齿轮;
电机动力轴,所述电机动力轴上设置有电机动力轴第一齿轮和电机动力轴第二齿轮,所述电机动力轴第一齿轮设置成与所述电机齿轮联动,所述电机动力轴第二齿轮设置成与其中一个挡位从动齿轮联动;
倒挡输出齿轮和倒挡中间齿轮,所述倒挡输出齿轮通过所述倒挡中间齿轮与其中一个挡位主动齿轮联动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述倒挡输出齿轮空套设置在所述输出轴中的所述一个上,且所述动力传动系统还包括:倒挡同步器,所述倒挡同步器设置在所述输出轴中的所述一个上且设置成至少用于接合所述倒挡输出齿轮。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述倒挡中间齿轮包括:
第一倒挡中间齿轮和第二倒挡中间齿轮,所述第一倒挡中间齿轮与所述其中一个挡位主动齿轮啮合,所述第二倒挡中间齿轮与所述倒挡输出齿轮啮合,所述第一倒挡中间齿轮和所述第二倒挡中间齿轮设置成同步转动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,还包括:
倒挡轴,所述第一倒挡中间齿轮和所述第二倒挡中间齿轮固定在所述倒挡轴上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述倒挡轴与所述电机动力轴同轴布置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述电机动力轴为空心轴结构,所述倒挡轴部分地嵌设在所述空心轴结构内。
7.根据权利要求2所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述电机动力轴第一齿轮固定设置在所述电机动力轴上,所述电机齿轮空套设置在所述输出轴中的所述一个上,并且所述动力传动系统还包括:电机齿轮同步器,所述电机齿轮同步器设置在所述输出轴中的所述一个上且用于接合所述电机齿轮。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述电机齿轮与所述倒挡输出齿轮共用所述倒挡同步器,从而所述倒挡同步器构成所述电机齿轮同步器。
9.根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述电机动力轴第二齿轮空套在所述电机动力轴上,且所述动力传动系统还包括:电机动力轴同步器,所述电机动力轴同步器设置在所述电机动力轴上且设置成用于接合所述电机动力轴第二齿轮。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,
所述输入轴包括:第一输入轴和第二输入轴,所述第二输入轴同轴地套设在所述第一输入轴上;
所述多个输出轴包括:第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第一输出轴和所述第二输出轴与输入轴平行设置。
11.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述第一输入轴上设置有一挡主动齿轮、三挡主动齿轮和五挡主动齿轮,所述第二输入轴上设置有二挡主动齿轮和四六挡主动齿轮;
所述第一输出轴上设置有一挡从动齿轮、二挡从动齿轮、三挡从动齿轮和四挡从动齿轮,所述第二输出轴上设置有五挡从动齿轮和六挡从动齿轮;以及
所述一挡从动齿轮与所述三挡从动齿轮之间设置有一三挡同步器,所述二挡从动齿轮与所述四挡从动齿轮之间设置有二四挡同步器,所述五挡从动齿轮与所述六挡从动齿轮之间设置有五六挡同步器。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述倒挡输出齿轮和所述电机齿轮均空套在所述第二输出轴上,所述倒挡输出齿轮通过所述倒挡中间齿轮与所述二挡主动齿轮联动,所述电机动力轴第二齿轮与所述六挡从动齿轮啮合。
13.根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆的变速器,其特征在于,所述第一输出轴上固定设置有第一输出轴输出齿轮,所述第二输出轴上固定设置有第二输出轴输出齿轮,所述第一输出轴输出齿轮和所述第二输出轴输出齿轮分别与所述车辆的主减速器从动齿轮啮合。
14.一种用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,包括:
变速器,所述变速器为根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的变速器;以及
第一电动发电机,所述第一电动发电机设置成与所述电机动力轴联动。
15.根据权利要求14所述的动力传动系统,其特征在于,
所述变速器为根据权利要求10中所述的变速器;以及
所述动力传动系统还包括:
发动机和双离合器,所述双离合器具有输入端、第一输出端和第二输出端,所述发动机与所述输入端相连,所述第一输出端与所述第一输入轴相连,所述第二输出端与所述第二输入轴相连。
16.根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,所述发动机能够通过所述输入端与所述第一输出端和所述第二输出端的同时接合作用而将其中一部分动力通过其中一根输出轴输出给车轮以作为所述车辆行驶的动力、并将另一部分动力通过所述电机动力轴第二齿轮输出给所述第一电动发电机以驱动所述第一电动发电机进行发电。
