Abstract
本发明提供了一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,复合面料采用的是PUR热熔胶,耐热,耐寒,耐水蒸气,耐化学品和耐溶剂性能优良。与原热熔胶粘剂相比,由于反应型热熔胶粘剂的交联结构使所列性能以及粘接强度大幅度提高。目前四辊在线压延法制成的面料是一种较先进的方法,由此生产出的面料强度高,涂布均匀,复合效果好,涂膜强度高,气密性好,耐磨性高,生产效率大幅度提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合面料的制备,特别是涉及一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法。
背景技术
PUR中文全称为湿气固化反应型聚氨酯热熔胶.主要成分是端异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚体.PUR的粘接性和韧性(弹性)可调节,并有着优异的粘接强度,耐温性,耐化学腐蚀性和耐老化性.已成为胶粘剂产业的重要品种之一.现广泛应用于包装,木材加工,汽车,纺织,机电,航空航天等国民经济领域.PUR胶粘剂是分子结构中含有极性和化学活泼性的氨酯基(-NHCOO-)或异氰酸酯基(-NCO),与含有活泼氢的材料,如木材,皮革,织物,纸张,陶瓷等多孔材料和塑料,金属,玻璃,橡胶等表面光洁材料都有着优良的粘合力。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法。
一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)PUR热熔胶的制备:将4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯85-90份于60-65度熔融后,在反应器中通过氮气干燥搅拌,滴加聚丙二醇45-50份,滴加20-30min后,将温度提高到80-85度,再依次滴加聚已二酸乙二醇酯50-54份,聚已二酸丁二醇酯50-51份,1,4-丁二醇14.5-14.9份,控制温度至120-127度,2-3h后加入二甲苯-甲醛-松香树脂25-30份,搅拌5-7min后装在防潮容器中;
(2)复合面料的制备:将PUR热熔胶进行混炼塑化,完全塑化后过滤去除杂质,送入四辊压延机得到成型的薄膜,之后对基布进行上胶,将PUR热熔胶薄膜与基布在四辊压延机上贴合。
优选的,步骤(2)塑化后需要进行干燥和烘干处理,所述干燥和烘干温度为80-110度,持续时间为1-4h。
优选的,步骤(2)中混炼通过密炼机实现,混炼时间为5-20min,混炼温度为80-120度。
优选的,步骤(2)中塑化通过塑化机实现,所述塑化温度控制在155-175度,时间为20-30min。
优选的,步骤(2)中过滤通过螺杆过滤机实现,过滤温度为150-160度,过滤网的目数为40-120目。
优选的,步骤(2)中基布上胶采用刮刀涂胶方式,四辊压延机压延温度控制哎150-190度,四辊的转速为1-12m/min,2-11m/min,5-8m/min,7-10m/min。

