Compared with the traditional rotating motor traction technology, the rail transit system based on the linear motor has better climbing capacity, does not need devices such as reduction gears and the like, has high freedom degree of bogie and line design and small tunnel excavation section, and is particularly suitable for cities with difficult selection of line positions and station positions, complex hydrogeological conditions and dense buildings along the line. Safety and reliability are critical to linear motor drive systems. At present, when a traditional three-phase permanent magnet linear motor has open-circuit or short-circuit faults of windings, the thrust output of the motor can be changed violently and even cannot work, and the thrust output of the motor can seriously affect the performance of an electric drive system. The multiphase permanent magnet linear motor has good fault-tolerant operation capability due to the redundancy of the number of phases, and is suitable for occasions with higher requirements on the reliability of an electric drive system, such as urban rail transit. The fault tolerance means that when a motor system fails, the control strategy of the motor is adjusted, so that the system can still maintain a certain output capacity, and meanwhile, the fault tolerance also has the capacity of preventing the fault deterioration and the fault diffusion in a fault state. By adopting the multiphase fault-tolerant permanent magnet linear motor, the train can continue to run under the condition that the motor fails until the failure is relieved, so that the safety and the reliability of a linear motor driving system are greatly improved.
In order to enable the motor to continue to operate in fault states such as open-circuit and short-circuit of windings, the multiphase fault-tolerant permanent magnet linear motor needs to meet the following conditions during design: good electrical, magnetic, thermal and physical isolation between phases is required. The multiphase permanent magnet linear motor adopting the conventional distributed winding or fractional slot concentrated winding has high interphase electromagnetic coupling degree, and when faults such as winding short circuit occur, the short circuit phase can affect other normal phases, so that the fault-tolerant control difficulty is increased. In addition, the motor adopting distributed winding or ordinary fractional slot winding is difficult to modularize the motor due to the space distribution problem of the winding.

The working principle of the present invention is explained in conjunction with fig. 3. When the winding of a certain phase of the stator 1 is electrified, the magnetic force line 8 forms a closed loop through the two armature teeth 3-2, the air gap, the rotor iron core 6 and the permanent magnet 7 in the two stator modules of the phase, and does not form a closed loop through the stator modules of other phases. Therefore, there is no magnetic coupling between the different phases of the highly modular flat multiphase permanent magnet linear motor. Similarly, when a phase winding of the motor has a short-circuit fault, the magnetic lines of force generated by the short-circuit phase winding are also closed through the path and form a closed loop without passing through the windings of other phases, so that the influence of the short circuit on other normal phases is eliminated, and good magnetic isolation is realized. In addition, due to the existence of the two fault-tolerant teeth 3-1, the winding heating caused by the winding short circuit is effectively controlled in the stator module with the short circuit, and other normal stator modules are further protected favorably.
The second embodiment is as follows: in the first embodiment, m is equal to or greater than 3, and the annular concentrated winding 5 is a three-phase or more concentrated winding.
By adopting the multiphase winding, the fault-tolerant operation performance of the highly-modularized flat plate type multiphase permanent magnet linear motor can be improved.

The structure of the Halbach type rotor is shown in figure 4, the Halbach type rotor consists of a plurality of Halbach permanent magnets 9 with different magnetizing directions and a rotor support 10, and the Halbach permanent magnets 9 are placed on the surface of one side of the rotor support 10; as shown in fig. 5, the axial magnetizing type rotor is composed of a rotor support 10, magnetic blocks 11, and axial magnetizing permanent magnets 12, wherein the magnetic blocks 11 and the axial magnetizing permanent magnets 12 are axially and alternately arranged and placed on one side surface of the rotor support 10, and the magnetizing directions of the adjacent axial magnetizing permanent magnets 12 are alternately opposite; the mover holder 10 is made of a non-magnetic conductive material such as titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, or the like.