17.根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,在所述车辆处于驻车状态时,所述发动机设置成将产生的动力通过所述电机动力轴第二齿轮输出至所述第一电动发电机以驱动所述第一电动发电机进行发电。
18.根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,所述车辆具有机械倒挡模式、电动倒挡模式以及混动倒挡模式,
在所述车辆处于所述机械倒挡模式时,所述发动机作为动力源通过所述倒挡同步器对所述倒挡输出齿轮的同步而将产生的动力从所述倒挡输出齿轮输出,
在所述车辆处于所述电动倒挡模式时,所述第一电动发电机作为动力源通过所述倒挡同步器对所述电机齿轮的同步而将产生的动力从设置有所述电机齿轮的输出轴输出,或者所述第一电动发电机作为动力源通过所述电机动力轴同步器对所述电机动力轴第二齿轮的同步而将产生的动力从设置有所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮的输出轴输出,或者所述第一电动发电机作为动力源通过所述电机动力轴同步器对所述电机动力轴第二齿轮的同步而将产生的动力输出至所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮、再通过所述倒挡同步器对所述倒挡输出齿轮的同步而将产生的动力从所述倒挡输出齿轮输出,
在所述车辆处于所述混动倒挡模式时,所述发动机作为动力源之一通过所述倒挡同步器对所述倒挡输出齿轮的同步而将产生的动力从所述倒挡输出齿轮输出,所述第一电动发电机作为另一动力源通过所述电机动力轴同步器对所述电机动力轴第二齿轮的同步而将产生的动力输出至所述其中一个挡位从动齿轮、再通过所述倒挡同步器对所述倒挡输出齿轮的同步而将产生的动力从所述倒挡输出齿轮输出。
19.根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,所述第一电动发电机在作为电动机以及发电机工作时能够自始至终按照同一预定方向旋转。
20.根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,还包括:第二电动发电机,其中
所述第二电动发电机与所述车辆的主减速器从动齿轮传动;或者
所述第二电动发电机与第一输出轴相连;或者
所述第二电动发电机与所述第一输入轴相连;或者
所述车辆的主减速器从动齿轮设置在差速器上,所述第二电动发电机为两个且分别设置在所述差速器的两侧。
21.根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,
所述发动机和/或所述第一电动发电机用于驱动第一对车轮;以及
所述动力传动系统还包括:
第三电动发电机和第四电动发电机,所述第三电动发电机设置成与第二对车轮中的一个联动,所述第四电动发电机设置成与所述第二对车轮中的另一个联动,所述第一对车轮为前轮和后轮中的一对,所述第二对车轮为所述前轮和所述后轮中的另外一对;
防滑同步器,所述防滑同步器设置成可选择性地同步所述第二对车轮,从而使得所述第二对车轮同步旋转。
22.根据权利要求21所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,
所述第三电动发电机对应的第一动力输出轴上设置有第一齿轮,所述第三电动发电机对应的所述车轮与第一半轴相连,所述第一半轴上设置有第二齿轮;所述动力传动系统还包括第三齿轮和第四齿轮,所述第三齿轮与所述第一齿轮啮合且所述第四齿轮与所述第二齿轮啮合,所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮同轴布置且可同步旋转;以及
所述第四电动发电机对应的第二动力输出轴上设置有第五齿轮,所述第四电动发电机对应的所述车轮与第二半轴相连,所述第二半轴上设置有第六齿轮;所述动力传动系统还包括第七齿轮和第八齿轮,所述第七齿轮与所述第五齿轮啮合且所述第八齿轮与所述第六齿轮啮合,所述第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮同轴布置且可同步旋转;其中
所述防滑同步器设置在所述第一半轴上且设置成可选择性地接合所述第六齿轮;或者
所述防滑同步器设置在第三电动发电机对应的所述第一动力输出轴上且设置成可选择性地接合所述第五齿轮;或者
所述第三齿轮与所述第四齿轮固定在第一齿轮轴上,所述第七齿轮与所述第八齿轮固定在第二齿轮轴上;以及所述防滑同步器设置在所述第一齿轮轴上且设置成可选择性地接合所述第七齿轮。
23.根据权利要求21所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统,其特征在于,所述第三电动发电机对应的第一动力输出轴与对应的所述车轮同轴相连且所述第四电动发电机对应的第二动力输出轴与对应的所述车轮同轴相连,所述防滑同步器设置在所述第三电动发电机对应的第一动力输出轴上且设置成可选择性地接合所述第四电动发电机对应的第二动力输出轴。
24.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求14-23中任一项所述的用于车辆的动力传动系统。
