本发明公开了一种医用胶布的基材，主要由基材和胶粘剂组成，胶粘剂涂覆于基材表面，渗透于基材内部，基材主要由粘胶、涤纶、丙烯酸脂乳液混合而成，所述基材的结构是由“+”和“-”的纹路排列组合而成，“+”和“-”的排列方式为一列或一行“+”和一列或一行“-”依次排列，“+”和“-”的排列方式为“+”和“-”交叉排列，即一个“+”四周为四个“-”，一个“-”四周为四个“+”。这样的结构更易于被撕断，并且可以从各个部位向各个方向撕，撕口平且无毛丝，不需借助工具进行剪裁，给医护人员带来方便，同时由该基材制成的医用胶布具有紧密均匀、透气性好、易于撕断、绿色环保的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种医用胶布的基材。
背景技术
传统的医用胶布，多以棉布为基材，涂上胶粘剂，即为所谓的橡皮膏。由于棉布材质厚实，透气性差，使用时需借助剪刀等工具剪裁，极为不便，且成本较高。
    随着技术进步和新材料的应用，后来发展了以纸质、塑料、PE膜或化纤为基材的各种胶布，因为材质差异，出现折皱不平或透气性不好或不易撕断等问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种易于撕断的医用胶布的基材。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种医用胶布的基材，主要由基材和胶粘剂组成，胶粘剂涂覆于基材表面，渗透于基材内部，所述基材主要由粘胶、涤纶、丙烯酸脂乳液混合而成，所述基材的结构是由“+”和“-”的纹路排列组合而成。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述“+”和“-”的排列方式为一列或一行“+”和一列或一行“-”依次排列。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述“+”和“-”的排列方式为“+”和“-”交叉排列，即一个“+”四周为四个“-”，一个“-”四周为四个“+”。
采用上述结构，其有益效果在于：本发明医用胶布的基材纹路结构是由“+”和“-”排列组合而成，这样的结构更易于被撕断，并且可以从各个部位向各个方向撕，撕口平且无毛丝，不需借助工具进行剪裁，给医护人员带来方便，同时由该基材制成的医用胶布具有紧密均匀、透气性好、易于撕断、绿色环保的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种医用胶布的基材，主要由基材1和胶粘剂组成，胶粘剂涂覆于基材表面，渗透于基材内部，所述基材1主要由粘胶、涤纶、丙烯酸脂乳液混合而成，均匀喂入经过开松、预梳理、铺网、主梳理、热轧、浸渍、成卷的步骤制备而成。所述基材1的结构是由“+”2和“-”3的纹路排列组合而成，所述“+”2和“-”3的排列方式为一列或一行“+”2和一列或一行“-”3依次排列，所述“+”2和“-”3的排列方式为“+”2和“-”3交叉排列，即一个“+”2四周为四个“-”3，一个“-”3四周为四个“+”2，上述两种纹路的布局方式产生的基材易于被撕开，并且可以从各个部位向各个方向撕，撕口平且无毛丝，不需借助工具进行剪裁，给医护人员带来方便。
任何采用与本发明相类似的技术特征所设计医用胶布的基材将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种医用胶布的基材，主要由基材（1）和胶粘剂组成，胶粘剂涂覆于基材表面，渗透于基材内部，所述基材（1）主要由粘胶、涤纶、丙烯酸脂乳液混合而成，其特征在于：所述基材（1）的结构是由“+”（2）和“-”（3）的纹路排列组合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用胶布的基材，其特征在于：所述“+”（2）和“-”（3）的排列方式为一列或一行“+”（2）和一列或一行“-”（3）依次排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用胶布的基材，其特征在于：所述“+”（2）和“-”（3）的排列方式为“+”（2）和“-”（3）交叉排列，即一个“+”（2）四周为四个“-”（3），一个“-”（3）四周为四个“+”（2）。
