本发明涉及一种废料收集装置，特别涉及一种新型的废料收集装置。
背景技术
工厂在生产很多产品的过程当中，都会产生废品；特别是在一些生产纸制品的工厂，废纸塑料都是可以回收再利用；在现有的生产过程当中，废纸塑料都是通过人工收集后，在分类，粉碎，然后再加工利用的，这样生产效率地下，没有实现自动化。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新型的废料收集装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采取的技术方案为：
一种新型的废料收集装置，包括进料斗，进料斗连接主机料筒，主机料筒连接出料模具，所述的出料模具下面设置有传动辊，在传动辊的下方设置有废边收集口，废边收集口通过输送管道、风机和粉碎机连接集料斗，其中，集料斗通过输料器、电机、链轮和减速机与进料斗连接；
所述的输送管道8用硬质材料制成。
所述的输送管道8上安装有控制阀。
本发明的有益效果：实用，使用方便，生产过程中，可以回收利用的废品通过本发明即可实现自动化的再加工，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
一种新型的废料收集装置，包括进料斗2，进料斗2连接主机料筒4，主机料筒4连接出料模具5，所述的出料模具5下面设置有传动辊6，在传动辊6的下方设置有废边收集口14，费边收集口14通过输送管道8、风机7和粉碎机9连接集料斗1，其中，集料斗1通过输料器3、电机15、链轮12和减速机13与进料斗2连接。
所述的输送管道8用硬质材料制成。
所述的输送管道8上安装有控制阀。
在具体的使用本发明的时候，只需将本发明安装在纸制塑料品的加工机器上，产生的废纸边通过收集口14收集好，通过粉碎机9粉碎，风机7产生的动力，可以将粉碎好的废纸传送到集料斗1内，集料斗1内的废纸边又通过输料器3、电机15、链轮12和减速机13输送到进料斗2内，实现再加工，从而实现本发明的目的。

1.一种新型的废料收集装置，包括进料斗(2)，进料斗(2)连接主机料筒(4)，主机料筒(4)连接出料模具(5)，所述的出料模具(5)下面设置有传动辊(6)，其特征在于：在传动辊(6)的下方设置有废边收集口(14)，废边收集口(14)通过输送管道(8)、风机(7)和粉碎机(9)连接集料斗(1)，其中，集料斗(1)通过输料器(3)、电机(15)、链轮(12)和减速机(13)与进料斗(2)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的废料收集装置，其特征在于：所述的输送管道(8)用硬质材料制成。