实施例1:
一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)PUR热熔胶的制备:将4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯85份于60度熔融后,在反应器中通过氮气干燥搅拌,滴加聚丙二醇45份,滴加20min后,将温 度提高到80度,再依次滴加聚已二酸乙二醇酯50份,聚已二酸丁二醇酯50份,1,4-丁二醇14.5份,控制温度至120度,2h后加入二甲苯-甲醛-松香树脂25-30份,搅拌5min后装在防潮容器中;
(2)复合面料的制备:将PUR热熔胶进行混炼塑化,完全塑化后过滤去除杂质,送入四辊压延机得到成型的薄膜,之后对基布进行上胶,将PUR热熔胶薄膜与基布在四辊压延机上贴合。
其中,步骤(2)塑化后需要进行干燥和烘干处理,所述干燥和烘干温度为80度,持续时间为1h混炼通过密炼机实现,混炼时间为5min,混炼温度为80度塑化通过塑化机实现,所述塑化温度控制在155度,时间为20min过滤通过螺杆过滤机实现,过滤温度为150度,过滤网的目数为40目,基布上胶采用刮刀涂胶方式,四辊压延机压延温度控制哎150度,四辊的转速为1m/min,2m/min,5m/min,7m/min。
实施例2:
一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)PUR热熔胶的制备:将4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯87份于62度熔融后,在反应器中通过氮气干燥搅拌,滴加聚丙二醇46份,滴加25min后,将温度提高到83度,再依次滴加聚已二酸乙二醇酯52份,聚已二酸丁二醇酯51份,1,4-丁二醇14.7份,控制温度至124度,2.5h后加入二甲苯-甲醛-松香树脂27份,搅拌6min后装在防潮容器中;
(2)复合面料的制备:将PUR热熔胶进行混炼塑化,完全塑化后过滤去除杂质,送入四辊压延机得到成型的薄膜,之后对基布进行上胶,将PUR热熔胶薄膜与基布在四辊压延机上贴合。
其中,步骤(2)塑化后需要进行干燥和烘干处理,所述干燥和烘干温度为90度,持续时间为3h混炼通过密炼机实现,混炼时间为15min,混炼温度为90度塑化通过塑化机实现,所述塑化温度控制在165度,时间为25min过滤通过 螺杆过滤机实现,过滤温度为155度,过滤网的目数为60目,基布上胶采用刮刀涂胶方式,四辊压延机压延温度控制哎1600度,四辊的转速为5m/min,6m/min,7m/min,8m/min。
实施例3:
一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)PUR热熔胶的制备:将4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯90份于65度熔融后,在反应器中通过氮气干燥搅拌,滴加聚丙二醇50份,滴加30min后,将温度提高到85度,再依次滴加聚已二酸乙二醇酯54份,聚已二酸丁二醇酯51份,1,4-丁二醇14.9份,控制温度至127度,3h后加入二甲苯-甲醛-松香树脂30份,搅拌7min后装在防潮容器中;
(2)复合面料的制备:将PUR热熔胶进行混炼塑化,完全塑化后过滤去除杂质,送入四辊压延机得到成型的薄膜,之后对基布进行上胶,将PUR热熔胶薄膜与基布在四辊压延机上贴合。
其中,步骤(2)塑化后需要进行干燥和烘干处理,所述干燥和烘干温度为110度,持续时间为4h混炼通过密炼机实现,混炼时间为20min,混炼温度为120度塑化通过塑化机实现,所述塑化温度控制在175度,时间为30min过滤通过螺杆过滤机实现,过滤温度为160度,过滤网的目数为120目,基布上胶采用刮刀涂胶方式,四辊压延机压延温度控制哎190度,四辊的转速为12m/min,11m/min,8m/min,10m/min。

根据上述表格数据可以看出,利用本发明提供的方法制造的复合面料孔隙率高,透气好,优于现有的技术参数。

1. 一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)PUR热熔胶的制备:将4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯85-90份于60-65度熔融后,在反应器中通过氮气干燥搅拌,滴加聚丙二醇45-50份,滴加20-30min后,将温度提高到80-85度,再依次滴加聚已二酸乙二醇酯50-54份,聚已二酸丁二醇酯50-51份,1,4-丁二醇 14.5-14.9份,控制温度至120-127度,2-3h后加入二甲苯-甲醛-松香树脂25-30份,搅拌5-7min后装在防潮容器中;
(2)复合面料的制备:将PUR热熔胶进行混炼塑化,完全塑化后过滤去除杂质,送入四辊压延机得到成型的薄膜,之后对基布进行上胶,将PUR热熔胶薄膜与基布在四辊压延机上贴合。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)塑化后需要进行干燥和烘干处理,所述干燥和烘干温度为80-110度,持续时间为1-4h。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中混炼通过密炼机实现,混炼时间为5-20min,混炼温度为80-120度。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中塑化通过塑化机实现,所述塑化温度控制在155-175度,时间为20-30min。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中过滤通过螺杆过滤机实现,过滤温度为150-160度,过滤网的目数为40-120目。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PUR热熔复合面料的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中基布上胶采用刮刀涂胶方式,四辊压延机压延温度控制在150-190度,四辊的转速为1-12m/min,2-11m/min,5-8m/min,7-10m/min。
